Meliforme:Aribo is not a central midfielder. The sooner our coaches understand that the better. He will be better as a winger or support striker in a 442. I know a lot of people will not agree but its obvious. He cannot control a midfield or read a game. Its a misnomer playing him in midfield |
lovewins:Mikel should come back from retirment like roger milla did |
Marjoribanks:Peseiro is a scam who came to collect our money. He is just a mediocre. With him as coach we cant go oast the quater final of the afcon. He is a big scam who came to collect money |
Cecco90:Divine Nwachukwu (The Bendel insurance midfielder) should please not run away to latvia. He seems a good player and has received a call up of late He should wait until the next chan and then go to belgium or holland where he can build a good career in Europe With a good coach the homebased should qualify and do well in CHAN. NFF should wade into the matter and monitor the way our npfl and even academy players run to obscure leagues. it is getting horrible. Their career should be monitored as they are part of Nigerian football. it is better to win chan champions league with Enyimba and if you must leave go to lens fc of France when you are 24 than go to obscurity in malta or latvia. unfortunatelly Nff is not organized and is corrupt and so everything is in shambles. NFF should put their house in order. the new president seems committed i hope. There are also some private clubs doing well but A LOT HAS TO CHANGE iN OUR FOOTBALL. THERE iS AN ADMiNiSTRATiVE PROBLEM THAT iS THE ROOT OF THE MATTER CALLiNG HOME BASED PLAYERS TO CAMP iS LiKE CUTTiNG OFF THE BRANCHES WiTHOUT ATTACKiNG THE ROOT. |
oloriooko:The reason why we did not qualify for the olympics and the home based CAN was because Siasia was not around He does well at youth level and is one of the few Nigerian coaches i really trust. Our football badly needed Siasia He also nows how to get the best of our home based and youth players and integrate them into the national team. Our football badly needs Siasia |
ChrisKels:Yeah natural takent can get u to some extent. After that u need ciaching with discipline. An example is gift orban. He is obviously a raw talent from street football to best player in belgium and European league record. However to thrive in a top 5 league he needs tactical training duscipline humilitu and he needs to learn. I mean to play in chelsea real madrid etc ge needs some polishing |
heartofcity12:i am not too good with women but i collect ladies phone numbers while walking on the road without giving them money. in fact i can collect 10 in a day if i want. Also in a few weeks or months i have their attention or even their body if i want. im not too good with women and to some bad boys im basic as guys bang girls in a few days but at least i do not have scarcity or money mentality nor do not lack confidence Simps do not understand or know who women are or how to relate with them. Their relational strategies are too simplistic and ineffective. i just know some basic things and i at least can succeed at a level with them. Simps need to try out other strategies but their belief system bleeps them up. Also i dont totally blame women for exploiting simps every human being likes money and will use what he or she has to get what he or she wants. Simps dont understand women are human beings like them with their faults and foibles. In fact, as basic as i am in understanding, i have to make sure im not around girls because i have a call into the things of God (as in ministry) and because i have a destiny with God as God has called me to be a pastor i must move closer to God and make sure i dont fall into sexual sin. Women are really easy. I remember a lady i seduced (I mean the seduction was spontanous) I was in her house we were talking and she just kissed me and we made love. I cant remember giving her money From there, the power was in my hands Anytime i was comming, she became jittery as she could not control her sexual feelings for me She was the one that was shy I just read a little on how to seduce women and put some basic things into practice thats all. And to be honest, i dont understand much just basic things and a little research here and there Simps have no basic understanding of women and seduction. |
kennysville:Onuachu is different. He is too technicality limited. He cannot do anything eith the ball on the ground, is not mobile, is not aggressive, is not skillfull technical or anything. Iheanacho can still play as a lone striker in some situations and us technical. As long ad you can do things with the ball at your feet pass or dribble you can be accomodated. Onuachu is too one dimensional for most coaches to cope with. In a physical team he is not aggressive or mobile. In a technical team he is not technical at all. What do u want coaches to do. He is the most one dimensional player i have ever seen. Awoniyi is also physical bug he is technical and mobile. Check out his pass for elanga for his assist today. Onuachu dies not even have good hold up play. Some coaches will simply get fustrated. |
