Why don't you wear an outfit that will cover your legs. Those flies can be quite annoying. The funny thing is that one can hardly see them but you go dey feel d bite and reactive itching/scratching. |
This is very true. I have seen lots of chain smokers with brown and incomplete sets of tooth. That "tin" no good ooh. Wrinkled and aged face, black lips,black teeth, black lungs,bad breath, black fingernails etc. are some of the effects of regularly smoking "maryjay". |
![]() 4. Try as much as possible to be on the move. The world is becoming too "sedentary". Lots of people are not "moving". No thanks to the so called civilization. The other day, i overheard someone ordering for food online. Can you beat that? What does it take to go to a nearby eatery and eat the "poison" they prepare. I really pity those customer care reps/agents. They are always on seat for long periods. Walking is a very good form of exercising. Not matter how short the distance is, well, the longer the better. Rather than drive your car from your "bedroom" to your "boardroom", you could pack your car some distance from your workplace and trek. Rather than use the elevator use the staircase. While in the office, take a few minutes of walking around, it is very helpful. You could even take it a notch higher by exercising during breaktimes. |
3. Make your gym. This is golden. I have been training for quite awhile now and i have never registered for any gym membership. I see it as not only stressful but wasteful. I have all the basic gym equipments in my crib ranging from my elliptical bike to my barbells. Not forgetting my abs machine. And i workout consistently and at any sparetime without distractions. I only go to gyms to socialize(meet sexy and beautiful ladies) and do some bodyworks dats all. Moreover the gym is filled with "jokers". Homemade gym is simply the best. |
I. The passion for good health and achieving physical fitness must be there. We tend to forget that our health is invaluable, without good health we can do nothing. No matter how much cheese that "job" is churning out, when your health is down, the sick-bed comes calling. When there is a will there is way. 2. Create a work-out schedule. This is very very important. When i first started the hustle and bustle of the corporate world, i found it quite difficult to train. I was not happy with this new development. So i sat down one saturday morning, took out a piece of paper and pen and wrote down my daily activities for the week. To my suprise i discovered that i could squeeze in at least 6 hours of work-out session per week excluding weekends. I bounced back to my "old" self again. Training mode activated once again. |
Shoutout to all the iron warriors, still keeping it real like the "tomatoes scarcity". It's being quite a while since i updated this thread. I was just thinking of what to post when suddenly something just popped up. I saw one of my colleagues back in those days. This guy and i practically trained our butts in our "local gym". Mehn, those times were damn too awesome. This man has lost those muscle-mass. No form,no definition,he even had a slightly bulging belly. I asked him what the problem was and he kept on saying no time, it is work and family ish bla bla bla. But there is no excuse to prevent one from becoming fit and maintaining the fitness. And so, i am going to be giving us tips to achieve those jaw-dropping physique and physically fit body. No matter how tight your work-schedule is, you can still make out time to train. NO EXCUSE. |
chynwagod:Do you know why i find all these so called weightloss drugs worrisome? I will tell you. Fine, some of these pills cause "weightloss" but is it sustainable. Won't the weight come rushing back after a person stops taking it. Moreover, weightloss is very different from fatloss. Weightloss could be attributed to loss of water, electrolytes, lean-mass (muscles) etc. I know of a lady who took a particular weightloss pills and she drastically came down in weight but she is still facing the consequences. She was practically vomiting and urinating every other night of the week. She lost lots of fluid and electrolytes. Now she is looking far worse off. She is looking far older than her age. Those pills really dealt with her. Fatloss is a lifestyle and lifelong approach and not a one-off thing. |

As a biochemist, i can emphatically tell anyone that cares to listen that this is poison. While should anyone want to alter his/her natural biochemical process just to loose fat in a rapid way. This is not right. Fat-loss is a lifelong approach not a one-off thing. Eat right, exercise right,minimize stress, drink lots of water and sleep well and watch how those fats come off slowly but surely. |

You forgot to add this - Eating out, most especially at the "glorified" fast-food restaurants. Sport-betting is now becoming a menace in this country, it seems all the male youths have being jazzed by this. How person go dey buy wetin go kill am wit ease? I so much detest smoking. Leaving the person with dark-colored teeth,lips,lungs and fingernails. |

Another thing guys need to avoid is the wearing of tight undies which can "fry" one's testis. |

These trio are my friends most especially ginger and garlic. Ginger is my pain reliever, after my training, i just eat a root of ginger and viola the pains are all gone. Garlic is simply an amazing herb. |

Continous holding of pee can damage d kidneys. When i was younger, i remembered, i held my urine for quite a longwhile reason being that there was no place of convenience for me to urinate. Fastforward to when i got home, to piss come turn to wahala. Na cry i just dey cry. The pain was indeed out of this world. Na clinic i land myself. From that day i vowed that even if na boat i dey and piss hold me, na water i go piss put. |

Very informative. I will give you 15 lbs of pure muscles for this. I swore that on no account will i tatoo my skin. It is so foolish. Why must one make permanent inscriptions and designs on the skin? The risks associated with tatooing one's skin are very adverse. I know of so many people regretting today why they tatooed their skins in the first place. |

Yes and yes. They even enjoy it more than the guys. It is all about hitting the right buttons. Give a lady a good love-making session and she will keep coming back for more. Sex is becoming too "mechanical" these days and it shouldn't be so. Set her in the right mood, do a good measure of pre-intimacy and be strategic in thrusts(alternate between deep and shallow thrusts). Trust me, she will always come back for more. This is a fact. |

petux:This is where what u eat becomes very important. Diet is very neccessary when it comes to having a flat and ripped belly. Eat more of proteins and less of carbs. Even if you want to eat carbs, eat the complex ones like brown rice or local rice, brown bread, yam, cocoyam. Minimize your consumption of junks. Eat fruits and vegetables. Drink enough water. |

Nice one, i will give u 15lbs of pure muscles. Virtually every slim person who do not exercise thinks he or she is fit and healthy. I am afraid to burst your bubbles cos that is a pure lie. Ever heard of abdominal fats or visceral fats. Those things are unhealthy. Nowadays i see slim ladies and guys with a "drumlike" belly. This is unhealthy. A lady who has her bodyfat evenly distributed most especially around her hips and ass has better hdl level than a slim lady with a protruding belly. Exercise is meant for everyone whether you are a chewing stick or a bag of beans. |
