The mistake has been made, don't complicate it. Take your time to clean her up, turn your lemon to lemonade. So far you have not said much about her character which is to say she's doing fine.

Right now the problem is your expectation and only you can now work on it. Don't frustrate the young lady, she did nothing wrong to you.

Bear in mind that no matter who you marry, they will.come with their own challenges. Don't use your own hand to wreck your home, you have an opportunity to build it as you like being that she's most likely going to be loyal to you than even the queen you had wished for.
Politics › Re: 27 States Attracted Zero Foreign Investments In 9 Months by PHIPEX(m): 10:09am On Dec 30, 2023
I still rate serious local investors above foreign investors these days.

We pay too many attention to foreign investors at the expense of local investors. Foreign investors that easily pack and go at any slightest discomfort. Create enabling environment for your citizens to create wealth and invest at home.

This place does not look like it is growing... look at how scanty the aerial pictures are. Except the state is going green there is nothing city like here.
Also poorly planned, I can literally see structures with no road access.
These are not major cities, they are villages by Anambra standard

Politics › Re: Railway Debt Servicing Exceeds Revenue By 1,200% – Report by PHIPEX(m):
Lol, you left a lucrative Lagos to East route and took a heavy loan to build rail along a corridor of people that hardly travel and can afford the fare, what were you expecting? If care is not taken, the rail will collapse in few years time or we continue to waste resources subsiding a waste

An average traveler to the East paid 40k in transport from Lagos, compare that to someone traveling along the rail corridors who will complain if he's charged 5k transport. Who among these travellers deserves a rail and can afford it?
Education › Re: Imo State Has Highest Literacy Rate In Nigeria by PHIPEX(m): 1:38pm On Dec 27, 2023
SmartyPants:
There are different ways to measure education. Most literate is one metric, and it measures the spread of basic education. The proportion of individuals with higher education is another way to measure it.

Now we may not have the stats but from observation, it seems reasonable to suggest that the Yorubas, and to some extent, the South Southerners, particularly of Edo and Delta, may be the leaders when it comes to higher education.
You dont have the data but from your observations, how many states have you been to and observed? How many LG or community have you observed? You have not met 0.000001% of Nig population so where did you observe?

Forgot those baseless claims, check NYSC data, Imo leads by wild margin in higher education. Your claim is spurred by age old propaganda led by a section of the traditional media without data.

You brought tribalism into the discourse and you claim to be calling others out. What does the topic have to with tribe? It only shows what's on your mind always. By their fruit, you shall know them.
Simply by calling someone Eze Ndigbo in Ondo, your type went haywire. Now this means nothing to you because you would prefer a selective amnesia which is also called hypocrisy

Ttalk:
If they have manufacturing companies Imo would not have 50% unemployment rate the highest in the South
So those other states that have lower unemployment rate is because they manufacture things??

How can you say there are no manufacturing hub jn the East, apart from Lagos and Ogun, name any other state that has higher manufacturing companies in Nigeria? Aba and Nnewi are nationally classified as a manufacturing hub, drop the bias and be realistic.

—SW has 6 states in the lowest poverty rate
—SE has only 2.

In 2022:
—Ondo has the lowest poverty rate
—SW has 4 states
—SE has 3 states
Oga, SW has 3 states in 2022, hope you are not counting Kwara as SW?

Travel › Re: 11 Reasons Why You Must Japa From Nigeria by PHIPEX(m): 9:32pm On Dec 10, 2023
People are making million in Nigeria, others carry japa for head. How many serious business men have you seen that closed their business to JAPA?

Japa is largely an "employee" mentality. 99% of those that I know that japa in the last 3years are all employees, this is statistically significant to conclude the business men are making money in Nigeria and not so much interested in the Japa wave.

As you run out of Nigeria, others see business opportunity in your locality.

With all the injustice, the East is pushing ahead economically.

It's a paradox, those with political power are in economic poverty and vice versa.
