Op,
I think it's hausa/fulani that should be wary of voting Buhari?
How many of your children did he encourage to go to school in his time as President? We understand he had to forge certificate to join the military. Is that what he told young Hausa/Fulani children in those dark day?
How many primary or secondary school did he build in the North?Or did he simply encourage nomadic lifestyle and whatever comes from it? What is the legacy of Buhari first coming to the Northern region? They said he built prison, is that so? What do you hope he will do for you this time around?
Op, I think you should weep for yourself and family! |

I doubt he can answer the question.
Buhari's campaign as shown by his fans is running on air, no substance.
Buhari has not said how he will fight corruption! He hasn't told us how he will fund his N5,000 monthly stipend for jobless graduate! We don't know how will stabilize oil price! How is he going to create 20,000 jobs per state? Now he is promising to stabilize power (already in hand of private companies)
Can he just tell us HOW? |
Politics › Re: Genuine Reasons South-south May Shut Down Nigeria If GEJ Loses. by PointB: 1:57pm On Jan 08, 2015 |
Adminisher: This is the problem with people not thinking. Nobody is saying the Niger Delta will be invaded. The region will be starved to death is what we are saying. The government controls littoral waters and owns the airforce. Only a very big fool turns his homeland into a war zone. Win or lose the military war, that homeland is set back many years. Russia just invaded Ukraine a few months ago and the economy is ruined as we speak.I am telling you a blockade of the region will just turn them into a land of hunger or a colony of Cameroon. Just try it. These things are not what you talk about and I am not making threats, I am mostly following the normal thread of things So the rag-tag Boko army did not starve to death, it is Niger Delta people, the source of Nigeria wealth that will starve to death because of Nigeria Navy that can't even tackle piracy? You are not joking, you are the joke! |

Politics › Re: Jimi Agbaje Spoke The Truth. No Jonathan, No Oil. by PointB: 9:57am On Jan 08, 2015 |
Adminisher: Oil is not Nigeria's main business even though it is our highest value export and foreign exchange earner. It employs the lowest number of people. [s]We actually import almost all the fuel that we need so we are presently not getting value from the oil and each region will continue importing its fuel needs including the Niger Delta.[/s] The Niger Delta would have to buy most of its foodstuff from the middle belt. GDP will fall to its correct level instead of its artificial level caused by the manipulated high oil prices. Nigerians will stop importing stuff and become local manufacturers and exporters. Agriculture will boom. Education will also boom as most young people realise that there is no easy money any more. Hordes of youths will abandon music and show business to do some real work for a change.Technical trades will be highly valued. Private jets will disappear. Nollywood might boom and become a high quality industry with only very good and talented people in it. Nigeria will become a manufacturing hub as most companies take advantage of the low Labour cost caused by Naira' s devaluation to establish factories in Lagos, Portharcourt, Calabar and Warri. Agricultural production and solid minerals will make TH north the richest region in Nigeria. Nigeria will be ''for real great" instead of "shallow great". That say it all. Income from oil determines the price of goods and services, It is the income that is mostly shared throughout the country to provide infrastructure - the bases of production. Without oil, income from other source will be used to fund activity in other sector. Believe it wont be sufficient and Nigeria will definitely be worse of for it. The income from crude oil sale dwarfs whatever amount of fuel we import. We also export! Income from oil permeate every sector; it is the lubricant oiling the country! Without it, Nigeria in it's present state is unsustainable. Without oil money, how will you fund your utopian vision of manufacturing hub? |
Politics › Re: Genuine Reasons South-south May Shut Down Nigeria If GEJ Loses. by PointB: 9:09am On Jan 08, 2015 |
Adminisher: Jonathan is not winning any elections. Nigeria is too big to be threatened. Please believe that. If any South South state shuts down oil production, they are courting hunger and penury. If you think hunger is glamorous please try to imagine what the sound of a hungry baby does to the mind of a parent. Don't even go where you should not. A naval blockade for one month and no transfers from the federation accounts will ground a state completely. Crime will rise and inter ethnic tensions will commence. Refugees will flood everywhere and the UN will be begging the federal government to temper justice with mercy. Let us not rain curses on ourselves. If the federal fiscal structure needs to be dealt with Jonathan had six years to do it and he was too much of a coward to do it. Maybe the man Buhari who does not care for billions will be the person to eventually ensure fiscal federalism with each region controlling its wealth but not by threats or militancy. Trouble no good. The reason why Nigeria is still one is because someone, every one is kept fairly happy and hopeful. If Niger-Deltans feels cheated and decides to go their way, I don't think Igbos will join any one fighting Niger Delta, because Igbos are effectively part of Niger Delta. Igboland will not be made available for bypass, let alone camping base for any army. There will be no federal government, and no naval blockade. The discussion will border on peaceful dissolution or spontaneous disintegration. Whichever way, Nigeria will not survive it, and Niger Delta oil will eventually be left for Niger Delta. |
Politics › Re: Jimi Agbaje Spoke The Truth. No Jonathan, No Oil. by PointB: 8:58am On Jan 08, 2015 |
A Nigeria without oil is dead Nigeria.
Banks will collapse, employment will be lost, people will relocate, property values in urban centers will fall, GDP will fall. There will be massive competition for available resources.
Fuel price will rise, naira will further depreciate, and finally Nigeria will disintegrate! |

His integrity is not in doubt, he is known for transparency and due process. We are in the age of search engines any effort to goggle General Buhari’s credentials will yield the required results. “He attended Katsina Provincial School where he was a school prefect and Head Boy before proceeding to the Nigerian Military Training Collage which was later renamed Nigeria Defence Academy, the records are there. “There is no how he would have proceeded to the academy if he did not have the requisite qualifications from the provincial school. Haven attended defence school, he attended several military institutions at home and abroad including Anderlecht in the United Kingdom, other military institutions in the USA and India.
