PoliticsCIA And FBI Document On Tinubu Is Actually Over 70,000 Pages - David Hundeyin. by Penguin2(op): 3:53pm On Sep 26, 2023
For the record, the total size of Tinubu's FBI file identified in response to our FOIA last year was over 70,000 pages.

The 2,500 pages being referenced now are the result of our subsequent request to narrow down the search criteria. There is still more.

Just so you know.

This is fake.

No official of Chicago State University has deposed to any affidavit.

Why do you guys lie about everything?

That’s how you lied that UAE 🇦🇪 had lifted Visa Restrictions on Nigerians.

Then you lied that Biden was begging to see Tinubu at UNGA.

You lied that CBN secured 3billion dollars from Afrexim Bank to help shore up Naira.

You lied that Tinubu was the first African president to ring the closing bell at NASDAQ.

You lie about everything.

Now, Tinubu is begging US court to block the release of the gender, transcripts and other details of his records at CSU, and still you have no shame?

“Come let’s have a conversation” - Isaiah 1 v 18.

Come let’s have a conversation as Nigerians.

Let’s forget, for a moment, that we are from the North, the South, the West or East.

Let’s also forget, for a moment, that we are apologetic to APC, PDP or LP. Or maybe NNPP or BOOT Party. All join.

Irrespective of your creed, there’s a sincere question that you need to search your heart and answer. That question is, “what do you want for Nigeria?”

Do you want a Nigeria where there’s rule of law, or a Nigeria that is a lawless country?

Do you want Nigeria built on merit or you want a Nigeria built on mafian system of Might is Right?

Do you want a Nigeria where it would be valuable for a child to grow up and keep his record clean through Primary, Secondary schools and University or you want a Nigeria where a tout can wake up one day and go to buy doctorate degree from any university and use it to get same privilege as those who spent years reading and labouring for that same degree?

Do you want a Nigeria where integrity and honesty pays, or you want a Nigeria built on lies? Somebody can come to borrow money from you and deny it tomorrow. And when you go to court, court will say he’s not guilty because the signatures on your agreement document was signed with blue pen instead of red pen. Is that the Nigeria you want?

Do you want a Nigeria where the common man can approach the Judiciary with confidence of getting justice when oppressed by the rich, or you want a Nigeria where it would be normal for the rich or the connected or the privileged to buy judgments from courts even against reason and facts?

Come let’s have a conversation.

Do you support the barbarity that is going on now because it favours your divide?

Do you know that tomorrow you could be on the opposite side of what you are supporting now, and by then, you will become the victim of what you helped enthrone because by then, the precedent shall have been established; through your support.

Come Let’s have a conversation.

Are you happy with PEPT judgment?

The judges ruled that INEC had powers to choose how to collate votes.

But isn’t that what INEC did? They have the power to choose how to collate votes and they chose to transmit votes electronically in real time.

You heard them say it. I heard them say it too. Every Nigerian and even non-Nigerians heard them say it.

Then on Election Day, INEC now picked and chose which of the election results to transmit and which not to, in clear breach of their own guideline which they drew up in exercising their power to choose how to collate votes.

Now, we go to court, and court says INEC was right to say one thing in the morning and do another thing by noonday. Is that the Nigeria you want?

You want a Nigeria where institutions cannot be trusted? Where they can engage in all forms of rascality and the courts will affirm it on the basis unreasonable technicalities and ambiguous legal clauses?

You celebrate it today because it favours your divide. Tomorrow you might be on the opposite divide.

Come let’s have a conversation.

What kind of Nigeria do wanna spend your old age in?

What kind of Nigeria do you want to leave for your Children?

What kind of Nigeria do you want your Children’s Children to be born into?

What’s the image you want Nigeria to have amongst comity of nations?

What do you really want for Nigeria?

Look beyond 4/8 years.

Look beyond Tinubu.

Look at Nigeria beyond these guys.

What’s your dream/wish for her?
Foreign AffairsRe: Military seizes power in Gabon by Penguin2:
Lol!

I’m gonna wait to confirm that this is not fake news.

But in the meantime, if it’s true, then congratulations to Tinubu, ECOWAS and their brainless warmongers. They now have more countries to invade.

