Nice one. Let me add mine. 1. Not giving the muscles enough time to rest and recuperate. I see guys training like 7 days in a week, you be bodybuilder? you can train 3 times in a week with a lot of space to relax in between. 2 Not maintaining proper form when exercising. 3. Not eating well after each workout. 4. Not training in a proper gear. |
very informative. I hope you are also following them religiously. You forgot to add this little piece of info, "give urself a day to indulge in eating junks food but do not overdo it" it helps. For me, it all about eating good balanced diet and training wella. |
And the devilish issue about this is that the diabetes will keep on damaging that leg until it becomes like shreds of rotten flesh. That leg will definitely be amputated. He surely needs a prompt medical attention. |

Why do you want to lost weight so fast? I will keep on telling you guys, maintaining a healthy weight is a long-term approach and a lifestyle thing. You can fool your body to achieve an appreciable amt of weight loss in so little time. Take it gradually and naturally. You need to stop taking those lipton tea because of its caffeine content which can trigger high blood pressure and sleeplessness. |
Diabetes is more deadly than hiv and the way it is ravaging our population these days is quite alarming. No thanks to unhealthy lifestyles like physical inactivity, excessive consumption of processed and refined carbs, over consumption of alcohol as well as alcoholic beverages, little or no exercise. Eat wholesome foods like whole grain, eat more of proteins like beans,fish, lean meats, do exercise both aerobic and strength training, eats fruits and vegetables, take red wine if you wanna get tipsy, minimize stress. And you will be just fine. |
True and very frank post. I am even forced to say MONEY is LIFE. The funny side about this money ish is that it is very much easier to make money in nigeria than in any other part of the world. Opportunities in the form of challenges abound everywhere in this country. One can pick money from the streets of nigeria, if you know what i mean. |
Isn't it funny? You came online to know the health implications of this unhealthy addictive habit and at the same time still justifying yourself for indulging in it. Every side effects written up there are so real. A distant relative of mine died from diabetes and guess the cause, daily consumption of coke, pepsi and what have you. Rather than taking coke why not go for natural fruit juice or smoothies. They are very healthy. Most especially those made up of water-melon, cucumber, bananas and lemon. Very good for the body and sex life. |
I drink water more than a camel most especially as the heat we are currently experiencing in this country. I cannot even quantify it. |
I can tell anyone that seems so inquisitive about knowing what i earn but i can never tell them the exact figure. Just a range and it is usually far below the actual figure. I am not cut out for leeches, parasites and fairweather friends. |

There are stretchmarks and there are "stretchmarks". There is hardly any female without stretchmarks. It could be around their thighs,back of their knees,butts,around their shoulders, breasts and belly. Some stretchmarks can be very beautiful. One of my women back in days had these beautiful stretchmarks on her butts. They were indeed beautiful. Truth be told, some can be very ugly. I have some women that have stretchmarks as thick and long as a serpent Usually those are caused by overweight, indiscriminate use of toxic chemicals in the form of bleaching creams. |

How do they do it? This question keeps bugging my mind. Could it be their well structured system or the ever increasing awareness of their folks towards the "fitness module"? Come down to our own nigeria, of a truth we ain't started yet. The gyms are poorly equipped with obsolete equipments. The outrageous membership fee is nothing to write home about. I was at a gym in ikeja some weeks back, the gym was to an extent fair enough but the membership fee per annum is just mind boggling. 220 gees for a year. Wetin happen, na gold-plated iron i go dey carry. I was really not happy. Fine, a gym should be profit oriented but with consideration for the middle and low cadre of the society. There should be affordable plans for everyone. I am going to be giving gym owners and people in the fitness industry some tips to make their business very very profitable. FREE OF CHARGE WATCH OUT. |

There are so many natural body builders who are in their fifties and above still going strong. Why?
