tundeone:Thanks. i need it mainly for news due to my line of work, esp foreign news. Not too much interested in local stuff. |
artisticallyart:I see. |

kossyablaze: you forgat some:https://www.nairaland.com/fucktoto iluvetotodie |
Startimes recently débuted in Abakaliki and they've been engaged in aggressive marketing, you know. . .all those fine babes wey move from house to house and shop to shop, fliers, etc. . . I'm seriously thinking of porting from DSTV to them. I went through their packages and was quite impressed (CNN is lacking in all of them though - BIG MINUS) Anyway my main concern is the complains from users in other states about how stations are rarely available, how the decoder always hangs, etc. So users of startimes, how the experience so far? |
porka:LOL!! and you think those employers all went to local universities?? I laff in Otuoke. The standards of some online programs cannot be compared to even the best full time program in Nigeria. That the truth. In the NGO world where I work, close to 60% of the management staff have foreign degrees, mostly obtained online. In fact employees are encouraged to develop themselves and even some are offered limited sponsorship once he/she can show evidence of admission. |
Those who run out of Nigeria for study outside this country are those looking for cheaper degrees. It is either they cannot pass the examinations or they do not possess the minimum entry qualifications.Such unprecedented, shocking and primitive ignorance. While I agree some on-line degrees are not even worth the paper they printed on, other especially the UK based ones are of very high standard. What we need is regulation, not outright ban. Few days ago we all witness the shameful news that none, not even one, of our Nigerian universities were among the top 1000 universities in the world, and here the NUC man is talking trash. I did my masters at the LSHTM, and had the opportunity of being lectured by some of the best brains in public health. I didn't have any "physical contact" - whatever that means - but the knowledge I gained cannot be compared to that of any local university (all due respect to them). Moreover the cost was over 10 times that of any local university. |
so whats the best tablet for a budget of about 40k? |
Ten women only?? NA BIG LIE!! Should be more like 50! Even his first wife confirmed in her book. OBJ's peennis no get inhibition. What it sees, it devours! ![]() |
safarigirl:Madam pls keep quiet. Your hypocrisy is nauseating. Yes, there is an appalling display Igbo-phobic sentiments here, but guess what? The genocide call was started by your people!! The fact remains we are all hopeless tribalists. Every single tribe in Nigeria. I've lived and worked in the south east for a while, and I know the kinds of comments I see here. There is a difference between asking for a fair and calling for death of the "animal leading the zoo" (words of your darling Kanu). To repeat we are all triblaists, without exception. Sad but true. |
the day you don't see accident on that notorious roundabout. . .that actually will be the news. Thankfully no one died. |
WOW!!! |
elbaraj001:Totally false. He died of natural causes |
|
shocking! |
Mogidi:Unlike you pathetic TANIODS, I have roundly criticised PMB's unacceptable and inexplicable inertia, especially in such a critical time. I'm stringently averse to asss-licking. However our collective decision to send GEJ packing has been the best decision ever which I will never regret PMB will always >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>GEJ |
Whynotthetruth: barcanista:So where all zees money come dey go?? 4517MW in 2012, 3 years later 4500MW. over 150 billion spent. And someone tries to defend it. SHAME!! Note: 2013 - 2014 not included
|
FreeGlobe:Mind giving the name of "highway"?? (COMPARED TO A F**KING TOWN!!!) ![]() |
Whynotthetruth:LEt us even assume its 5000MW. For all our resources and the colossal amount of money spent on the sector (conservatively put at about $10B), can you in all honestly claim that as an achievement of your darling GEJ? That, my friend, is the problem with you taniods. ![]() |
barcanista:For ya disingenuous mind. Nigeria’s power generation at “all-time low”; crashes to 1,327MW : http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/183496-nigerias-power-generation-at-all-time-low-crashes-to-1327mw.html |
Well I have confess that my being a PMB supporter notwithstanding, I find the polls rather incredulous. PMB hasn't clearly lived up to expectation. ![]() |
Alezy:for all of six years (2010 - 2015), yet it was less than 2000MW. Seriously you guys need help. ![]() |
Rubbish comparison. IT was during the administration of a C-in-C that a rag tag army took over an entire town and hoisted their flag. It was during his regime that our soldiers were scampering for safety, sometimes - the sheer shamefulness of it - to neighbouring Chad. IT was during his regime that they took those unfortunate Chibok girls captive which sadly have not been found till date. That much trumpeted achievement around Feb this year was mainly a recapture of the locations hitherto held BH. That's all. No doubt about it, I will be the first to castigate the handling of BH by PMB so far. He has disappointed most of us. However to compare GEJ's handling as better is downright silly. |
Otunbatrafford:My point. I just want prospective applicants to be wary thats all. |
sagewonders:And till date you still imbecilic. This is a state i live and work, so i have a good idea of the way things rr run. Civil service dont recruit like this. Cretinous person. |
Which kin recriutment is this? Are they trying to tell they dont have such professionals in their works dept? Prospective candisate should Tread with caution. . . |
liberty300:shocking. IS he a pharmacist? |
wow! camry convertible? interesting! |
It also directed authorised dealers to ensure that the daily cash withdrawal limit embedded in the cards per person, per day is pegged at $300.so what happens if one needs to pay school fees to a foreign university, say $3,000 ? |
SARS, while I admit their success in curbing crime to some extent, are notorious for their brutality and extra-judicial killings. My cousin while recounting his truly horrific experience when he was arrested just for being at the wrong place at the wrong time gave an account of their torture techniques that would make your blood run cold. After being given the beating of his life, he was hung by the ankles while sharp objects inserted into the peni.s and anus. He actually said he lucky not have been killed as he witnessed the summary execution of no less than four guys. HMMM! police??!! ![]() |