After invading Niger, they will invade Gabon. Or are they going to invade Niger without invading Gabon? They have to mad not to.

I’m so happy right now, if this news is true. Because I’m sure ECOWAS was already waiting to congratulate President Bongo for winning Third Time in a “free and fair” election even though the report of the Gabonese Electoral Umpire shutting down their Electronic Infrastructure, like INEC did, and even removing names of opponents from ballot papers has been everywhere.

Another reason I like this is that the PEPT will see what is happening in other countries because of disputed election. People are waiting on them to do justice, failure of which no one knows what the outcome will be.

Democracy is fast becoming unpopular in Africa and it’s because of poor Electoral management. The situation where votes no longer reflect the wishes of the majority of the voters, their will be disenchantment with the people seeking alternative way out.

If a coup happens in Nigeria today, Nigerians will celebrate it because we didn’t vote for the idiot in power.

If the PEPT likes, let it insult Nigerians like INEC did, let’s see what the outcome will be.

So if tinubu want to influence judges,it is wike he will use? The increase in fuel price is a child's play compared to what Nigerians faced during the cashless policy era.that they are complaining doesn't mean they won't vote the government.moreover, there is palliatives in almost all the states.
As far as obi is involved in the rerun, the margin will be bigger.they will be more money to buy voters obviously.in SS, akpabio is now fully inchsrge of aks politics.the people of CRS are pleased with the gov.the influence of owan enoh is mighty.dansuki the only person obi has is now aligning with apc.pdp in CRS is weaker and aks gov is fighting at the courts.in rivers, low voters turnout.obi will still take Edo and delta with less turnout.
In SW,tinubu lost osun and Lagos by 10,000 votes.thar won't happen again.most yorubas who voted against tinubu regrets due to how se voted obi and how they were mocked.
In benue he will win with a bigger margin.kwara,Niger, kogi are no go areas.obi will limit himself to plateau and nasarawa.in ne,with the recent palliatives in borno,it will be bloc.tinubu will take yobe this time.he would beat obi in taraba.no change in gombe and adamawa.

PoliticsA Search For “Tinubu” On CSU Website Now Returns “Gloria B. Tinubu”. by Penguin2(op):
A search on the website of Chicago State University now returns result for “Gloria B. Tinubu” and not “Bola A. Tinubu”. This is after it was alleged that the university pulled down the record of the class of 1979, which Tinubu is among, from its website, possibly to make whatever corrections.

Again, David Hundeyin is reporting that Tinubu only joined the Alumni Association of Chicago State University in August, 2023 (this year). Isn’t that suspicious for someone who graduated from the school since 1979?

Again, recall that in the popular CSU year book that Tinubu’s picture has always appeared, which his supporters latch onto to defend him, Tinubu’s name was rendered as Bola Thubv. I do not know the correlation between Tinubu and Thubv.

Please, this is not about Tribe, party, religion, sentiments or whatever primordial considerations, Nigerians need to know who the man in Aso Rock is. Who is Bola Ahmed Tinubu?
The #Tinubugate saga has taken a very interesting and rather sinister turn, as if it wasn't already sinister enough, with 1979 graduates of @ChicagoState now the latest victims of a deep and long=running criminal conspiracy worthy of its very own @netflix crime series. It has all the ingredients. Drugs, fraud, politics, international dimensions, murder and cover ups.

Elnora Daniel, it would seem, has more questions to answer than just the issue of certificate forgery. The 1979 Yearbook of Chicago State University, which would normally contain the names and photographs of that year's graduates has disappeared from the Ancestors.com website. As you can see from the attached screenshot, 1978 is there, 1979 is not, but 1980 is there. Can we attribute this to Lagos State IGR, or Drug Money?

In a related curious development, a search for B. Tinubu on the university website for 1979 turns up a Gloria B. Tinubu. Who is this woman, and where is she?

The man who calls himself Bola Ahmed Tinubu may have far more skeletons in his cupboard than initially thought, and with the passage of time, and further digging into his past, it is becoming more and more obvious that he is probably the most unsuitable Nigerian alive to be President of Nigeria.

