ahiboilandgas: The name digital agriculture alone look like scam to me very unreal .....if we want to dp agric let cultivate 1 hectar of rice for x amounts, harvest x amounts of rice , mill and purity and make sale ....remove cost of production of the rice from sale to get profit ....if its 30 percents r.o.i then a firm can issue profits of 12 percenct to investors .....but any thing can happen ...flood ,pest , drop in price ,earthquacks etc ....so return is not guaranteed unless insured .... That is how it is...sharing profit will be more realistic. Nothing is guaranteed in agriculture in Nigeria. |

emmanuelewumi: Try forex or Digital agricultural if you get the liver.
Not for me sha Most of those digital agriculture are ponzi scheme in disguise. Anyone who has been into practical agriculture in Nigeria will know tha the returns they are promising are not realistic and not sustainable. As for forex, if he can trade himself, good but if it is about giving money to some group of people claiming to be experts in forex trading, I will say no. |

sophy17: They are doing some things differently that calls for concern. Maybe not with you. They have been deducting atm card maintenance fee from my account that I do not possess atm card. On one occassion that I went to my branch for another lingering complaint, I seized the opportunity to drop a letter of complaint. My money was refunded aftet 48 hrs only for them to deduct it again after 24 hrs. Anyway, I am not surprised, as it has been their way. I stopped using my access bank ac many years ago. I only find myself in their trap again after they merged with Diamond and I immediately stopped funding the ac so they are only deducting the change left in my account. I blame CBN for this mess. They are only quick to saction banks when it will generate income for CBN as against when it will benefit bank customers. I was also with diamond back before access came. I have not been enjoying their services since the merger. It is just unfortunate that I have most of my dividend mandated with the account. |

How do I do that on Morgan. I do it on my other platform, IOFS.
@mcy56 and other Morgan Capital user, please. I don't use Morgan but I will make a suggestion. Place your orders with your limits, adjust the number of days the orders are supposed to lapse from a day to at least two days. |

Even though it was C1.00 to $1 about 13 years ago.
When the old C10,000 was redenominated to C1 OK. That means the cedi is also depreciating. |

GonFreecss1: The fact that people keep forgetting this and think Ghanian currency is stronger than ours is funny.
After Rand, Naira is the next best thing in Africa. Strong is a relative term. Investors are more interested in the stability of currencies than the nominal value attached. If Ghana cedi is 1 cedi to a dollar since they removed those zeroes till now, then they must be doing something that Nigeria is not doing with the way our currency has depreciated over time. |

Zenith and some other stocks can swallow 10 million usd in the space of three months without raising price considerably. That is what I assume, I may be wrong. When FPI enter the market, the brokers will know and once the brokers are aware it cannot be a secret again. |

ojesymsym: I do not see how Nigeria can ever have a unified exchange rate, people who move in illegal money will always need the backend exchangers as well as those who are not necessarily doing anything evil but not want to be tracked. Unified exchange rate does not involve the black market..It will only reduce the spread between the official rate and the black market rate. It is about all the Windows where CBN intervenes in one capacity or another. We had about 5 before, I think it is about 3 now. |

ojesymsym: But with the price of crude crashing this year being our only major income source why the surprise? Look at it like this, if crude oil increases the revenue side will increase so that the debt to revenue ratio will also begin to reduce. In my opinion, it was bound to happen being a mini economy. If you want to borrow money, one important factor to consider is the ability to pay the loan back. We have taken too much loan in recent years than what our revenue can cope with. Before the recent fall in oil price,we were already using more than 50% of our revenue to service our debt. We keep increasing our debt everyday while revenue was not increasing. To make matter worse, pmb advisers said borrowing in dollars was better than in naira and they kept increasing foreign denominated loans at alarming rate. With a fall in oil price,we had no option than to devalue our currency. That official movement of naira to dollar exchange from about 305 to about 360 increased the cost of servicing our dollar denominated loans by about 15%. I don't know how this will end but I know Nigeria economic situation is in a very bad shape. |

But for the government to start defaulting on Bonds. Lol! I say no more. I am not saying people should not invest. I am an investor myself. I am only saying that our economy is not in good shape and cannot be compared to that of USA |

GonFreecss1: What will make “Nigeria” start defaulting on bonds, then the next target will be Tbills, which if it happens I can guarantee your money in your bank account is also as good as not being able to be withdrawn.
All this fear will just make people not to invest, even the USA has massive debts. Better Economy? Still massive Gargantuan debts.
Does this mean people should rush and buy crypt0? Bt1c and the rest? Or Gold? And become speculators? Don't compare USA economy with Nigeria o. They can continue to print dollars to run their economy, Nigeria cannot print dollars to service her foreign denominated loans. And talking about debt to GDP, that is not a good metric to measure debt sustainability. Debt to revenue will be more appropriate. In q1 2020, Nigeria used about 99% of her revenue to service her debts. Q2 figures will likely be worse .Who does that and survive? |

talk2tonie: 5% was charged outrightly. #2,500 was charged maybe for administrative fees Which is a total of 22,500+2,500= 25,000. Hence you were credited with 425k 425k divide by 12= 35,417 monthly. I maybe wrong but this is what I was able to come up with. I will advice you contact the concerned financier for more clarification. There should be a moratorium of about 3months. The guy should go and read the offer letter. It is most unfortunate that many who collect loans from financial institutions in Nigeria don't read the offer letter. |

They have not been paying dividend for sometimes which explains investors apathy against the stock thou that is understandable given the fact that they need to shore up their capital to meet required capital base. Going forward, I think it is a good stock for those who can be patient. |
