Can fight against corruption stop governors from building mosques or borrowing far beyond their tenure? Stop derailling please . . . when i say please i mean please and not puh-leeze.
The questions should be answered by you.

You said those ones are not necessary.

You saw nothing wrong with arresting a sitting governor with immunity. You didn't say anything when Buhari was dictating how governors should spend their funds.

If you don't have any qualms with these, why then are you querying a governor spending his money to build mosques? Don't you like mosques?

It would be interesting to hear the answer from you.

Porka, your target is to derail this topic. If you have any Buhari related news that further highlights the problem the topic addresses, feel free to sample it and stop derailing please . . . I welcome any point related to the topic, PDP or APC or APGA or LP related.

Blue3k expand on those thoughtful points please.
Awe, you can't eat your cake and have it.

Let Buhari fight the 'topic' with his anti corruption tools as you have advocated for ages.

You can't just jump down on us with another round of 'topic' you know little or nothing about.

If your 'anti-corruption' fight has failed, let us know.

Buhari hatred or your confused mind.

Are you saying Buhari is that 'powerless' now?

Are you saying there are things that are not under his 'powers' again?

Haba!

When did you just realize you need restructuring?

Are these 'samples' not 'corruption', which you have told us is the 'biggest' issue in the land?

Why can't he use his 'wand' to correct them.

Ehn ehn?

Do you mean there's a need for the legislature now?

The same 'corrupt' legislature?

Tell us something else.

You must be in possession of what we don't know.

Is the fight against corruption of Buhari not working?

Why are you telling us all this now?

Why can't he command the fight against corruption to stop all you raised here?

Is corruption not the 'greatest' issue in the land according to you?

If you study the topic closely, you will see that it addresses a age-long challenge that spans well beyond the tenure of any party or dispensation. We need to restructure irrespective of who rules.
Age-long challenges that Buhari cannot solve with his almighty ultra good governance and fight against corruption again?

Are you saying your baba has failed?

What is going on?

ayindejimmy:
You've made a mistake
I thought I pasted enough sources with similar news above... So, where did you get all these personalizing.. you... You.

Please, get the facts right,
The PDP spokesperson tweeted that Gej was invited to Trump's inauguration.
As it turns out, Gej wasn't invited by anybody the inauguration.

So, what's your point exactly?
The paranoia is needless.

You should be able to standby the contents of the links you posted as it were, otherwise there's no need posting them.

In an attempt to "denounce" the PDP guy's apparent false information, you went all the way to dig up reports containing untruths. The aspects of the reports which were inaccurate were highlighted and pointed out but you seem impervious to correction.

The links you provided didn't address Jonathan personally, instead it referred to a global scenario.

The so-called "Trump team" the report purportedly quoted said the inauguration invitation excluded foreign dignitaries; and there lies the controversy.

You wanted us to see that Jonathan couldn't even have been invited in the first place since invitations were not extended to foreign dignitaries as allegedly "advised" by the States Department. The falsehood of that statement is what is shown. Anyone could have been invited by any member of the congress from anywhere in the world.

Jonathan was not invited not because invitations were not extended to foreign dignitaries; he was just not invited, end of story!

ayindejimmy:
Wait a second.. I don't actually get what you're driving at, are you still insisting Gej was invited?
Cos even Gej sent his message on his Facebook page.
This post simply seek to denounce the propaganda that Gej was invited - period!
You are attempting to run away from your shadow, it's futile.

You can do the world a favour by showing where "Gej" or whatever is mentioned.

You are not denouncing any propaganda, you are simply spreading falsehood with your mumbo jumbo.

If you want to denounce whatever propaganda, do it truthfully and inform the public correctly.

Foreign dignitaries were invited to Trump's inaugural as has been pointed to you, which is simply against your conjectures.

Trump's team didn't invite them as contained in your link.

"Strache disclosed his plans on his Facebook page on Tuesday morning (see below). In his statement, he mentioned that there was a high level of interest in his delegation's visit on the other side of the Atlantic, although not directly on the part of Donald Trump himself.
The invitation allegedly came from the US-Congressman from Iowa, Steve King, who is known for his ultraconservative views and strong support for Trump. "

Your response did not invalidate the falsehood contained in your "original claims".

