Address your transcript to the admission office,I personally asked at the senate building and the guys said it should go to the deputy registrar and not the registrar himself.
I think the deputy registrar's address is something like
Principal admission officer,try to confirm.

Your second question,your WAEC/NECO (original certificate or print out),secondly your ND statement of result but for now I have not confirmed it but it is likely to be part of it.

OAU has started collecting transcripts,mind you the earlier you submit,the better it is,if u can submit now do that,if the strike affects,submit immediately they resume.

The statement of result I meant is a single document that is issued prior release of certificate. Anyway I think you can upload transcript instead since you that's what you have. You can also ask from others what they used

Thanks,the issue is that,my set did last year and it was not online stuff (I did not apply last year for a reason),so I don't know who to ask,but I can only hope the 2 page trancript will serve the purpose.

Why i'm asking is that, the statement gives an overall result telling if it is upper credit or distinction, or dont they issue it?

The statement of result from OAU eportal if I print them,they show all the courses I took in school,the grades and my final CGPA and remark (but it will be up to 4 pages or 5,so will there be space to scan them)
Also my student transcript shows everything too but it is more concise (just two pages) thanks bro.

I did OAU diploma,at the end of every semester they upload our results on the school eportal and tag it 'statement of result for the semester' so can I print the four pages from the school and scan them for this screening,because I don't know if there is another version issued by school,not only that,OAU is on strike,that's why I want to print the one from the school eportal or upload my student transcript since it shows my courses,results and final GPA,thanks as I wait for your reply.

But for the online screening those who registered said they uploaded their statement of result,so the question is,can I upload the copy of my student transcript instead.

Thanks,but the issue is that I don't have statement of result from the department,however,on my school website they upload our results at the end of each semester and they tag it statement of result for the semester,so for my diploma these contains four pages,can I print them out and upload for the screening OR better still,can I upload the copy of my student transcript (this is a two page document and it consists of all my grades and final GPA in school).

According to the advert on the portal,there was no where they asked for diploma/ND statement of result,but on the whatsapp group,I don't know how someone came about it that he said he uploaded his statement of result.
Anyway boss,if u by chance get to find out if statement of result is (or is not) part of the credentials to be uploaded,kindly quote me so that I can be informed.

Oga boss,pls I'm a DE aspirant,what are the credentials I need to scan,are they my O'level and DE print out only,or does it include my statement of result? If so,can I print out the four-page statement off results from OAU eportal (cos I did their diploma and results for each semester are uploaded on their portal) or better still,can I make use of the student copy of my transcript (a two-pager paper),pls this is urgent,thanks.

I've never heard of people submitting DE printout and O'level result to school before screening...

OAU,a friend of mine who did before told me about those documents,and when I got there I was asked indeed and I submitted them.

buh my sch (fed.poly offa) isn't releasing the transcript to us rather it been sent to the university...

Maybe u should ask your collegues if they submitted only their transcript without the O'level and DE print out,or BETTER still,when u go to confirm,go with those documents and if in case they are requested,u will submit them.
As for me they demanded them and I submitted (OAU).

Normally people submit their transcript,DE print out and O'level to school and that's what I did too.