Samson tijani played 90 minutes for wolfsberger today in the austrian league. Second match if thevseason |
AndSunGorilla:They can arrange to have the contract postponed by a year if possible. I mean a pre-contract can be signed that he will join the club next summer or at a stipulated time preferred by Salah. That way, they can spend the whole of this season and the summer looking for a replacement for him |
ChrisKels:I watched him in the u20 and i was very impressed. He organizes the defense well and is a good leader. He reminds me of Stephen Keshi. He is technical, marks well, intelligent etc. The boy is actually very good |
mostob:Well, Nigeria needs to have a coach like Maresca He is decent, hardworking, young, tactically sound and ambitious. There are coaches like this all over the place. We will find if we look hard enough. At least, such a coach will not be expensive and will want to make a name with an African football giant. |
Anyway what about Ebenezer Akinsanmiro and Victor Eletu Are the 2 midfielders going on loan this season or they will remain in the youth teams of inter milan and ac milan if so, will they be given first team opportunities Anybody with any information on this issue It is 2 days to the close of the transfer window |
COACHING IS THE FUNDAMENTAL PROBLEM WITH NIGERIAN FOOTBALL Coaching is the basis of development in football and sports. Coaching to football is like teaching in education. A good coach will product 50 good players A bad coach will produce 50 bad players Nigerian football administrators dont take coaching seriously. We don't do fundamental things the right way in this country Our players are badly coached that is why as talented as they are they end up in obscure leagues. Recently Finidi Gorge was not allowed on the bench in a caf champions league match because he does not have the minimum Grad B coaching licence. IF WE DONT DO SOMETHING ABOUT OUR STANDARD OF COACHING OUR FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT WILL REMAIN LIMITED. The way a NIgerian football is what a 15 year old boy in chelsea academy knows a 22 year old Nigerian footballer is not even aware of it. Footballers in the country have their developmental weaknesses exposed abroad as a result of the absence of good coaching. The finest Nigerian players abroad nowadays hardly pass through the league system because there’s almost no development in that regard, greatly due to the NFF’s failures. https://soccernet.ng/2022/04/nigerias-coaching-struggles-and-the-culpability-of-the-nff.html In fact, i once read somewhere that the npfl players look like bush people (araoko) when they come to the Super Eagles camp. They do not even know basic things like zonal marking or first touch for a striker The average Nigerian footballer is like a chemistry student who does not know basic things like how to balance a chemical equation, atomic number, isotope etc and is about to do his SSCE. COACHING IS THE BASIS OF FOOTBALL |
Samson Tijani in action for wolfsberger vs rb salzburg. Match will soon end. They loaned him where he would get playing time. Thats good of salzburg nwakali starts for gd chaves against farense. Match starts at 6pm |
komekn:i am not an expert but (1) Chaves came 7th last season. That is encouraging and not poor (2) The Portuguese league is better than the spanish second division. (3) Since 20016 they have been in the Portuguese first division A team lie this in a respectable league cannot be described as poor. i mean perfomance of a team is just not by one or two matches but over time . The portugues league has produced ronaldo figo rui costa diogo jota The league has even won the champions league and benfica recently defeated arsenal. to come 7th in such a league demands respect |
Nwamazi8:To be honest with you even when they are available they are mediocre. Only Ndidi and iwobi is really above average. onyeka and aribo cannot really win a midfield battle. Anyway i suggest we should try fisayo dele bashiru in midfield (at least he is getting regular game time in turkey) Also in the world cup qualifiers and friendlies we should try daniel daga as a dm. he seems impressive. Dont listen to people like him who cannot come up with solutions. Raphael onyedica might be better than this aribo and onyea but people again will not listen. as per aribo he is better off as a winger in a 4 4 2 formation or as a support strier. The problem is that Aribo is not really a midfilder. More of a support striker or winger who can play in midfield some times. |
