Everyone experiences stressors at diff points in life,but having a healthy mind,not breaking under pressure or fear for me Ive learnt comes from having a postive attitude in all things,been hopefull for all things,having a good support group and not been afraid to ask for their support emotionally when needed and I must not lie,My faith in God that everything will turn out fine. meanwhile on depression,the three main signs of depression, Low mood, Low energy Loss of interest Low mood-extremely moody or sad for known or unknown reasons,may cry for no exact reason. Low energy-Feels tired,not really related to activity,just tiredness within.not having the ability to be excited enough to do anything. Loss of interest-especially in anything he/she used to enjoy.eg football lover not been interested or having enough energy to watch the championship,u may call it boredom. if one checks positive for all three,or at least 2,consider seeing a doctor.the others signs they say revolve around those threesigns.That said,its also noted that a good close friend you can talk to in the initial stage is as good as a psycologist but when that fails,to see the doctor. |

Insincere Nigerian,if you loved your country,you would ave seen a point or two in favour of the general.A leader without a godfather.I believe strongly he is the transition needed btw the governance of the old and the new.think about it what young person even as president as the clout,backing and invisibility to stand against the cabal in the corridors of power?is it fashola that has not stood up to tinubu succesfully that will dare obj?or is it Ribadu that was feathered out of office?General Buhari is that bridge needed for power to pass from the old to the young,after he has cleansed and restructured the system,after he has broken the backs of the cabal and ensured a system that works.pray tell,what better candidate do you have? What will general buhari @ age 70 do with power. Start with what he did with power in his youth.did he serve his country,did he put her intrest above self,did he plunder the wealth of the nation....for those who say integrity and the fight against corruption is overated...the words of the british PM "if corruption and mismanagement of funds going on in Nigeria had happened in the history of the Uk,the Uk as we know it today,would simply not exist". He bothered to make a manifesto that was specific time bound and realistic. On reducing the cost of governance,does anyone really think GEJ has performed in this area better than buhari would ave done?Imagine what Buhari will do with the FOI bill. Buhari with power will cause a change in the status quo,because he dares to be different,corruption will be a crime with him not the order of the day.Imagine a contract awarded for a road once and the road is buildt,imagine spending less on feeding in Aso rock,on decorating the VP's mansion,on promoting the PIB,on farmers phone,etc,Imagine accounting for Abacha's loot,Imagine parastatals not duplicating costs.Imagine cutting down the cost of governance and this funds at the hand of a leader tested with money in his youth and did not fail.Imagine the new Nigeria. Traditional men exist,they are brought up to be traditional,to see women as inferior.a lady once said her Inlaws told her her job was to bear kids for her son when she married him,she went ahead,they came in told her how to take care of their son up to the way they prefer his kitchen and house arranged,eventually he started beating her for not dropping her pay.point is if your parents raised you like a princess,and you choose the lineage of slaves in the name of love,the choice was yours to make,dont complain. 2 Likes |

Nigerians and their armchair criticism,was any of the tabloids there?for the record,UCH ibadan has a team with multidisciplinary specialities on every case needed,meaning all needed specialities would have been seeing her daily.Its unfortunate the confidentiality clause stops the medical team from saying their parts all the time,but to say she lacked access to specialist care @ UCH ibadan Nigeria,trust me ther's no better place she would ave gotten it in naija. 1 Like |

They stay @ home mostly,sometimes u see them in a group with other girls @ events.they don't club alone,no no,they are either with a male friend so u won't get it right there either,best bet,ask your friends,they'll tell you their friends that are wife material.Girls tell their male friends stuff,so they'll help you weed out fakes. 1 Like |

really why 30?let women be.just imagine the multitude who joined the bandwagon and married 20's how many checked out,enduring hoping for a way out,cheat etc...its not how fast,its how well.Before anyone starts quoting chromosomal deficiency and maternal age,science has proven it has nothing to do with maternal age rather paternal age.So the message is guys if u plan on having kids without down's settle qucikly and have your kids. |

