Don't take him serious. He just told us his 11 year old is his employee. So when he says he was an employee as a child in Europe of all places, I understand that he meant employee to his parents. Of course child labor is illegal in developed countries.

Abeg close ur mouth if u have nothing reasonable to say. I've lived in Europe and USA kids as young as 11 work! They are thought from an early age the value of money and how hard it is to make money.

My 11year old son works for me as my lawn mower operator, what's wrong with that??
Would you give out your 11 year old to go live with someone else and be mowing lawn for them? Most of these minors are treated badly. It's not the same as your parents trying to bring you up as a responsible person. These kids are generally treated as slaves. I hope you are not guilty of same.

FamilyRe: Should I Expose My Wife's EX? by poseidon12: 10:24am On May 28, 2017
234ng44uk:
Rogovo20, you're in deepshit brother. See, your wife removing rings was not because of her ex. Trust me, it's not her ex you should be worried for, but the man out there to whom she's pretending as unmarried. I'm sure the ex already knows she's married so removing rings while seeing him is nonsense.

She's trying to attract attention of other men, infact, she's the seducer here, pretending she's single so that she can go out with someone else.

Let me tell you what game your wife is playing: she thinks you're cheating. Sincerely, you're cheating. And that is her justification for adultery. She simply wants to get back at you through any man out there, including her ex.

Since you love her and want to make your family work, be faithful. Don't give her any more excuses or moral justification that "because you cheat, me too can cheat".

Once you've been able to establish your own moral compass and get back your respect, let her know that you're ready to break the marriage and take custody of your children if she's still not straight with you.
Nice observation and one of the best advices so far.

Thats why I tried to interrogate her to know if they saw each other, she said they never did, theres no how to know that, only Jah does. But the only thing that gave me a feeling they saw each other was the ring she pulled, her version of the reason why she pulled it sounds RED FLAG to me. In modern days now, some men and women who cheat always remove their ring aside.
So you expect a cheat to willingly admit to cheating? Of course, she would naturally deny unless she is caught. Remember Bill Clinton/ Monica Lewinsky case? Take charge of your home, man. Be firm with her and order her to end contact with her ex unless she is no more interested in her marriage.

She undermines you. It's either you stop entertaining her behaviour and put your foot down or be ready to watch her slip on another man's hands. Your wife is going to commit /has already committed adultery from how I see it.

You got it right. The woman is obviously seeing her ex. No doubts about that.

I am not making excuse for the corruption of the govt or the Discos
But stating a contributing fact .

if Nigeria were to ne broken into smaller region , I am sure a place like lagos will not be having electricity problem . because it will use its resources for cater for only its population .
Lets look at this , the poluation of Ghana is 27.4million . That of Nigeria is 180 million . That ratio is 1:6.

That is just the fact I'm stating. Don't get it twisted
So because Nigeria is a larger country, it is supposed to be difficult to provide prepaid meters to electricity customers? How about comparing Nigeria with India then. How come they also have meters in such a much larger country? My friend, no consumer should be receiving estimated bills at this point in time. There should be no excuses at all.

BusinessRe: Help!!! He Has Refused To Return My Money by poseidon12: 7:58pm On Nov 29, 2016
The guy is a thief for spending that money. He knew the money was paid into his account by mistake. He should have contacted his bank to return the money without even waiting to be contacted. You should report to your bank and the police. He should be prosecuted for stealing to teach him and his ilks a lesson.
Even banks mistakenly pay into the wrong accounts sometimes. When it happens to your account, you are not supposed to withdraw it. It is a crime if you do.
You should not be begging him to return the money. He should be begging you not to make a case.

PoliticsRe: Fayose Blasts FG, Miyetti Allah Over Threat On Ekiti People by poseidon12: 7:02pm On Oct 25, 2016
The Senate and House of Rep. need to hasten up on passing the Bill on State Police. Every state needs to have adequate security infrastructure in place. In the meantime, every state in the south needs to organize an armed and trained security outfit to provide security against federal govt sponsored terrorism masquerading as Fulani herdsmen. What happened in Godogodo, Kaduna state recently should serve as an eye opener for all of us from the South. People should reserve for themselves, the fundamental right to life and self defense. The way Buhari is going, he might end up dragging this country back into another civil war.
I wish to register my support for the government and good people of Ekiti State.
The national assembly is really failing in its duty of providing a check-and-balance of the executive. They just leave this man Buhari to be doing anything he likes as if Nigeria is his private family property.

Truly i never knew before now that Judges of the supreme court could be this petty and mudslinging.

