Sometimes i begin to wonder whether the increase in researches and findings is a curse rather than a blessing. If we are to go by all these researches, hunger go nearly kill us for this country. Don't eat it, don't eat that, infact i am tired. I can't imagine myself not eating my "swallows" with some rich vegetable soup and a lot of "contours". The key thing here should be "moderation" in consumption of these foods. For crying out loud, our forefathers thrived on these foods with no hitches in their health. All the same a very informative article. |
I so much love this fruit. I always add it to my smoothies. Very nourishing and tasty. But take it easy on the consumption because it can be fattening. |

Very very informative. I believe the major reason for sperm leakages is sexual position. Resting your woman's waist on a pillow which makes her position slightly elevated is most definitely the position. Doggy style is still okay. |
I have been quite busy for sometime reason i have not been able to update this thread. I met and chat with some couple of people and they were all giving various excuses why they can't keep up with the rigours of strength training. They were all talking about boredom associated with exercises. I kept on looking at the peeps like are they for real. I then remembered that not everyone can be muscular. Muscles is not meant for everyone. To get it you must work for it. For those that wants to desperately be muscularly ripped and have kickstarted the process, i will be giving some key tips to kill the "boredom" associated with exercises. |

This is what i call "living michellin". He is suffering from a serious disorder most probably he has high amount of ghrelin(hunger hormone) which is a protein that signals one of the presence of hunger. He also have a low amount of leptin which is also a hormone that signals the brain of a feeling of satiety(satisfaction). A biochemist will most definitely understand the above. |

gbosaa:Those pics are not real. Squatting with weighted barbells, intense sprints and leg-press can blast the quads. We africans dwell on building the upper-body while neglecting the lower limbs. Well-developed legs and thighs give one balance and body proportion. |

From your pics i can see "some" developments but let me ask you some few questions What is the core of your training? Are you doing the basic workouts like the bench-press,biceps curls,dumbbell press,squats etc? How is your diet like? You made mention of taking proteins in high quality. I want you to give me examples of the protein food you are consuming. What carbohydrate do you take? Do you rest well after workouts? What equipments are you training with? Is it freeweights or machines? Like i will always tell every beginner,never start off with machines always begin with freeweights for results. Do you want to be bulky or lean? 2 months is too short a time to give up. For you to have started at all means that you want to have a healthy looking and physically fit body and trust me you won't regret it. You have to be patient, consistent, determined and strong. Remember no pain no gain. Nothing good comes easy. I want u to answer those questions and lets kickstart from there. |
needinfo:I do take supplements sometimes. But it is better you begin your training without supplements or more of going natural. Basically eating good diets, resting well and training "dirty". As you progress you can introduce supplements like creatine powder, whey protein. |

I might not have money like the billgates or dangotes of this world but i am comfortable and contented. Imagine you with a banging body and loads of cash to spare. You are covering your failure to keep yourself fit with money that you can never have enough of. There will always be a better spender out there. |

Moreover i just love looking and keeping fit, Women flocking around me are just side benefits. |
Any guy that wears this is a fool living in a fool's paradise. What stop you from hitting the gym and getting those nice pecs. No pain No gain. What happens when you and your woman are about to get down and you start pulling the "makeshift pecs"? Hit the gym and become muscular because it truly pays to be one. |
