I believe that one of the reasons we always deploy 4-4-2 is to maintain a good defensive shape given the obvious loopholes in our defenses. I believe we can achieve more defensively and even offensively in a 3-4-2-1, with Bruno and Osayi providing the width on the left and on the right respectively as wingbacks.

In my understanding, they; Bruno and Osayi interprets the wing role better than the guys we normally station there.

in my opinion osayi samuel should be used as a winger instead of chuwueze. He will be very effective as a winger.
even in a 4 3 3 osayi can play as a winger while ola aina plays in defense.
but peseiro is too dumb to see this.

Ivory coast is a really good team! Dem wan kill Morrocco today. How that matched ended 1-1 was a miracle. It should have easily been 6 nil to the Ivorians that's even me being lenient. Lol! Because I have analyzed his game style and he plays more like an attacking midfielder than a pure 9. He has a good football IQ, intelligent, skillful, creative but his finishing isn’t superb. Bayer Leverkusen star Victor Boniface has explained why he is not the classic striker who is just expected to put himself in dangerous positions to score goals.



The 22-year-old announced how prolific he is last season when he emerged as the joint top-scorer in the UEFA Europa League alongside Manchester United forward, Marcus Rashford.



He has also continued that form with Bayer Leverkusen this term, scoring 6 goals in his first 6 games in the Bundesliga, thereby locking horns with Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane, Serhou Guirassy and Jonas Wind for the top scorer in the German top-flight so far.


When asked about the kind of striker he is, Boniface said that his style is more than that of a normal goalscorer by referring to the position he used to play before becoming a striker.



"Exactly. There are lots of classic strikers. They wait for their moment in the penalty area. But then it can happen that they don't touch the ball for ten minutes," Boniface said to Bayer Leverkusen's official website.



"I don't like that. I want to play differently, create chances and not just finish them. I like dropping back to take part in the build-up and I like pulling opposition defenders towards me and thereby creating space for my teammates.



"A bit of this style is in my nature. I used to play in midfield and increasingly took part in build-up play. I often watch videos of tricky and intelligent players to develop my game in that way to be able to help the team even more."



Statistically, Boniface is right in his admissions when we take a look at his assist tally since his arrival in Europe.


He managed, 8 assists for FK Bodø/Glimt in 66 appearances, 12 for Royale Union Saint-Gilloise in 51 games and has recorded 3 so far for Bayer Leverkusen, which is impressive for a striker.

U too de fear. The opposing defence will be occupied with our forwards and midfielders. Also oir dm can help in the wings. U cant play football with fear.
Wing play can easily be defended.

It depends on your interpretation of 442.

Someone telling you Liverpool won a few titles with just "work horse" midfielders is painting a very limited picture of how Liverpool played. They had a TAA who was the primary source of their creativity. Nigeria can't boast of such in any of our Fullbacks so it is very relevant to focus on what the team truly needs especially with respect to improving how we transit, how we build up sequences and how we get the best out of our attack.

Jpes inviting Fisayo Dele-Bashiru as an answer to Iwobi needing help in the creative dept is both good and bad.
Good because I see he's finally listening to reason but bad because Fisayo is decent but not the profile needed to upgrade our creative side in midfield. His style and deeper stats says it all. The team needs a controller, a midfield player who can hold plays together and string passing sequences with the pausa of a dictator.

Fisayo is a decent CM/AM/LM but still lacks what will truly uplift the outlook of our midfield plays. His passing range isn't tops as well.


Finally, I still don't know what Joe Aribo is doing on this list. He has failed to nail down a starting shirt in the Championship and only gets few minutes here and there. He is off form and poor right now and isn't deserving of constant recall. It's not like he has done enough in the GWG colors either to justify his callup.

So in continuation of my gist .
There's one married woman in my street. She got one daughter about 4 years.. both she and husband come to my wife shop steady for pos and buying provision. Very classic woman. She wears some of the dresses. latest phone . Expensive items etc. So they are well to do. The husband is a type that goes to village and come back on Friday then go back on Tuesday again . He's a cocoa merchant.. there's one 22yrs old guy living in the same compound with this couple he also patronise us in store , so about two weeks ago. This man went to meeting with colleagues mother burial, u know that ondo people love partying esp burial.
Inside that meeting his wife was calling him to know when he will get back home as it was getting late around 10pm. So the man explained to her wife that he's not sure of coming as the meeting/party will extends to next morning.
Now the wife have concluded his husband not more coming home that night...
So he invite this young dude of 22yrs to her matrimonial bed and they have sex. Meanwhile this guy is staying with his friend in that same compound.. so in the process of knacking.
The husband have being calling wife on phone and number not picked up..
This trigger the man to get up from the party/meetings around 11.30pm to go home because he thought something is wrong and in fear why his wife not picking his calls.

In that police station, husband request for the police to bring both of his wife and the boy out... in the presence of the wife parents. The husband asked the wife to explain what brought her to police stations to her parents .

What surprises me is that the wife lied that the boy entered thier room raped her,. Na so this boy shout that. The woman willingly give him herself for knack and they have knack more than 15times whenever the husband goes to the village for hustle. So on hearing them speak
the husband pay for the bail of the boy and free the boy. Then tell it to the face of the wife parents to bail thier daughter and never she should step her leg in his house.. the man withdraw his 4 year old daughter from the woman and ask her to come pack her luggage in his house...

Last week Friday the man has packed out from the house to another location but the estranged wife luggage still in the house.. till today the wife is still ashamed and she can't come to pack her stuff yet.. the landlord already sent that 22yr old packing from his house too.

We're never creative down the middle.

In the next 3 years we will start using midfielders. Our coaches stubbornly refuse to build our midfield but time and experience will teach them a lesson.
By the time we perform poorly in the next 2 nations cup and dont qualify for the next world cup we will start shouting and asking what the problem is.
By 2026 we will be forced to build our midfield. The universe is strict it is either innovate or die. We will learn the hardway. It is a matter of time.