His account is senile and sterile, only meant for slow thinkers. My annoyance is their gut to politicized the grievous allegations leveled against them.
They should have known better that they have no immunity whatsoever against prosecution, irrespective of their blackmail they will be made to face the music on the long run.
Great. With the grammar above, I wonder who the slow thinkers are. Just wondering.
PoliticsRe: "DSS Planted Millions Of Naira In My House" - Justice Ngwuta Writes CJN by poseidon12: 5:04pm On Oct 21, 2016
I knew it. Since this atrocious raid of the 7 judges by the DSS, with the hefty figures they claimed they found, and the fact they did not submit themselves for a search as required by law, they definitely planted those huge amount of money to rope in the judges because they refused to compromise. The knuckle heads did not consider the admissibility of their so called evidence before embarking on their illegal search.
Buhari is on a mission to destroy this country.
In a normal society, heads should have been rolling at the DSS. The goons have abandoned their constitutionally mandated duty of internal security to dabble into fighting corruption. Meanwhile, the Fulani herdsmen are still roaming about with their AK47, killing, raping and maiming, unchallenged. Thank God for technology, it would be easy to confirm that Rotimi Amaechi called the judge twice. I wonder what will be his defense in this case. Will he again issue threat of lawsuit? SMH for this country.
PoliticsRe: My Story, By Justice Dimgba - The Impunity Of The DSS by poseidon12: 6:46pm On Oct 18, 2016
genearts:
I was expecting him to fault the DSS on what was allegedly found in his house during the search but he didn't. Why do they (judges) always skip that part?
So you believe the story from DSS, mentioning all those outrageous figures? Remember they did not have a search warrant. And probably did not allow themselves to be searched before embarking on their search. So they could have planted whatever items they claimed to have found. The law requires that they submit themselves to be searched by the residents before they start searching. And they must be observed by the resident and a witness.
If they actually found all those figures they claimed, I expect that they would have arraigned the judges by now. This govt. is a big disappointment.

If these are true then he must be very frugal. However am baffled, why did he support a rather wasteful Jonathan Goodluck that laid the foundation for the current recession?
I know he is a learned fellow, versed in financial matters, while on earth did he decide to support GEJ considering his wastefulness.
One thing I've come to learn about educated elites is their penchant to become honorary advisers when they leave government. I thought Okonjo Iweala would for instance come out to explain to Nigerians how she presided over an economy that received so much oil income that toward the end was already borrowing to finance salary of workers.
You see why Nigeria baffles me!!!
They are all true. Peter Obi is a very frugal person. That might be a family tradition. His junior brother that runs his business empire is also like that.
When you meet him, you can hardly tell that you are dealing with a multi-millionaire. They are humble folks, and nice people too. Nigerians need to seek out more people like Peter Obi and support them for political leadership roles.

CrimeRe: How I Was Robbed This Morning By A "One Chance" Syndicate by poseidon12: 5:53pm On Aug 29, 2016
Emmanueloy:
Today 25th august, I got to Ojota, bus stop around 5:00am waiting for a bus going to Ojuelegba, which is close to my workstation. After like 3 minutes, I heard a guy from a normal yellow danfo bus calling "Ojuelelgba" and as expected I hopped in, along with a Police Officer. Another person boarded some few metres away and the journey continued.
And just like a film scene, i discovered everyone in the bus (about 8 of them) are part of the "one chance" crew, you know what I mean and this included the supposed Policeman. They told me to sit on the floor, searched my bag as if their lives depended on it, took my atm cards and mobile phone. They requested for my pin under the threat of a gun and i obliged. Funny part, they had a POS machine to verify my pin. Alas, it was correct and right there they started sharing the loot, electronically. All these happened while the bus moved at break-neck speed. I even begged them to give me my SIM but they didn't.
Anyway, I thank God cos I wasn't hurt at all, they dropped me around Mushin and sped off in the dark. I got a glimpse of the plate number LAGOS-JJJ-86-something something sha.
I believe God had a purpose for everything that happens to man. I have blocked my SIM and ATM card this morning ASAP.

I'm not a fan of front page stuff but i hope this info will help some commuters and warn them about these criminals here in Lagos. Even when you see an alleged "staff", it does not guarantee the safety of the bus. Only God can protect.
Did they use your ATM card on the POS machine? If they did, you may be able to catch the thieves. Every POS machine is registered to a business/owner. Your bank can help find out who that POS machine is registered to.
Car TalkRe: Top 10 Cars Built For Nigerian Roads by poseidon12: 5:44pm On Aug 29, 2016
To the list I will also add Land Rover Defender, the big daddy of off roaders; and Mercedes G-Wagon for the big boys and girls. Nigerian roads are terrible. I doubt if there are worse roads anywhere else. Only rugged vehicles with good clearance from the ground are appropriate for Nigerian roads. Hence, I will not recommend any car. I will recommend only pickup trucks and suv's.
