But it would be far better if one starts watching his diet at a younger age, letz say 18 or 19 upwards. People say i am quite picky when it comes to my diet but the reply i always give them is this MY FOOD IS MY MEDICINE AND MY MEDICINE IS MY FOOD. I can't remember when last i added refined sugar to my food probably 17. I rarely fall sick and even when i do, i bounce back to life without popping a pill. God is indeed wonderful. |

Well, first of all, our buttocks is made up of adipose tissues(fats) and how do you burn fats? By exercising and watching your diets(eating clean). There is no such thing as reducing or burning fats in one part of the body and leaving the rest alone. Fat burning must take place throughout the body. So one must come down in weight to achieve a reduction of fat around the butt. So you doing squats and lunges is like looking for a needle in an ocean. Work on your diet and do general body exercise and if your butts are still that size which i doubt will happen then it can be genetics. Moreover, most ladies like guys with a prominent butt. |

Hmmm, i am so touched right now and truth be told you have been through alot in so little time. But my brother don't loose it. Don't think of giving up right now. You have got that strong and resilient spirit and trust me that will take you very far in life. You have cried out for help and i know this forum have people who can be of help to you. Someone's heart is going to get touched and will render the neccessary assistance to you be it in form of a paid employment or an avenue for entrepreneurship. Everyguy want to have strong and ripped muscles but most do not want to go through the "hard" process of getting it and will rather remain like a fat mass of flesh while the ones who are determined go the extra mile to get that fit body. And we are only few in this world. Out of every 11 guys only 1 is physically fit with ripped muscles. |
u cud not have said it any better. Exercise is good for everyone both old and young. I will keep on exercising till i drop dead. Asides the health benefits that come with regular exercising, i know how many chicks man don parole. Both young,middle-aged and old. Everywoman sure likes a man that takes very good care of his body.
