Pray what is really the difficulty in "signing off projects?". Is it not his duty in the first place? Did he choose the job of his volition or was he forced there?

You miss the point that political office is not, or should be, a career. They are there primarily to serve, NOT to earn a living. Hence the whole idea of severance for a political office holder, in a cash strapped country like ours, is absolutely preposterous.

I currently have an M3 which I want to upgrade. The problem I have with most of these phones is that they're just tooo biiiig . I want something that will fit neatly into my pocket without bulging too much. The main specs I need are:

1. ROM at least 1G
2. length no longer than 118mm (aprrox the lenth of M3,)
3. at least 5mp camera.
4. good battry.
5. must be dual sim with 3G on both

My budget is about 20-25k.
