Aba is a sad area! I once had a contract their (in 2008). I stayed at alaoji because we were working on the distribution plant there. I can authoritatively tell you that aba people are hard working and enterprising; they are cursed with a bad government and unwanton greed of public office holders.
Back to the story; I was in alaoji for 2 weeks; while I was there, we were robbed. Though I wasn't around, my partner got a broken head. The people of aba neeed to wake up and fight their evil government.

Most of us are still traumatized by the incident!!! But let's be realistic; for the sake of the staffs and other good reasons; they should be unbanned after their aircraft must have been thoroughly inspected and they up to dat on their maintainance!!! Yes the loss is tragic but if accidents do happen!! The people that should be punished are the engineers that were supposed to maintain the plane!

- cabin presuure cos it blocks ma ears
- the landing part..... Jeeeez!! Still scares me!!! There was this time we hovered around the airport for like 30 mins before we landed!

My mom works in the health care section of phcn! They haven't been paid for 3-4 months now!!!! Its sooo sad and things are getting difficult by the minute!!!
Do not forget that these phcn workers are also human beings!! The ogas are the one killing power supply in this country!! Plus the nepa bills you're charge is set by the federal government and it goes back to the federal government purse.
