NGpatriot:
As a public official, David Umahi is the most accomplished and productive governor in the SE, he performed better Peter Obi, than Obiano and others.

Umahi has less baggage and his more sellable so why are the SE folks and the influencers in that region not actively supporting David Umahi?
Seems you are finally realizing that Tinubu and Osinbajo are bad merchandises.

As to why we are not promoting Umahi… Umahi made himself an anti-Igbo element thinking that’s what will give him the presidency.

Let those he supports their interest over Igbo interest support him.

Meanwhile, good morning to your dawn of finally realizing that Tinubu and Osinbajo ambitions are dead on arrival.

It is Igbo’s turn in 2023.

Fools!

They clearly saw the BAPTIST attached to the name of the school but went ahead to seek admission into the school while wearing hijab.

They did not see NASFAT Islammiyya school to go and register in but chose a Baptist school so they can get the school closed.

I hope an Islammiyya school will admit into the school while I’ll be wearing my Seminary Soutane and adorning my Holy Rosary.

Politics › Re: Peter Obi Didn’t Call APC A Yoruba Political Party - The Cable (FACT CHECK) by Penguin2:
I didn’t even bother to tackle Tinubu urchins about that because I know propaganda and lies are their stock in trade.

They claimed Peter Obi called APC a Yoruba party, and we asked them for a link to the publication. They didn’t provide it.

We asked for an audio clip. They didn’t provide it.

We asked for a video clip; they couldn’t provide it.

At what occasion, venue, date and time, did he make the statement, they couldn’t say.

Unfortunately their fellow fools believed them.

That’s same way they claimed 250m naira was discovered in Peter Obi’s convoy only for details to reveal that Peter Obi actually petitioned the IGP himself to investigate the matter. But Tinubu urchins can’t stop foaming in the mouth.

They’ve been running from pillar to post to find something on Obi but found nothing. Now they’ve resorted to lies.

Just like 2015, they are back with their malicious lies and propaganda. But Nigerians are wiser now.

He’s a stupid man with his Edo name.

I wonder how an Afikpo man is having an Edo name.

Power rotation in Ebonyi is zonal and not by bloc.

Now power has gone from north to centre to south.

In 2023, power returns to Ebonyi North. And this time to Izzi because Sam Egwu took the turn of Ngbo in 1999.

These things are simple and glaring. But stupid fools who call themselves educated will be engaging in irrelevant rhetoricals.

This is the most difficult question for Ndi Igbo to answer.

They'll rather avoid it, digress or Insult the questioner

WHAT ARE PETER OBI'S ACHIEVEMENTS AS ANAMBRA STATE GOVERNOR?

Prove us wrong by answering the question
All this pillar to post that you guys are running is just because you can’t find anything on Obi.

He is what Tinubu can only wish for.

Tinubu is paying his urchins to run propaganda for him but Peter Obi’s PR is organic and that’s what is causing you people sleepless nights.

Even at the height of the political battle between Obiano and Peter Obi, Obiano never opened his mouth to question what Peter Obi achieved in Anambra because he knew if he did people will stone him.

It is you, that has never left Osogbo, asking what Peter Obi achieved in Anambra.

Go to Upper Iweka and shout that Peter Obi did not do anything in Anambra.

KingOfTheDamned:
I guess that's the same thing affecting Tinubu , the okoro statement and where are the cows? Is that why you guys won't even consider him?
Partly…

But the bulk of our anger against Tinubu traces its roots to his actions against Jonathan in 2015.

Tinubu worked against the emergence of a Yoruba woman as House of Rep Speaker only to turn around and use the media to attack Jonathan govt of excluding the Yoruba and favouring Igbos.

It is part of the propaganda he sold to the Yoruba that made them vote against GEJ.

And to crown it all, Tinubu went into alliance with a Buhari who is notorious for his Islamic fanaticism and ethnic jingoism; and for being anti-Igbo.
Politics › Re: Presidency: ‘Nemesis Coming, Only God Can Save You’ – Ayodele Warns Tinubu by Penguin2: 5:06pm On Feb 02, 2022
I’ve said it before and I will say it again…

If Tinubu becomes President of Nigeria, I will know there’s no God.

If maliciously and unpatriotically leading his urchins to protest against president Jonathan when he removed fuel subsidy in 2012 only lose his voice as Buhari plans to do the same is fair and sincere and game, then let him win.

If supporting Buhari in 2015 was purely out of patriotism and not because he found it as his shortest route to power even as he knew Buhari was a daft and a bigot, then let him win.

But if not, may God almighty the maker of heaven and earth and controller of all elements of the universe and who is a God of Justice, pay Tinubu back in the coin he deserves.

The cup he used to measure for Jonathan shall be used to measure for him.

“What goes around, comes around”.

That's unfortunate for Wike then. Too bad indeed
I used to tell people that Wike killed his political career the day he made that statement but some political novices who can’t see beyond their noses attacked me then but it’s apparent now.

Before that unfortunate statement, the Igbos formed the largest support base of Wike. The day he made that statement was the day he lost us.

