I wouldn't know about how lucrative the pepper is in the market. But, I will tell you some truth.

1. You are in Lagos and considering farming. Very good idea but know that the closest you can get a land for your farming is Epe. That is if it is not even outside Lagos. Wherever it may be, the clearing, planting and other activities will be done by people and mostly in your absence. Maybe it is time for you to know how terrible or kind Nigerians are.

2. Farming in absentia is a no go area even when somebody is encouraging you to take a plunge.

3. If you have what is presently earning you income, leave farming for farmers and ignore what radio farmers/ motivational speakers are saying.

4. Any business you cannot monitor on a daily basis by your self is a waiting pit.

Pay for my consultancy asap.