The Nigerian Judiciary need to do their job and do it fast, to save an already badly embarrased nation from further embarrasment. @OfficialABAT brings nothing to the table but immense and deep national shame to diligent, hard-working, highly skilled Nigerians around the world.

PoliticsRe: Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal To Deliver Judgement On September 16 by Penguin2: 10:00am On Aug 28, 2023
Hmmm!

I’m not comfortable with these guys choosing to deliver judgment on the last day of the life span of the Tribunal.

The implication is that if anything happens and they are not able to deliver that judgment that day, then whatever they do thereafter will be statute barred and amount to nullity.

Why not on 14th? So that if there’s any eventualities, they will still have 15th and 16th.

I’m saying this because knowing the characters we are dealing with in Tinubu and APC, no one can rule out the extent they can go to subvert due process. We might wake up on morning of September 15th and hear that one of the judges has either been arrested or kidnapped. And anything the remaining 4 do will amount to nullity. Just like waiting for him to return will mean that the Tribunal has exhausted its lifespan and anything they do from them will be nudum partum which will now give room for technicalities at the Supreme Court.

All Eyes On The Judiciary sha!

Our God is bigger than them.

Hopefully by then, Tinubu’s Chicago record must have been released to the world.

Peter Obi is coming!
PoliticsWhy Tinubu Will Lose Scandalously If A Rerun Is Ordered. by Penguin2(op):
With the way evidences keep propping up against Tinubu almost on a daily basis, it is becoming increasingly likely that the most favourable judgment Tinubu might get from the Tribunal is a rerun that he would participate in.

Ordinarily, and as it might happen, with the volume of evidence against Tinubu, ranging from forgery to perjury to double nomination to invalid nomination to fine from drug, Tinubu should be disqualified from even participating in a rerun (that’s if the court is not returning a new winner). But this is Nigeria where nothing is ever as it should be.

So, let’s assume the Tribunal orders a rerun and allows Tinubu to participate in it, what are his chances?

I can categorically say that Tinubu will lose a rerun election scandalously, and here are my reasons:

1) Uncoordinated and Brutish Subsidy Removal

One of the the harshest things that Tinubu did to Nigerians was the manner he removed fuel subsidy. It has thrown every Nigerian into pauperism and made even his most ardent supporters say “had I known”.

I know Tinubu supporters like to say he had no choice with subsidy removal because Buhari government already decided to end subsidy, but that’s a lie. First, the Buhari government made provision for payment of fuel subsidy till the end of June, Tinubu removed it on the 29th of May. Again, being the president, he had powers to even extend the subsidy payment till Christmas and make adequate provisions for palliatives towards the removal of subsidy by January of 2024. But he chose to go with impulse rather than calculated approach.

So, the effect of subsidy removal is one of the greatest things that will work against Tinubu if a rerun is ordered. How do you convince the hungry peasant to vote Tinubu again when s/he knows the hardship Tinubu has caused him or her within a short period?

Fun Fact: Did you know removal of fuel subsidy was not part of Tinubu’s speech at inauguration?

2) We Have Seen His Almighty Team

One of Tinubu’s campaign points then was that he has eyes for talent and will assemble the best brains to solve Nigeria’s problems like he did in Lagos. It was a point that appealed to a lot of people. But having been inaugurated and he chose his team, Nigerians have been left scratching their heads and asking, “are these the best brains?”

Tinubu appointed a lawyer as Aviation Minister.

Appointed two failed governors as Ministers of Defence.

Appointed Abacha’s bagman as Minister of Budget and National Planning.

Installed a thief, captured taking bribe on camera, as the chairman of his party. Just to mention a few.

What’s inspiring about this team that Tinubu will campaign with again? So, the stale line of “he will assemble the best brains” will no longer work because we have seen what he gathered.

3) No More Senators and House of Reps Candidates.

One concept that featured prominently during the electioneering campaigns was “structure”. And by structure they referred to the fact that they had candidates for every post in all the states. So, in the last election, you had Senatorial and House of Rep candidates who vigorously campaigned for APC, not because of their love or believe in Tinubu but because their own destiny was tied to the party’s success. So, a lot of these candidates who were popular in their constituencies garnered votes for APC in their regions which ultimately rubbed off on Tinubu as well. The National Assembly candidates were so helpful to the party that even those who lost, still garnered considerable votes in their name and for the party which helped add to the numbers.

