Wait a minute... If my memory serves me right, I watched the interview between Adichie and Merkel. When Adichie asked Merkel about the Siemens deal, what Merkel said was, "I will get back to you. You will get your answer." So when did Merkel say this thing you wrote?
Although I didn't watch the whole interview to the end but I watched most of it and when I stopped watching it, they were already talking about something completely different from power.

I don't have any ideal and am 100% sure that to embark on sure project one won't spend upto such amount stated by Ameachi because we all know that the so called FG have never been honest with money and the resources of this country, all they do is to look for means of looting. 36 billion dollars is not just a token when compared to naira. Again the LONGEST HIGH SPEED RAILWAY ( not the locomotive railway track Ameachi is talking about) in India cost less than 18 billion dollars and remember that India is three times bigger than Nigeria, now imagine how long the model railway will be when you bring the length down to Nigeria

Now far back in 2008 Libya spent almost $3 billion for just 554 km railway. How many km railway would connect the whole Nigeria States?

You still didn't answer my question. How much do you think is enough to link all the 36 States by rail? $2 million? The question isn't whether they'll do it or not but how much you think it will cost? When you answer the question I will answer yours.

In case, you still don understand, a skill without a degree will earn less than a skill with a degree statistically..

Also I was comparing two scenarios, a certificate you have but don't need, a certificate you need but don't have. And I said one of the scenario was much better.

My uncle who dropped out of school was telling me of a story of how a friend of old who he met years later wanted to help with a good job. All the friend needed was just any university degree (even Arabic education was ok) to get him the job but he didn't have. That's how he lost that opportunity. He needed a degree that he didn't have.

Sha there are still tons of people that made it without having a degree so it's not a must.

Just an advice to all those school na scam people..
It is better to have a certificate that you don't need than to need a certificate that you don't have.
