The country gave up on Agriculture that was once our #1 source of income as a country, then faced oil, other industries were almost abandoned..
Even the oil self, neither of the government owned refineries are working in full capacity even with all the money earmarked for the project since Obasanjo's regime.

There's money to fix whatever needs to be fixed in Nigeria, Nigeria is not poor.

My conversation with Mr. Abdulwastecx was about the duration of the 2nd Niger bridge project.. a project of that small magnitude of less than 2 miles should not have taken this long to complete.

Between Nigeria and "those other natural resources" you are talking about are billions of dollars worth of investment. If not those resources are no different from sand and grass. And nobody will want to invest in those resources if he/she isn't sure of a high ROI. Nobody will invest his money there when there are no infrastructures in place.

The reason the refineries are not working is because of fuel subsidies. The money NNPC are supposed to use to maintain the refineries are used in subsiding fuel for us. Until fuel subsidy is removed, we will all keep deceiving ourselves.

Peter Obi literally said, "infrastructures doesn't drive an economy". He totally down played the importance of infrastructures in an economy.

And again I asked you. Would a foreign business man invest his hard earn billions in an economy where there are no infrastructures?

I know of close family members that schooled with him from primary to university level. And are still alive.

Even after Chicago University confirmed twice that Tinubu attended their school some people still said he didn't go to school. You guys didn't believe Tinubu when he said the he lost his certificate when the military ransacked his house yet you want us to believe that Okowa and Atiku went to school? If they went to school they should provide their certificate. No excuses

On National TV, even after Tinubu's campaign lawyer told Atiku's lawyer that it wasn't possible for Tinubu to work in those US companies and Exxonmobil, the lawyer said anybody can forge certificate and use it to work.

So I'm telling you that Okowa forged his certificate. He nor go school.. The fact that he went to school doesn't mean he wrote the exam, else he would have a certificate.

The Easternerners that have been complaining of marginalisation, that the federal governments don't build infrastructures in their region are now the ones saying infrastructures are not important and they don't drive and economy just because Peter Obi said so. Is God not wonderful?

The same oil in UAE , Saudi , Qatar etc.. is the same Oil in Nigeria.

Stop being myopic and stop talking out of emotions. I'm not trying to justify the foolishness of our politicians but y'all should stop comparing UAE and Qatar with Nigeria. Those countries has the same or more deposit of oil in a smaller area and with a very small population.

Qatar for example is a country with a landmass of 11,500km² has less than 3 million citizen but yet produce almost 2 million barrels of oil per day.
Nigeria landmass is 924,000km² (that's times 80 of Qatar's landmass), with over 200 million people but yet produce about 1.2 million barrels per day. How would you compare both countries?

That's like comparing a man that earns 1 million monthly but has 4 wives and 15 children with a man that earns 5 million monthly but has 1 wife and 3 children.

We are saying develop your people and some of these things government waste money on, they will handle it efficiently and not waste or spoil them. Education is one of such ways to do that.

Good correction. You are right he could do that. However, the police are not going to be the judge, and the court will not judge based on just your evidence. She would also defend your claims. She will also be tutored by her lawyers on what to say.

This is Nigeria, she could bribe her friends to witness against you that you said you didn't want the pregnancy immediately after confirming it.

She could bribe to get doctor's report that the said foetus died as a result of some complications that pose a threat to her health. (Remember that a doctor did the abortion o and won't want the problem escalated to him or her).

I was born and lived in Lagos for over 34 years before i had the chance to see first hand what a developed city or country actually looks and feels like.

Someone said something yesterday where I was having meeting with a client. He said with what Peter knows and can do, he should forget Nigeria and channel his strength to the SE zone. Eventhough there is no regional government, Igbos should vote in capable governors across southeast and have Peter as consultant to all the states.
