CityNG: I hear you but my preference shouldn't cause another human being to modify their behavior, lifestyle or structure in order to please me.

I actually find that very unattractive when Women do that as it shows a lack of self esteem.

A rather bad analogy, admittedly, but on a new car sales lot, the dealer doesn't just paint a white car to black to please customers. A customer will come along who will buy the white car.

My Wife has Yoruba tribal marks on her face. Some of my friends are intrigued and wonder why I chose to marry someone with tribal marks. To me the tribal marks on my Wifes face is like an artistic stroke much akin to a Picasso not being a Picasso without his signature.

So definitely one mans meat is another mans poison and our womenfolks just need to be secure within themselves, their beauty and self esteem.
True at the bolded

Stillfire: I will always reiterate on threads like this how the British came to destroy traditional African structures to insert theirs and African men ran along with it because it asserts their authority without being checked by our assertive foremothers cool who had the rights to boycott any policy brought on by patriarchy. grin The irony today is that the British who brought these alien traditions today have their women being spoilt by choices while African men still want to hold on to rules and regulations alien to their original traditions. grin
Traditionally women have always been known by the men who had authority over them by their fathers and later their husbands

So Stillfire the daughter of MoreOxygen will be known as Stillfire the wife of PourWater when she was married

Oyibos introduced Mr and Mrs... thats all

It is even the effects of modernism that women can now compound names or keep their maiden names

The first priority of the lady should be take care of herself and ensure she has an education so she can get a job or a source of income

He may still come round but she has to mentally preapre for a long fallow period or alone time if he does not

On getting another man...its not an impossibility but she should get that out of her mind

Few single guys will settle with a single mother (her financial considerations will be a factor as few guys want to fend for another mans child)

Most who come around will give sweet words just to get into her pants

Another source of husbands: will be divorcees, widowers which also will be related to her style and comportment

Let her focus on education and income for now

PS Some have been lucky and they married the father of their kids... fingers crossed

Lolssssss, its nt me oooo,m so fragile,I dnt av such heart. Its so confusing u know, most times I even feel she doesn't know what she wnts. How can u date 2ppl n feel comfortable sexing both....urrggghhhh. Babes sha.
Like someone commented, mayb she should just take time out away from both and sort herself out, identify what she wants and then choose or not choose. Most times our boyfriends don't neccessarily become our husbands.
Its still her choice to make smiley

Would u term d time u posted to the time I replied, seconds? It was more than minutes sef. Buh dts wat she feels sha.
In my opinion, a decision to marry a person is not one to be taken lightly and considering she you have intimate and sexxual emotional ties to two different people.. it needs to be a holistic one

I mentioned earlier, there is a possibility she is not even meant to marry either of the two fellows

So i wish the lady the best... the decision is hers

HML to her

bodashee: Good morning sir.........not that I meant to go quiet. Two very discouraging events occoured in quick succesion.
A family member secured two orders for me. Bigger than I normally get. Both parties paid half upfront........but the remaining halves have obviously become bad debts. Very discouraging . I missed some other orders because of the lack of funds.
The experience just made me recoil.....and I'm back at the drawing board trying to figure out a foolproof payment system.
ok... The Lord is your strength

I pray they pay soon... that is the challenge of a startup biz

Stay on top!

Can you put up on the first post, a profile

TopsyKrete: Was expecting this kind of rxn from someone sooner or later.
Reason been that i was a die hard fan of Kishi, the brain behind Naruto, infact there were some speechs/expressions that were made which were embodiment of wisdom if one thought about them, like the Cycle of Hatered speech of Pein, Tobi's and Jiraiya's definition of Hope, etc. One can't help but wonder where he got such ideas from.
But as it is, the guy just dey fall my hand with his stupid fillers and lenghtening of the Naruto story.

Sometimes i give kuddos to Fullmetal Alchemist or Claymore for their brief and concise storylines.
Hey bro...talking against kishi here is the equivalent of blasphemy

I leave you in the hands of the Anti Azzpullers

TopsyKrete: For those advocates of Kagura, please, lets go back to when Madara was revived by Edo-Tense. He lived and showed and satisfied my imagination, i was like this is Kishi's at his best. You can see the transformation from his Taijutsu to Ninjutsu, it was majestic, then came the Reningan after he has brought out his incomplete Susano'o before the double Meteroite summoning, then came the Forest wood summon, to the complete Susano'o...
Y'all can remember the progression, even in my mind i was saying more, more, show me more, it was like Shippudeen is back. All of a sudden, Madara turned to a Two-horned freak that i cant recognise.
When Hashirama was summoned, i was expecting a similar feat but he was a dud, Second Hokage still performed better...
Enough digression, Kagura just came into the scene like a confused character.
You say she has all the ability of the Bloodlines, she should be grand and majestic at all her feat.
Imagine kuramo(kyyubi) trembling at the sight of Madara. Kagura is dancing about and getting her ass kicked with all her origin powers...
Shippudeen has turned to a whack story line, we can liken it to Luffy kicking Whitebeard's ass at his prime, is that possible?
Bro...are you criticising kishimoto....?!

PastorAIO: So in Jesus' words Jesus said, 'Jesus said .... verily verily ... he who has ears to hear'. If they were just Jesus' words then there would be no need to quote Jesus within them, they are all quotations of Jesus.

Anyway... that was not the core of what I was saying. My question was on the matter of inconsistencies. If something has inconsistencies then it has inconsistencies full stop. If you ascribe it to Jesus and then say in spite of the obvious inconsistencies it has no inconsistencies because Jesus said so then your logic is faulty.

Whether Jesus said the entire contents of Matthew Mark Luke etc or not has not bearing on whether or not the Gospels are inconsistent.

and for the record, the gospels are inconsistent as an historical accounts.
So what do you believe

fayahsoul: No you are the one not paying attention. Ok assuming it's true that most black males prefer fair skins this does not still justify the act of bleaching and other acts of self hate done by black women. It's just like using the materialistic tendencies of modern black women to justify the several evil acts i.e theft, fraud, murder etc perpetrated by some young black males who claim to engage in such activities in order to meet the desires of women. When an adult does wrong, unless physically forced to do so, he or she shall bear full responsibility without regard for "causal factors." Black men are also victims of western and arab indoctrinations so it will come as no supprise if the majority do in fact prefer fair skins and fakery.
Noted....

One can say the first one is grossly inappropriate
But the second one when no one was looking and when they thought they couldn't be seen.
Hmmm.
To me that one speaks volumes.
Who knows if some smacking of lips happened before he saw them?

cool(watching)
My first statement was inappropriate.... twice

PastorAIO: The question, I imagine, would be: how do you know that they are Jesus' words. Whether something has inconsistencies or not does not depend on who said them. If on reading them you find that they have inconsistencies, according to the basic rules of Logical rigour, then you just have to accept that. You can't that becos Jesus said it then it is consistent even if it is actually inconsistent. That's like saying the sky is yellow cos the holy authority said so and it doesn't matter what your eyes tell you.
What is the question//// where are you comin from
Christianity Etc › Re: 14 + 1 Religious Lies.... by pickabeau1: 5:16pm On Jul 22, 2014
PastorAIO: Do you think it would ever be possible that when things are revealed and the shadows lifted we come to realise that the greater part of what we hold on to as essential to christianity may actually be totally wrong? Are you prepared to considered such a possibility? Or are there things in the shadow that you take for absolute light.
Things will only be revealed in full liught in the time of resurrection so why do i bother myself with that

Abraham told the rich man that the prophets and the books are enough.. why disturb yourself?