TheGoodJoe:The bolded is true. There is discrimination against africans playing the creative midfield role. Europeans believe Africans cannot play as creative midfielders and so dont encourage them. This is a quote from a website Ian Hawkey touches on the subject in his all encompassing book Feet of the Chameleon: The Story of African Football. “More and more the notion that Africa’s football exists in service to Europe’s professional game dictates the type of athlete clubs, schools and academies promote. ‘Sooner or later when you speak to a coach in Europe, who might be interested in a young player,’ says one scout employed to survey African talent for a leading British club, ‘they ask you “so what’s his aerial elevation like?” They want big, tall, strong players first of all.’ “There is a prevalent stereotype among recruiters that the best sort of footballer to look for in Africa is the quick striker or the muscular defensive midfielder...Europe’s acquisitive eye shapes the very shape of an aspiring African footballer,” he says. this is culled from a website https://inbedwithmaradona.com/journal/2011/11/7/is-europe-killing-the-african-playmaker.html |
charlesemeka85:Okay i admit i am exagerating. But at least he should be part of our team due to our lack of midfielders I was overexcited when i was typing that |
Meliforme:Besides hd can play in 442 formation as a winger. I 100 percent agree with u. I know a lot of people will find youg opinion strange but its true |
comodo:The following midfielders may become world class in less than 5 years (peharps 2 to 3 years) a. Samson Tijani b. Fisayo Dele Bashiru c. Victor Eletu d. Ebenezer Akinsanmiro e. Maybe Ibrahim Oseni |
MAVICK2000:This is my suggestion 1. When you read jot down what you have read 2. You then read what you have jotted down 3. When you read, you revise that is you can read a topic 2 or 3 times. Repition aids memory |
Remo Stars product Nigerian winger Tunde Akinsola played his second game in the spanish second division for Real Valladolid yesterday He is only 20 years old |
typicalgamer:He will improve under a guardiola lie coach. After all that is what he does for a living. Yoruba says n kan ti eyan fin jeun. Football puts a roof over his head and food on his table so why wont he improve when he gets a good teacher. One season in leicester will turn him into a technical player. If he doesn't improve with all that then it his fault |
ChrisKels:The present coach of leicester is a tiki taka guardiola disciple. It is better he stays ther and learn how to pass with technicality. The coach is playing him and he is improving. Its actually a blessing in disguise. |
StUriah:The funny thing is that we need philosophy badly in Nigeria but we are not aware boko haram is a philosophical issue. suicide (which is now common) has philosphical undertones. What is happiness? Why did God bring me into the world to suffer Sexual liberality and the fall of marriage and the rise of single mothers. Even big brother Africa is a philosophical movement in a religious society such as ours we badly need philosophy. e.g we believe in money rituals. is it superstition or what?? What is education? why do we go to school? what is God? what is African culture? why are we backward? why do we have bad leaders?... and many more philosophy answers and solves many problems. but we are not aware of it |
EBENEZER AKINSANMIRO A lot of italian clubs want him on loan. inter milan will have to start playing him in their first team or else he will go somewhere where they will give him playing time. let us see what will happen this season https://interworldwide.net/ebenezer-akinsanmiro-weighs-other-options-outside-inter/ |
ABOUT PAUL ONUACHU The coaches of Southampton are guardiola disciples. Paul Onuachu is too limited for possession football. he cant pass to save his life and so he is practically non-existent there. Onuachu is too limited for most coaches and modern football but can still suceed in a top 5 league with a coach who just understands his limitations Anyway, he is on his way back to Genk where they understand him |
heartofcity12:Women are not people you take seriously. They are just meer jokers and pretenders. To be honest some women enjoy sexualizing themselves. They are all over instagram, onlyfans night clubs etc They enjoy the attention it generates and how it makes them feel beautiful. They are not really logical people. It is the conservative nature of our society that hides their funny nature. As the Nigerian society is getting more liberal the funny nature of women is becoming obvious. In the western world they are allready showcasing how dysfunctional and terrible they can be |
Kelechi nwakali starts for gd chaves against rio ave in the Portuguese league |
Marjoribanks:What i am trying to say is that he is not an out and out centre forward like Haaland. He can easily play on the wings and as a supporting striker. He can do a lot of things and create chances for himself. That is what i observed from what i saw of him. There was a time he even tried to score from midfield and the ball hit the bar. As a result, a lot of teams will be interested as he can slot in as a wing forward or whatever. Whoever is our coach should take note and use him appropiately. |