Another candidate that enjoyed a similar privilege is Atiku. Because PDP with its spread fielded candidates for all elective positions in the election and the performance of these candidates helped shore up the numbers garnered by the party.

Only Peter Obi didn’t have this privilege. If anything, he was actually the reason a lot of National Assembly candidates on the Labour Party platform won their election, and not the other way round.

Now, if a rerun is ordered, the National Assembly candidates will no longer be there. The implication is that voters will approach polling units with only the names of the presidential candidates in mind. Can the voters in the core north choose Tinubu over Atiku and Kwankwaso considering other exigencies? I think not.

4) INEC Cannot Have “Technical Glitches” Twice

One of the most controversial things that happened in the last election was the shutting down of the INEC’s Electronic Result Viewing Portal (IREV) in the name of “technical glitches” which many believe was done to enable INEC manipulate the outcome of the election to favour a particular candidate.

Till date, almost 6 months after the election, INEC has not been able to explain the nature of the glitch they encountered. Not even in court were they able to demonstrate it.

But if a rerun is ordered, I refuse to even imagine the possibility of INEC telling Nigerians that they had another “technical glitches” again. If anything, if a rerun is ordered, Mahmoud Yakubu may have to give way for someone that Nigerians can trust to supervise the election. People in the level of Emir Sanusi or Bishop Kukah.

Now, if IREV works, Nigerians would be able to monitor the votes as they come in IN REAL TIME, which will eliminate or at least drastically reduce the chances of the votes being manipulated anymore. Unlike what we had in the previous election where we were seeing tipexed result sheets everywhere with figures manipulated and altered to assign numbers to candidates who didn’t score them.

5) Disgruntled APC Members

A lot of APC members that worked for Tinubu with a lot of vigour in the last election will no longer be doing that again having seen themselves sidelined after Tinubu emerged ‘victorious’.

I do not see people like Tanko Almakura, Omisore, Omo-Agege, Abdullahi Adamu, El-Rufai, Bayo Onanuga, and other numerous people who are already sheathing in pains of neglect, investing the same kind of vigour they invested in the first election. And what’s worst? Tinubu has not gained any new supporters that can replace these people in their respective states. Well, maybe except Asari Dokubo.

6) Niger Crisis
The way Tinubu has handled the Niger crisis has left a lot northerners apprehensive of Tinubu’s intentions for the north. Because if the senate had not pulled the plug on Tinubu’s request for military action in Niger, and had northern stakeholders not gotten involved in finding a diplomatic solution to the problem, coupled with the pushback of a lot of well-meaning Nigerians, Tinubu would have invaded Niger Republic and thrown the northern states that border Niger into humanitarian crisis. With this, if a rerun is ordered, a lot of northern stakeholders will be very skeptical in confidently campaigning for Tinubu again.

7) Some Former APC States Are Now In The Hands of Other Parties

During the last election, states like Kano, Zamfara and Plateau States were APC states. Tinubu won in Zamfara with the help of Mattawale’s unflinching support. He got about 300k votes (whether real or cooked) in Plateau due to Simon Lalong’s influence who was his campaign DG and sitting governor. Then he got over 700k votes in Kano due to Ganduje’s influence, whether real or cooked. But with Plateau and Zamfara now in the hands of PDP, Tinubu will obviously not do close to 20% of the numbers he did in those states in the last election. Similarly in Kano, except Kwankwaso decides to support him in a rerun, Tinubu is not likely going to do above 300k votes in Kano. And I say 300k votes because I don’t want to rule out the little influence that Ganduje still holds.

Bonus: Comment On Kwankwaso
It is necessary I mention Kwankwaso because he seems to have openly started this on-and-off relationship with Tinubu that we don’t know what it is yet. A lot of us expected him to make it into Tinubu’s cabinet but he didn’t, for whatever reason.