I agree with the OP.We should celebrate our firstlady and treat her well however imperfect she may be,(except where matters of grave negligence or judgement affecting the common good is involved which has not been the case). Its a basic tenet of society every woman should have taught her son at one point or the other to respect women.plus she speaks the niger deltan way.That said,Im wondering what percentage of people who criticize her have mothers that speak better english.keyword,percentage. 1 Like |

as unusual as it sounds,something like this has been documented in medcine though rare.Its not really a feather,its constituent is said to be unknown and indestructible by fire.There's an association of people who have it,they formed the group to encourage more study on it. |

Under him Nigerians were most disciplined (we still follow his templates till today),there was accountability(Imagine 5t dissapearing without a fuss),he had zero tolerance for corruption and ostentatious displays of wealth,He crushed militia groups,he was non tribalistic (development was nationwide in every geopolitical zone),you would know this of cause, But your hatred as made you myopic,no blind. The former president whose daughter went to primary ,secondary and tetiary institutions in Nigeria,public schools for that matter,She delivered in a General hospital,Not abroad.How many of us will allow that for our loved ones and you accuse him of unfounded wealth based on what? You're probably one of those who cast sentimental votes putting nigeria in the delima it is now.Do us all a favour next time,just sit @ homewith your myopia.Trust me Nigeria needs the likes of the General to sweep corruption,complacency,Godfatherism and flagrant disregard for the rule of law from the corridors of power,only then can the young idealistic visionary leader we hope for ever get a chance at the power to make it better. @ OP its happened,dont flog yourself.Apologize not because u dont feel hurt,do so because its the right thing to do,and the first step to making it all right.Do it in front of her son,leave after for work,(give them both time to talk without you)come in later and have a talk about how it made you feel with your husband,Plan the way forward. Use this incidence to set boundaries and discuss expectations also to really appraise yourself on how to be better.Trust me for those casting stones none of them are better.We are all a work in process,and lifes experiences are to make us better,not break us. Lastly,Get a book on emotional intelligence,you obviously need guiadance on dealing with such emotions in future.Wish youthe best. |

Let's be objective about this matter,its said children are like arrows that speak for you at the door,the lady felt genuinely slighted,pastor poju did not leave the matter to his followers,he apologized regardless of the true story and bad press,An example of the character of a true humble leader that he is. To all who may read this,I join to make a case for the convenant christian center,where in addition to christian values and Godly character,concepts like hardwork,loyalty(to God, family employers and fellow men)social responsibility,comunity development are taught and held in esteem. This incidence is clearly a misunderstanding blown out of proportion. |

It is said science has proven a known plant in africa and the amazon cures cancer in the lab at least 8-10 times faster than any known anticancer drug.problem is in excessive dosses causes parkinsons.So who defines the safe dose. Most medical drugs are from herbs.the difference is a lot of research has gone into ensuring the side effects and doses to ensure they are safe.for every medical drug administered all possible effects and doses can be defended,thats why companies spend millions of dollars on research. so someone by the roadside or some unknown company offers u unverified herbs to cure all.....and you buy for yourself and ur child? My 2 cents,the ,OP said "better Companion".He may have a valid point,think about it,how many lower class girls had the luxury,time,family emphasis placed on social development. unlike the upper middle class above where Hobbies like vast travel,extensive reading,golf,swimming,polo,ballet,horseback riding,"plays an instrument",social outings,charity groups,volunteer work etc are imbibed in them from childhood as opposed to the "lower class" girl whose sole aim was survival and entertainment would be neighbourhood gossip and tv if lucky. transpose that to their late twenties and guess who makes the better companion. That been said,what counts is character.the entertaining upper class girl may just lack character. so If you find a loyal,kind,intelligent loving lower class girl,then make her the companion of your dream. |

Please tell us what he did to become wealthy,give us a detailed analysis with dates of how he built his empire if you are so certain that he was never a corrupt man.Surely if you idolize him so much ,you should be able to give a credible explanation as to how he became rich considering that he was a soldier.
