Well you're wrong. I have tried it. I had a friend addicted to tramadol try it. She gets home from work tired and stressed out. She usually takes the pill with a glass of wine and relaxes watching a show on tv. I told her your method. So instead of doing any of those things she instead dragged herself to the gym (which she hated).
