Jonathan is clearly not in his elements. It is about time that Nigerians ask- who is in charge of this country? |
@OP I think you are a player whose MO is to sell the lets be 'just friends' idea into the heads of gullible girls. Cant you be just friends with guys like you? Dont you attempt to be 'just friends' with my gf. I will wring your neck. I dont believe in it and you already admitted its a falsehood. So why dont you drop it |
Jonathan just keeps sinking deeper. He cant be helped. |
I suppose the school authorities will now have to be very careful on whom they award pass marks. No use passing a student who cannot pay school fees when there are others waiting cash-in-hand. This policy sounds very much like what we expect from a Nigerian private university. |
1k001: One needs to make a distinction between a personality disorder and a mental illness. The latter is amenable to drug treatment while the former is not, among several other differences. Not all mental illnesses require drug treatment. Some need psychotherapy, others enviromental manipulation. I have found on this thread that folks believe the writer is trivializing mental illness bc all she has is a personality disorder. But a personality disorder that disrupts the capacity or ability of a sufferer to function or threatens the person's life through suicide shld be regarded as a major mental illness. People should also learn to draw the line betwn transcient reactive depressive state which occurs in bereavement, financial loss or disappointments in relationships or career from a pervading feeling of doom that wont go away and cannot be associated with any of life's usual setback. |
toba: Fake. Who took the picks? wasn't the person afraid? Na lieYou dey craze? Abi na the first time you they see Nig police dey run from robbers? |
God bless this senator who has chosen to take a stand in the interest of Nigerians inspite of all the official senatorial pampering he must be getting not to rock the boat. Incompetence, cluelessness, greed and timidity describes Nigeria's current president. He is unsellable. Nigerian senators simply cannot see beyond their noses. What a lonely senate it must be for this patriotriotic senator. |
Does Pastor Adeboye have a NL moderator on his payroll? |
Mohammed Adoke is today's Aondoakaa. A shameless, mindlessly corrupt lawyer in the employ of the Federal govt as attorney General. Again like in Aondoakaa's case, the NBA has been cowed into silence. What a shame. Jonathan's govt cannot pretend to be fighting corruption when the likes of Adoke remains in its cabinet. I genuinely feel ashamed being Nigerian. |
Any attempt. Na who go come stay back develop naija? Imagine, if there was no Berlin wall there would not have been east Germany. The first wave of Nigerians (and Indians)that will arrive UK will cause socio-economic chaos in that country. We are not even talking about Jamaicans and their weed. All that is wishful thinking. Any UK govt that allows that policy will be kicked out of power and replaced by an ultra-homophobic govt that will deport foreigners holder the red passport. |
Who are the kind of people buying Nigerian stocks with their hard earned money these days? I can understand vested interests trying to stimulate attention in certain stocks through calculated stock purchases. Other than that, that sector of the economy is best ignored. I get dividends through posts from the shares I hold in UBA and a few other quoted companies but I noticed that these cheques are never delivered until 6mths and above when it is impossible to redeem, but I guess this is all part of the underhand dealings going on at the 'stock Exchange'. Our country is not worthy of this kind of business. Ensure law and order first, then the Nigerian Stock Exchange will grow naturally. By the way what became of those operators who only a few short years ago manipulated stocks through insider trading and all kinds of sharp practices profiting to the tune of billions of naira? I bet they paid their way out. I would rather look for a 'reasonably safe' pyramid scheme operated by someone on whom I have some kind of leverage. Thanks but no thanks. |
Anenih is back. He is ready to take Nigeria to new heights of corruption. NL resident critics aint seen nothing yet. |
https://www.nairaland.com/592319/tobechi-onwuhara-king-home-equity I guess my projection about this guy and how he will be caught was not entirely correct. But it was not entirely wrong either. Sydney for all practical purposes is like any other major US city. He will be lucky to get out in 25yrs. But the good thing is, he most likely will be alive circumventing early death from drug and gang related violence. I hope he takes it well. Computers and info tech wont be the same when he gets out. |
