My last check was last week and its Negative as usual.

The girl I'm currently seeing now, I met her a virgin. And even at that, I still took her for a test at a private hospital to know her status before any bedroom activity.. And she tested negative to HIV and other std.

When I went for my normal HIV test, I narrated everything to the doctor, the man laughed like "You already know her status, why use condom again?" I answered "One can never be too safe" He then said since I met her a virgin, that the likelihood of a virgin having HIV or any std whatsoever is practically low, so she could pose no threat to me. He even said, she's even the one at risk of contracting something from me.

I said "Sir, one can never be too careful" which is true and he also concurred to that.

Unless you know your partner's health status, never do raw sex.

That's the motto I live by and its working for me.

I know people that have bought shared ownership flats but over the years they increased their ownership shares until they gained 100% share.
I don’t think you should have any problem selling it if you can jump through the various restrictions hurdles. Eg the housing association has got first refusal amongst other things, the only question is will be will it be worth it? because most of the professional fees will eat into any profit you hope to make. Also my personal opinion is that most of the shared ownership flats in London are overpriced. As a result you might fall into negative equity and be forced to stay put. So if you are not planning on living in it for at least 10 years I wouldn’t bother buying a shared ownership. Coupled with so many restrictions.

There are some houses that are freehold but you will still have to pay service charges if it is based where there are communal services e.g gate, staff cost, etc. What I’m trying to say is that freehold doesn’t mean no service charges.

The idea of getting married to someone simply for the purpose of getting a visa is fraud, and the person who does it for free by deceit isn't in any way better than those who pay for it. In my over 10 years in the UK, I only know of 2 Nigerian students who pursued the marriage route, the kind of caucasian women they got married to are the ones a decent fellow wouldn't touch with a bargepole.

Another way to interpret this is destroying the life of someone else in order to get what you want. End up dumping the lady with your kid once your documents are through. Find your perfect woman to settle down with and expect to live happily ever after, while there is a kid that needs a dad roaming the street with a mum that is left as an emotional wreck and low self esteem.

People don’t stop to think of the long term damage actions like this cause they are only looking at the short term benefits. Most of these kids with absent fathers end up with mental health issues, join gangs, end up in prison, find it difficult to keep a relationship, job etc.
What is left here is a trail of damage just because one person want documents to live in a country and later with their new perfect family every Sunday they will dress up go to church and be expecting God to answer their prayers after damaging so many lives.

I also think it’s demeaning and insulting to call another human being trash.

In the 1970s/80s when so many Nigerians had to return back home, a lot of them abandoned their kids with English nannies most of those kids ended up in care. It’s not today that the heartlessness of some Nigerians has shown its face, it’s in their DNA. You only need to look at their leaders to prove your point.

Hello everyone

When starting in leather crafting you are much better off starting with scraps before buying the cow hide as a little mistake can ruin the entire product and leather hides don’t come cheap.

I am starting out by using recycled leather , this’s is mostly used in upholstery and. It’s a bit on the soft side.

I made the leather tote bag for ladies from recycled soft leather, it was very easy to make and all the tools used were very basic and I enjoyed making it.

Since I am a beginner in leather crafting , I intend to improve my skills by using recycled products as leather hides are vey expensive.
