How to stop mtn value added services from stealing your airtime
For MTN Play: simply dial *700*8#, once you dial this code…if you have mtn play service on your line, they will be displayed. If you don’t have any on this platform, the system will also notify you. In a situation where you see services displayed there, simply select the number that accompanies each of the services listed on your screen. It’s easy and you can do it. I do this every week to ensure I don’t have any service from that platform.
To stop Music Plus: this one can only be stopped from auto renewing. This means once the current subscription elapses, you won’t be charged again except you opt-in again. All you need to do is simply send Stop as a text message to 5900.
For Caller feel, though this service is very useful and the best on the MTN platform, some people still don’t want it. My brother and my sister, simply send STOP as a text message to 50016. No big deal, you’re out joor.
Caller tunes: This one is Oga dey boss. This one has finished many people for many years now. This is quite simple to manage. To cancel this service…simply send NO as a text message to 4100 or dial *410*7#, if you simply want to remove some songs or remove songs completely while leaving the MTN default caller tunes, simply dial *410*2# and follow the options therein.
Now mtn has provided a platform for you to manage your value added services. That is *123*5#. When you dial this code… you will be provided with options:
1. MyContent Services
2 Myplay services
3. MyCaller Tunez
4. Mobile Advertising
5. My Music Plus
Now simply select the corresponding numbers for each of the option you see on your screen to viw what you have under such selected platform. For example, you want to know if you have services deducting your credit classified under MyContent Services, simply select number 1 on your phone and send back to the system. Yes...police not part of the arm forces but a very important institution in internal security matters...the most important institution in internal security matters. And since rge recruitment for both positions for cadet ASp and inspector didn't go thru the interview stage..and medical stage..that was when I knew something fishy will surely happen..in some states like Abia..aptitute test questions leacked before they wrote the exam around 11 pm in the mid night...same with some other sates.. The interview and medicals would av helped in the selection process but due to magu magu wey dey naija..it was dropped...all the same..from the beginning, the cadet ASP and inspector have always been the major interest of the elite.. Only God can hand pick a person without connection in that position..

I survive mainly with the help of internet. It seems this govt doesn't know how internet has helped to reduce unemployment and how it is still reducing it day by day. If there is anything that should be cheap in Nigeria...that should be internet...

I've decided not to sit and fold my hands doing nothing about this planned data hike, I will be writing a petition to the national assembly. it is very wrong for us to sit down and have this kind of counter-productive policy thrown at us. They are complaining of unhealthy completions, I bet they are all still making profits. This is beyond social media or profit making. The thought alone is satanic and barbaric. Nothing has brought about more creative, innovation and rapid development like the internet, any person/country thinking of depriving its citizenry access to if belong to the stone age.

Nobody should sit down and be quiet, lets all stand up and be counted!

Bros... I dey with u.. if NCC should get away with this.. then we are finished in this country.. we should not allow them get away with this.. If they try am.. we should storm national assembly and NCC head quarters and protest and attract world media.. shame on this agencies.. instead of making things cheaper.. they are making it expensive.. We no go greee.. it is time to show this guys that we are still alive and active.. and this should start it for us all in Nigeria.. i mean, to begin attack govt policies in one voice..

I'm sick and tired of hearing every tom, dick and harry scream about bad policies without ever being man enough to highlight these bad policies. Not defending PMB bt there is a dearth of knowledge and understnding amongst the populace about what the problems bedevelling the country re and so they don't even know the solutions. Everybdy is jus ranting emotions.
No sound and proper dissecting of the probs.
I've criticised PMB on a number of occasions wen I feel he isn't doin well enough to get us out of this hellhole. I expected a more massively vigorous approach to agriculture.
There is no amount of policy that will make us nt to suffer low oil prices. For pple with deep understanding of economic metrix these sufferings er not unexpected.
I don't criticise because every tom and harry is criticising. Pple criticise because its easy to do so.
The criticise about every of govt action.
They ban importation of vehicles tru land border, they criticise. They criticise jus anything.
U talk about bad policies, what re the policies?
Posterity will pardon a leader if he makes the wrong decision, bt it will never pardon him for nt taking a dcision at all.

The heavy tax bro...is one of them.. Banning is allowed and good but needs to be taken wit causion and gradually done.. Systematically..