I have had a few close calls which is why i dont do long distance. The last was abt 3yrs ago on a 100km stretch of highway. Each time i parked to catch a nap, my eyes would light up like an inferno. No sleep. Yet i had to be on time for a wedding. So i drove at sub 80km/hr on the slow lane. It was real torture but I got to destination in one piece. Another practical solution will be to avoid driving on d hway alone. This is helpful on many fronts not least of which is d fact that those smiling policemen can transform into robbers in a sec and leave u dead in your car. |
Mean, disabled fool. If the late girl has brothers they should seize his prosthetic limbs and beat him on the ground with a 2 by 4 until he tells the truth. |
What I really like to know is what indeed was her appearance fee. |
Jonathan is fully aware that this agreement will come back to haunt him which was why he attempted to smuggle in a 7yr single term. What shmuck! |
If Jonathan was an effective leader, no one will pay any attention to this Governor. Unfortunately he has disappointed everybody. Infact he has failed. His image makers and jobbers can scream all they want but that is what they are paid for. We expect no less. Come 2015 he must leave Aso rock. |
She looks like a cute, pretty midget. |
The man did not command an iota of respect from his wife. If same woman had been married to some other men she wont dare pour water let alone fuel on him bc d backlash would have been instantaneous and severe. Its a lesson to all men. Love ur wife does not mean act foolishly with her. IMHO, he failed as a husband and that has nothing to do with polygamy. But pray, what d hell on earth does a senator have to do with sinking boreholes for d pple using state money? Is this Nigeria's version of democracy in Obj and Jonathan's republic? When will this criminal aberration be rectified? |
Jonathan is presiding over a national sleaze unprecedented in history. He appears either incapable or unwilling to address Nigeria's problems. As things stand it seems the farther you are away from the treasury the less likely you will be remembered. |
Could she be one of Felix Aigbe Liberty's daughters ("ur love, ur love thats what I waaaant, Ngozi. . . ." ? I understand he has at least 5 of them. This one is truly hot. |
Why should gfs worry over sulking bfs when they can have men friends on their own terms this valentine. If you dont have a man friend yet, its easy. Just keep a smiling face. He will find you. He will do everything a boyfriend does with all the added benefits and peace of mind. Imagine what you can do with that extra wad of cash. Besides men friends dont kiss and tell. Opportunities dont grow on trees if you want to move up on the social and economic ladder. Men friends are frequently the gaps that connect those fantastic testimonies (dont expect them to get any mention). |
What are the other 5 stubborn companies? This statistics is questionable |
The wife I had seen in the media looked nothing like this. She looks hot. I never tot Ali Baba was funny. Talkative? Yes. |
If life had taken a normal course, they probably would have been divorced by now or the man would have died from matrimonial related hypertension. |
hbabe: Why did he talk about this local travel allowance alone? Why hide the others? The man is a crook. He is as corrupt as the bank executives he has accepted payment to keep in check. I am really disappointed in Sanusi. I actually believed until now that he is clean and untainted. He has been asked what is a clear, direct and legitimate question about his earning, rather he chooses to deviate attention. Someone who is transparent will be more forthcoming. A lot in my own opinion is buried in that office that requires the attention of law enforcement and I dont mean Lamido's EFCC that is in perpetually slumber. |
Jarus: Na wa o.Blimey. The state pays for all expenses including feeding, transportation, accommodation infact total logistic requirement for d trip so he can do his job and he still gets to keep 25k. What d hell for? And this is supposed to be an ennobling disclosure of the Cbn gov. Nigerian's will surely like to know more about other routine allowances. Besides why can we know the US president salary and not know that of a Nigeria federal bank governor? The summary of it all is that Sanusi is evasive bc he has sth to hide. Your feeble defence of what u know nothing about only puts him under d microscope so quit trying. |
Chanchit: I'm sure the 25k is just for his pocket, gov't would pay for the hotel, feeding and ashawo.Ashawo allowance. Dont go there. That cant be discussed. Its a security matter. |
Are we talking Naira here or dollars? B/c Lagos to Warri on economy is 33k the last time I checked. That is assuming he is not coming back from the oil city same day. Was this intended to be a comic relief of some kind by the CBN Governor? If that is statutorily allocated what exactly then does he spend? Or does he get this amount whether he actually travels or not? Bamidele already has enough to hang him on this alone bc the CBN gov is clearly trying to mislead the people through false, confusing or incomplete information. |