Now, the comment on him became necessary because in the event of a rerun, some alignments and realignments are likely to happen. And in these suspected likely alignments, Kwankwaso is the only one most likely to align with Tinubu. But can he?

Can Kwankwaso, who prides himself as the “Manduga”, the patron of the masses, look at the faces of the suffering northern masses and tell them to choose Tinubu despite the hardships he has caused them in the past few months?

Can he go against the general opinion of northern stakeholders should they decide not to support Tinubu due to so many factors including his shady existence and his activities in Niger? Can he?

Even if he decides to, how much influence can he bring? In the last election, he only won Kano. Would that be enough to help Tinubu in a rerun?

Conclusion

So, you see why Tinubu might struggle to even make third position should rerun be ordered? And as always, these are realistic points informed by empirical considerations and devoid of any emotions or bias. But feel free to to point out whatever you think is not as it was stated.

The kind of truth some people don’t like to hear. But we must continue to reinforce this truth until all the falsehood propagated for ages are extinguished.

I'm Yoruba and thats very true, I have never seen anyone bear BOLA. It should be Bolanle, Bolade, Bolatito, Bolatiri, Gbolagade,
Thank you jare!

The problem is that a lot of these Tinubu supporters will never use their brains.

They suspend reason in everything and degenerate to insulting everyone who dares question the obvious inconsistencies of the man they worship as god.

But reading through a lot of comments here, it has become apparent that “Bola” is not a standalone name. And what’s more interesting, it’s borne by a man. Tinubu cannot be the first in history, which is why we must never rest until the Bola A. Tinubu jigsaw puzzle is solved.

I see this as a duty we must do for both the present and incoming generation. To make sure that sanity reigns supreme in our society. We cannot be having crooks fall from the sky, acquire illicit wealth, buy certificates, lie about everything and about their lives and then go ahead to be rewarded with the highest office of the land, and we will keep quiet and watch it go unchallenged.

If we let this go, it will serve as a dangerous precedent that might never be undone. Because criminals will be emboldened, and hardwork and sincerity will become meaningless.

He should have done it without done without, some he lack manners like you, well you are igbos
I didn’t see him display any ill manner towards you before you insulted him. All he did was post a documentary evidence that countered all your falsehood and then you went hysterical and started insulting his mother.

What brought his mother into the discourse when he never called any of your parents?

Nobody in their right mind would want to be infused with Tinubu's expired, contaminated blood. Their generations will lie, cheat, steal, even off their opponents. What legacy would it be to be known as a drug dealer and Shylock?.
Lol!

Accepting to take Tinubu’s blood is like accepting suicide.

A rerun in which he would still lose? Lol
Lol!

If a rerun is held today, Tinubu will lose scandalously and you know it. Tinubu knows it, and his men know it. Which is why I believe those who are saying that Wike has been trying to buy all 5 judges to give unanimous judgment in Tinubu’s favour to rule out any dissent that the Supreme Court may rely on to give a contrary judgment.

Like, what will Tinubu campaign with in a rerun?

That he would assemble best brains? We have seen the thieves he gathered.

That he would tackle insecurity differently? Nigerians are still getting slaughtered, 3 months into his administration.

Add that to his brutish and uncalculated removal of fuel subsidy that has made the average Nigerian a pauper.

Add the fact that INEC will not be stupid twice to have another “technical glitches” again (dem no born dem well to repeat that nonsense).

Then add the fact that there would no longer be senators and House of Rep members campaigning for votes which was what helped Tinubu garner considerable votes in the first election.

So, tell me how he would win again.

Blurred results won't matter because INEC has the paper based results which are not blurred and which Peter Obi (sensibly) refused to pay for in order to bring to court knowing the numbers on there would not support any of his outlandish claims.
Peter Obi submitted the INEC result sheet for all the polling units he’s disputing their result.

But what did the Electoral Act say in times of dispute? It says that IREV result will take precedence.

Now, there’s dispute because Obi doesn’t trust the figures on INEC result sheets and the only way it would have been settled (according to the provisions of the Electoral Act, 2022) would have been to compare the physical results with IREV results, but IFEV results are now blurred, 18,088 of them, what do you now compare INEC’s physical results with to settle the dispute that has arisen from the election?
