Leave this guy alone. This guy is balling on a daily basis. Some bench-presses will sure firm up the pecs. Moreover as one gets older the level of testosterone diminishes and muscle elasticity and tones reduces. But consistent iron-pumping will neutralize it. |
What can i say? Indiscriminate use of anabolics must have exacerbated that condition. Well thank God he is alive but i am very sure his performance at the gym would be far lower than what it used to be. As a body-builder, it is very imperative one goes for regular check-ups most especially on the heart. Keep on. That is the spirit. |

Hmmm, our flesh are so fragile indeed. Any matchet or cutlass on any part of the body na flesh opening and blood spilling be dat. Somepeople call me "ironbody" for where, one bullet can tear my muscles, no joke. We get muscle but na God get power pass. |
Spending on luxury goods can be so tempting but it takes financial discipline to save. Spending is just based on instant gratification but saving with purpose can go a long way. For me saving to invest is what i relish. |
It beats my imagination to hear some people come out to say this story is fake. Do you have a concrete and verifiable evidence to prove this story is fake? Things beyond human comprehension are happening to us on a daily basis. I have folks with employment "testimonies" beyond logical reasoning, will i call it "Divine selection". amicableSavage:Creatine do not boost muscle growth directly, what it does is the provision of energy for the muscles during training. When one takes creatine powder, he can do more volumes(sets and reps) of workouts compared to a person who do not take it. But overall creatine powder is good for the muscles. You can also use whey protein. I am worried when i hear people talk about "quick effect" except you want to do steroid cycles which is very addictive and unhealthy. Patience, consistency, determination and hardwork is key here. |

Nice and very informative. I do all the above and they are very effective. I take my smoothies first thing in the morning before my workouts and last thing at night before i sleep. Water is also a good detoxifier. Fasting is also a good form of detoxification reason being that it gives our digestive system a resting period. |

I know gals love that "smell" that ooze out of a guy after working out or after an intensive physical work. It draws them like magnet. But for a guy that has not bath for 3 days, the smell would be surely disgusting. |

The word "sexy" can be deceptive here. A woman can dress moderately without revealing much and still appears "sexy". I see so many married women looking like oldies and funny enough they are quite young(below 40). They do not keep their figure,shape and dress sense intact. This is not meant to be so. One thing about we men is that we are moved by what we "see", if it is no longer visually appealing then gulder ultimate search begins. |
You did not mention iris, the american with the most number of ms olympia. She has won like 9 or 10 ms olympia titles, i can't actually remember the exact figures now. Those pics are not photoshopped, they are as real as the sun. They are females bodybuilders that go the extreme by pumping loads of anabolics(testosterone) and the likes. |
I so much detest any "quickie" food. They are not just unhealthy but also lethal, most especially when they become one's staple food. The quantity of salt in a pack of indomie noodle alone is something else. I see so many overblown children and aduits these days and their obesity is most due to their diet and sedentary lifestyle. Eat right, exercise well and minimize stress. |

3. Don't Overtrain. So many beginners get it wrong here. You don't need to overtrain your muscles. "overtrain" here means go hours on end pumping. A workout session of maximum 2 hours is okay. Remember muscle growth do not occur in the gym but out of it. 4. Give your muscles a break. I see so many guys training the same body parts everyday with no changes. It still takes us back to the number one tip of having a good workout plan. You can alternate between the upper and lower body. 5. Rest, rest and rest. If you want to be muscular naturally then you must be patient, consistent and hardworking. You no fit get muscles overnight. You must be tactical and strategic. Cut your self some slacks, give your muscles some rest. Ever heard about "wear and tear", that is what happens when you do not rest but rather you overtrain. 6. Have a training partner Well this is not compulsory but very neccessary. Try training with a person that got that passion for physical fitness like you, you guys will ginger yourselves up. At least some form of competition will come in(like who can bench-press more or who can dead-lift more), at least bore-dom can be cancelled using this tips. Have a lovely gymming weekend. |

Variety of different exercise As the saying goes "variety is the spice of life". You must add variety of exercises to your workout regimen. Like if you do indoor pumping, you could decide to train outdoor or in the open. The feeling of cool breeze on your muscles as they are being pumped is just euphoric. |
