Yes it gives the beep to indicate that is working.the keyboard does not light continously. I was trying to installed xp os. onegig: you talked about p3? What os are you installing? Check the ram and ruffle things a bit.. Also remove the processor which is under the system fan and clean by blowing. Be careful. But wait before you proceed..does it give that beep when you start that indicates its working and does the keyboard led lights flash continuorly? |

Pls I need help: My desktop system is not booting. It was working very slowly.Then I tried to reinstalled the OS from the Usb since the cd drive is faulty.The power supply went off when the set up was still on.since then the system is not booting and the set up couldnt be concluded.pls what can I do?. Its an P3 model system with 40g HDD. |

I have seen so many scores of candidates who took the last utme .while some got 200 and above,majority score below 200. Most of the them were not satisfied and laid the complaints against JAMB.Though Jamb might be blamed in one way or the other but I think the general performance shows that many of our students are no longer ready to study to pass their exams and are into some many inrelevant things and wait for expo to 'help' them pass. |

I wrote JAMB 3 times.first in 1994. I had to work home from a distance of more than 10 kilometres on foot because there was insufficient transport to take us home. The worse part of it was that I didnt see my scores for that exam. I wrote the 2nd in 1999 and score 206 and another in the year 2000 when I score 200 which I used to get admission. I studied Computer Science. These days Jamb has made it easier for the candidates by providing them with writing materials and CALCULATORS. So those who prepare well will succeed. 1 Like |
