Even the Polish embassy and some other EU embassies in Nigeria have not started accepting Visa applications...let you guys don't do what will ruin your chances and force them in implementing stronger criteria policies...Visa is not a right but a privilege..... Thanks

ND is not accepted by German Universities...you either use HND or 100level transcripts to apply for admission.. Thanks

If you are going for BSc please use your ND to apply so as not to degrade our HND except you are applying to a total different programmed.
From what I have researched and gathered, HND is equivalent to many Idian BSc which is a little below German BSc, what happens is you are given selected courses outside your preferred masters programme to cover up the gap or at worse, you spend an extra semester.

On 3rd July, a friend of mine told he got he's appointment, I was surprised then I filled mine too, I taught I was not gonna be able to fill the form. Guys I advice do go on and book yours, and share your experience here, We will be glad to help each other

Indians are not getting any appointment date this moment , the embassy is on lock down there even people that their appointment date was cancelled before the travel restriction has not gotten a new date..a friend of mine in India that submitted her passport for stamping has not even gotten it back

The EMBASSY that would grant you visa are still locked, meanwhile in india 53000 covid-19 cases people are getting appointment dates. It was hard enough to get dates before covid-19. I wish all of us luck, keep the application going

I do not seem to locate it on the university website as I was told at the consulate that the application form from the school should come along with all the documents I want to certify. I will have to reschedule.

As far as my 10,000 Euros is still in German block account and I have not been refunded my fees by my sch. If today I say I want to go to Germany nothing would stop me if I get date. Am just trying to help

Please I need your advise and suggestions on the technicalities of the AD.

I've got some AL from some Universities. I used late February as the enrollment deadline of the earliest AL I received in December. I booked for appointment precisely on 10th of December CAT A. Now I have other AL whose enrollment deadlines are further in April.

Now my dilemma is this, February is just around with no sign of AD coming in but I'm hopeful though. Will the embassy or whichever institution responsible for AD understands that enrollment deadlines can be extended or candidates can have multiple AL. Some people suggested that I leave the appointment booking while others were of the opinion that I cancel and rebook since AD, interview, and visa procedures before end of February is almost unrealistic.

Please I really don't know what to do. Your advise and suggestion will go a long way in helping a sister.

Do we have anyone who might have had similar circumstances directly or indirectly ?

You can tell your school to send you a scan of the admission letter by mail.

Meeehhn am in hot soup. My AD is Feb 12 and from now till then is not up to a month. Please what do I do to get the admission letter before then , (via NIPOST) , can't loose my precious date because of admission letter? Eeelllpppp ooo

You better cancel that appointment to avoid getting bounced at the German consulate

I got admission since last year at BSBI with a scholarship of 2500 euros off my total tuition fee which is 12500..I wasn’t really interested to travel last year so I deferred to may this year and just last week I applied for AD and yesterday they sent me a mail with AD for 11 March 2020 and it’s CAT A..I applied to that category cos I have a scholarship

If you are applying through uni assist you need to make certifications
Some schools accept certifications only from the embassy while some accept certification from the embassy and notary offices eg court
Certification is required only for admission

I have been saying post about certifying documents at courts and other places before using then to apply..
Is it a must you do the certification?
Is it all the school that need the certification or its needed just for the Visa application?

IELTS/TOEFL increases your chances to wide range of courses...you can also use EPL( letter from your HOD or Registrar that states that your undergraduate courses was thought in English language)
