Supremos: For those who will accuse me of posting fake news, go to Facebook and type Akwakuma, read posts and comments, it happened today.
Seun Mukina lend your voice to the terrorism going on in Alaigbo.
Obviously, we don't have president
If the president reacts to it.. una go talk say..why has he not reacted to Boko Haram and the rest..
I feel like the people in the best position to ends this are igbos themselves.. When buhari initiated python dance .igbos protested against it..when bubu reacted to the menace.. Nigerians cursed him including falz wailing..toh..
It is obvious..igbos want to be left to deal with the issue on their own
Ventura1: Kano is like Lagos to northerners, including neighbouring countries like Niger and Chad. It would have make more sense if Kaduna is linked to Kano first. But Buhari knew subsequent government might not extend the rail beyond Kano, reason he embark on Kano to Maradi which will pass through Daura.
Are you aware that Kaduna to Kano rail is currently under construction?
In less than 2 years that kind will be done.. At this new line and people will able to move from Abuja straight to maradi(Niger)
GerogeI: Once someone starts arguing with all encompassing statements that (like "there has never been" they or anyone cannot substantiate, its safe to dismiss them as charlatans.
GerogeI: Nothing to hold. As I stated on that thread. JAMB cannot release an infividuals result to the public without consent. So that's fake.
Irrespective, providing a picture does that absolve JAMB of running faulty systems that mix and match peoples results. Check trends on instagram and twitter and see do many people with same issue with JAMB. Whatever they are releasing is for their own stupidity.
I know you are hell bent on defending the fraud the girl just to make the Government through jamb seem like the one at fault as always..
There has never been a glitch what so ever when releasing Jamb results.. it has never happened since they adopted Cbt..the exams are by far the most transparent..
You can choose to believe what you want after all the highest scorer is still from the same Anambra and jamb didn't lie about that..they have nothing to gain by misleading the young girl.. besides people claiming she is innocent cuz of her looks or her past academic performance are probably being emotional as usual..the girl forged her results..
Jamb has ever right to step in and clear it name and stand on its integrity.hence releasing all facts as evidence that her result is fake.. besides..jamb had stopped issuing the results slip..have you wondered where she got hers?..
Kazeem47: I think JAMB should have used other means to settle this issue and not by publicising it.The gal is too young to cope with the shame and stigma.
GerogeI: On the contrary. Do you have any proof there was no issue with Jamb system- server or database.
She is not the only person that checked her result, Innoson group did too and printed it out. So we are not just talking about paper forgery, she must have hacked and hijack JAMB systems for their claims against her to be true.
There is no claim of innoson group checking her results for her ..they only awarded after she presented the fake print out to them
The state ministry of education contacted jamb to confirm the authencity of that result. Watch Jamb's spokesperson interview on this issue..
GerogeI: What access does a minor have to Jamb systems to engage in a fraud of this nature, even to use it to claim highest score? Any theif knows the secret to not getting caught is not standing out. So why will a theif give herself the highest Jamb score. I hope you also read the statment from Innoson group that they verified her result on Jamb portal before acknowledging her. Evidence of this verification is all it takes in court.
Jamb IT technician can go do whatever they like in the back end at any time they like. QR code can be changed by an insider to point to anybody on Jamb data base. Does this girl have access to make this kind of change in Jamb system ab-initio- No. If she does then jamb is a failed organisation. Does Jamb have access to mordify her database codes and correct percieved errors post event - Yes they do. They are just trying to confuse people with technical jargon about there database. Their system is not static, they maintain and mirdify it all the time and its not error proof.
For me this is painful cause a family member suffered this kind of injustice from WAEC in the 70s. Being the star student of his school. The rival school principal was sent for invigilation during WAEC. The man knew he was the smartest in School. Went to his desk during exams and starting searching. Found a discarded newspaper that was used in eating bean cakes by someone in the desk locker that was randomly assigned to him. Claimed he was cheating from newspaper piece that was not related to the subject. Everyone felt he was joking, and it was a none issue. Teachers argued with him and forgot it. At the end of exams, he made complete distinction and was being celebrated before resilts were officially published. Only for rival school principal to go to WAEC with his akara newspaper story. WAEC siezed his result, his school principal did everything, carrying every one of his past results of consistently being the school's best to WAEC, to no avail till today. He lost the federal scholarship for distinction students to study abroad.
If its in todays world my family would have gone to court. But back then the only well educated person in the family who would know what to do was a distant uncle who had never been back from UK in ages.
Spare this kid, such a traumatic experience. JAMB had better look into why their database was throwing out false results if they claim its false.
All this epistle is unnecessary..
Someone probably swapped her QR Code for some else using Photoshop .and ofcourse photoshopped her score ...this isn't sophisticated as it is what average Nigerians do ...it has nothing to do with jamb server .. Jamb had always announced the highest scorer each year with no dispute what so ever..this year isn't different.. coincidentally..the highest scorer is still from Anambra..so it isn't a beef against Igbo..
Buddha3: Why is the Port Harcourt Airport being renamed after Obafemi Awolowo?
Are there no prominent names from the South South in Nigeria's history to merit the honour?
Or are there no airports in the South West that should bear Awolowo's name? Small things like this are enough to provoke a people. Tomorrow, Nigerians will pay more attention to the reaction of the indigenes than to the provocative action which led to it.
Thank God them no carry this nonsense near Margaret Ekpo International airport!
If not because of the foolishness of black people..why should a name be a matter of war or quarrel..
Let him rename it after queen Elizabeth.. The important thing is there should be true reform in it..
Also Lagos airport is not named after a Yoruba man ..neither is Abuja..
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGS8QsEz4KI Some of the longest rivers in the world are in Africa. This includes the Nile, Niger and Congo river. a continent blessed with such abundant water resources has harnessed its rivers to build massive Dams, providing water supply, electricity, and irrigation to its growing population. these Dams Are damn big with a few ranking as some of the largest in the world.
These engineering feats represent a testament to human ingenuity and the pursuit of sustainable development.
gorociano: Even the outgoing Inspector General of Police tried especially in terms of discipline. Every officer reported on social media was death with seriously
Obviously the reason there was serious celebration at headquarters due to his retirement
Dreal1247: I think U N is part of the Nigerian problems. Let them secretly interact with the low ranking officers in the system, you will understand why they were celebrating the exit of the helmsman.
Stop talking trash...these service chiefs and the previous ones (buratai and sai abubakar) are the reason terrorism is at an all time low.. their draw backs were IPOB and herdsmen of which Ortom has something to do wuth
Obrigardo: 60k? Are you kidding me? You guys should demand for N200k minimum wage! But no! Poverty mentality, cognitive dissonance, and corruption will never let you demand it. While the fools you vote into power keep stashing your money abroad.
The problem is not demands..
Have you forgotten that NLC pushed for 100k before reducing to 50k and settling at 30k.. despite the exponential rise in commodities .
The only realistic increase you can get from tinubu or any government including peter obi is 50k..
Hope you know that paying minimum wage doesn't start and end with the FG alone..
State like benue and Abia that still owe 30k..how would you expect them to handle 50k