If he hadn’t made that statement, as 2023 approaches, Igbos wouldn’t have minded someone like him getting the PDP ticket in Igbo’s stead. But that is never gonna happen now.

But it seems you ommited Wike and Amaechi who are both Vying for the post
Wike has told the world that he is not Igbo. The video is out there for everyone to see.

Amaechi has consistently said he’s Igbo and we accept he is Igbo.

But in 2023, the clamour is for Nigerian President of Southeast extraction.

Granted that Amaechi, Ifeanyi Okowa, and the rest are Igbos, but politically they fall under the Southsouth and Goodluck Jonathan has taken their turn.

But do not misunderstand me, those guys are Igbos with every privilege as their fellow Igbos in Southeast.

I guess everyone sees him as a dummy
Lol at everyone seeing him as a dummy.

It’s the man’s fault. He’s media appearances since 1999 has been so poor.

Rarely would you find any video clip of him talking except for this recent Arise Tv interview.

So I think his handlers should advise him to make more media appearances. Hopefully more people will get to be convinced about what he’s got to offer.

Lastly about the kind of Igbo man that should be president…

The truth is that most of us Igbos who have been privileged to have the right kind of education, know, understand and share in those concerns.

I don’t know about some people, but I can tell you that most Igbos are not interested in dividing Nigeria. All we ask for is fairness, equity and justice. You can’t change the rule of the game just when it’s our turn.

Somebody like Anyim will not divide Nigeria.

Peter Obi will not divide Nigeria; because as a business man, he has business partners from all over Nigeria and he understands that Nigeria is a big market that should not be balkanized.

Umahi won’t divide Nigeria.

Ogbonnaya Onu won’t divide Nigeria.

These are few Igbo men that Nigerians can consider.

Or what’s wrong with them?
Politics › “I Am Most Qualified To Fix Nigeria” - Anyim (video) by Penguin2(op): 3:15pm On Feb 02, 2022
As the clamour for the best materials to aspire to be Nigeria’s president as 2023 elections hit top gear, one aspirant that people seem to have been questioning his capabilities is former Senate President and SGF Anyim Pius Anyim.

I, too, have been questioning his capacity which made me go out in search of his interviews so I can get some glimpse of the content of his head from his ability to conceptualize and express his ideas.

I admit that good use of English and oratory is not what will determine a good leader but if you argue that exam is not the true text of knowledge, then what’s your alternative?

Lastly, it’s pertinent to note that my reason for seeking to access Anyim’s capacity is borne out of my conviction that only the best is good enough for Nigeria.

I/we want a Nigerian President of Igbo extraction, yes, but that does not mean that any political criminal with terrible antecedent in their past national assignments should be voted for just because they are Igbo.

Only the best of Igbos should be considered.

And I want to use this chance to appeal to Nigerians not to rank “bridge-building” and “detribalized” over capacity in 2023.

Below is the video of Anyim Pius Anyim on Arise Tv interview. If you have the date, take your time to watch with an open mind. Let it help inform you better of the person and capacity of the man called Anyim Pius Anyim.

I finished watching the video , despite my colleague hissing and frowning .. to be candid I was blown away.

I can't for the life of me understand how I never saw this man as intelligent. Maybe it's his sleepy looking face or his fat body but you can't tell hewasnt just reciting a memorized document but he was genuinely speaking about what he knew and you can see a charisma in him that all regions can get behind.

This is indeed an awakening for me and a lesson in one.

Thank you for sharing
Thank you for being an open minded and unbiased person. It shows you are truly educated and learned because it’s only learned men that are open to receiving facts that could change their standpoint about an issue.

Just like you, I didn’t know Anyim was that Intelligent until I watched conceptualize what he would do as president.

So my support for him is not borne out of tribal sentiments but because of capacity.

We want an Igbo man to take power, yes, but not just any idiot because he’s Igbo. Only the best of Igbos should be considered.

Meanwhile, why was your friend hissing?

You guys are just crass gullible!

With all the positions Anyim has occupied in the past, can you name five key national or regional initiatives that he drove / drives and how those programs have impacted the masses?

What is GCON? Even the clueless Nemadi Sambo has it. To what extent has he solved the problems that you claim he understands? What has he exceptionally done for Ebonyi?

What has being a lawyer, or former federal legislator, or SGF got to do with being President? I was hoping that you would outline key initiatives / projects attracted or executed by Anyim, alongside number of beneficiaries.

As for Tinubu, that one is just wasting his time, in a positive way though... because people need to cash out somehow. My own is, let all of them come out: Anyim, Kalu, Obi, Atiku, Saraki, Tinubu etc, we need some of the money returned somehow.

Buhari is the benchmark for the Nigerian presidency. Nothing less. The rails are back. Lagos-Ibadan, Warri-Itakpe are up and running. Port Harcourt-Maidugiri and Ibadan-Kano are in the works.

Two massive bridges: 2nd Niger and Bonny-Bodo are racing to completion. Agricultural revolution with over 6MMT of local rice production per anumm and at least 50 fertilizer blending plants.

We can't go for any less. Solid, verifiable track records are what we want. Not mere paper certifications, worthless past portfolios and meaningless awards.
So Buhari should do a third term then?

Right?