Your so-called "Trump team" (whatever that means) is not the only body responsible for invitations to the inaugural and certainly would not have been the only body so "advised" by the States Department not to extend invitations to foreign dignitaries, if it were so.

As you may observe in the links below, Senators and Representatives are at liberty to extend invites to whomever they wish to attend the inauguration, including their constituents and friendly foreign dignitaries; as in the cases with the Israelis and the Australian cited above.

http://www.presidential-inauguration.com/

http://www.presidential-inauguration.com/getting-tickets/

Invitations were sent far and wide across the whole world, and not only by the "Trump team", so-called. The inauguration committee is mostly entirely constituted by senators and members of the congress.

The Trump transition committee, Great Again, has denied reports in some sections of the media in Nigeria that President-elect, Donald Trump has invited former President Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria to the U.S for his inauguration as 45th Presidential inauguration scheduled for Friday in Washington.
An official of the Great Again Team said in Washington today, Thursday that the inauguration was mostly a domestic event for America.
“The US State Department has advised that as in the past, foreign delegations will not be invited to Washington for the President-elect, Trump’s 2017 inauguration and that heads of state and governments will be represented by chiefs of diplomatic missions in Washington,” the official said.

A U.S State Department official said that “The ‘Heads of Mission’ are the only foreign officially invited. It will be an historic few days!” He further confirmed that one invitation card has been sent to the Nigerian Mission in Washington, DC.
According to the Great Again official, Trump’s Presidential Inaugural Committee has raised a record $90 million-plus in private donations, far more than President Barack Obama’s two inaugural committees.
But while Trump has raised more money for his inauguration than any president in history, lead inaugural planner Tom Barrack said theTrump team wants to avoid a “circus-like atmosphere” in favor of a more “back to work” mindset.
He said only few foreign leaders were invited, which includes Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Canadian Prime Minister.

There's no need to get unnecessarily and bitterly fixated on governors Nyesom Wike and Ayodele Fayose.

You should have done a mere 2 minute critical thinking about the possibility of this proposal getting the endorsement of two third of states' Houses of Assembly - a compulsory requirement for any amendment to the constitution.

Aside Fayose and Wike, there's no known governor in Nigeria as at today who is not in firm control of his state's legislature. It is doubtful therefore that any of them would willingly allow the legislature to endorse such laws in any remote way.

how powerful do you want an outgoing president to be? The spotlight is on Trump now so what do you expect? Where were you when he was ranked number 1 in 2009, 2011 and 2012, number 2 in 2010, 2013 and 2014, and number 3 last year?
And this explains the downgrade from number 3 last year to number 48‎ this year in your opinion?

Do you mean an outgoing president of the USA should be less powerful than Janet Yellen, his own appointee, or Li Kehang a Chinese premier (second in command) or Francios Hollande, French president who announced he won't be contesting in the next election?‎

What did Magu himself say? Has he denied these allegations?

The same SSS raided the houses of justices and judges, Premiumtimes has not done any FACT CHECK on the allegations.

The media was busy savoring and pushing out sensational stories on allegations of corruption against people they don't like without restraint. They didn't think for one second whether or not the allegations were fabricated.

But, as soon as their darling 'corruption buster' is caught in the web he was part of creating, our 'decorated investigators' are coming to refute allegations on his behalf. Did he also arrest and detain a blogger for writing
against him or didn't he?

Why is Premiumtimes not clamoring for the arraignment of Magu in the court? Why did they not demand that Buhari ask the Attorney General to file a case against him in court. Premiumtimes would have been in good position to present their findings to support his case as witnesses or interested investigators. Or why did they not ask Magu to take the SSS to court for 'lying' against him which cost him the cherished confirmation as the EFCC chair?

We cautioned Magu to conduct his activities professionally sometimes ago. We warned that his own time would come sooner or later. At a point, he said lawyers defending their clients would be arrested by him henceforth.

You can't chose which allegation you believe. Anyone who has been alleged of wrongdoing should be arraigned and allowed to defend himself or herself in an open court.
