Most of the excuses most guys are giving are not the reason they don't want to get married. Most of the guys have become their own bondange and they keep shifting the blame to the ladies. If you are scared to marry, it may point to the fact that you came from a family devoid of love and of good marital happiness exist. If you parents are always fighting over everything, you will tend to see no need for you to continue the kind of life you saw your parents live/living. So it will be very difficult to convince you of any benefit of getting married. If you have bn so unfortunate to be meeting wrong ppl in your relationships, this will still make you feel that even if u get married, your spouse will still be behaving the same way you have experienced in ur past relationships. Another issue is that of a guy that has bn into women so very much. When you have so many girlfriends, you will be so much confused of the one to get married to. Sometimes, you will even be scared of getting married cos you will think that one of the girls will get offended and come and scatter the marriage for you. If you have bn so much into women that the time ppl expect you to get married, or most of your friends have gotten married, you will become ashamed to even talk of getting married cos you beliv that ppl may not even be so excited to tell you congrats. They will rather use the phrase like; "So Finally" to greet your invitation to them. Another reason may be those guys thinking that once they got married, they will be caged and may not be able to chase as many girls as they want. Finally, some guys are not just worth getting married to. Who will marry ur type? You need to work on you character and your look. Even when you are ready to get married and ur look and character are so dirty, my dear no one will marry you even if you have the cash. The look here does not imply bn ugly. I mean those guys that cannot just take care of their appearance. You hardly bath. You have never bn seen wearing a good cloth. You are always smelling etc. Giving excuses is not a solution. Your eyes will clear when you see your friends going around with their fully grown children while you are there giving excuse how women are cheating in marriage. Your eyes will clear when, at the age of 60,70 or 80, you are still struggling to train your children. May be at that age you kids are still preparing to write Common Entrance Exam. If you lack the ability to take drastic action in the course of your duty, irrespective of who is involved, it means you are not really matured to be a manager. If that job is yours and the economy is not favorable to pay all the ppl u employed during fair weather, will u out of pity, let them keep working while u borrow money from somewhere else to pay their salaries. |

This is so pathetic. Many companies will hide behind this COVID-19 to perpetuate the heinous plans they had for their staff even before the pandemic. For Engr. Basil, Head of Materials and Maintenance, I blame him for his own ordeal. I know he was trying to be humane especially to his team, but his approach to it was totally wrong. The owner of the job u are doing asked u to list 9 personnel from ur department for disengagement as the company said they cannot carry everyone along for now. Weather they are telling the truth or not, that was an official instruction. When you complained of bn understaffed they still insisted that they need to reduce and u blatantly refused to submit names. That is gross misconduct. You are not the one to pay those staff. He should have submitted the names and work with the remaining team and even make it in a way the management will feel that more hands are needed in his department. Now he has bn fired and another man will take up the job with that number of teams he refused to work wt. Who knows, may be he was already tired of the job and wanted to just leave. |

Now there is no way that block will be better than the one u mold locally by a good molder. All you need to do is, check the kind of structure you want and ask a good build how many pieces of block should u mold from one bag of cement to give u a quality block for such a structure. Now, the molder u will contract for the job, you have to agree to pay him per bag used and not per number of block molded. Tell him the number of blocks you want per bag. Then that is settled. You may chose to buy blocks from commercial molders if you want to use it to make ur fence sharp sharp to protect or shield the work going on inside. |

A snake fell from the sky and landed near a man who was walking his dogs. Chris Tredwell said he was shocked to see the reptile drop from a crow's beak while he was out with his dogs in Hartsholme Country Park, in Lincoln. He said he initially mistook it for a "yard-long" rope before seeing it fall and land "within 12 inches" of him on 8 June. Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust said grass snakes are common and "crows will eat anything they can get hold of". Mr Tredwell said: "I realised from its markings that it wasn't an adder. It was a grass snake, so it wasn't going to hurt me." The 75-year-old wildlife enthusiast, from Lincoln, said it was "quite rare to see one never mind having it nearly drop on you". In a most simplest definition; it is a belief and worship of a supreme being or a superhuman that is believed to have supreme power and control. If I believe that XYZ is a superhuman that has supreme power and can answer to my need, then I start worshiping him and all sorts. I have formed a religion under XYZ. Then XYZ cannot be a member of that religion cos XYZ cannot worship himself. Another group of ppl somewhere else can still have the same feeling for XYZ and they will start worshiping hin in a different form, thereby forming another religion under XYZ. I told you that God is a religion Himself cos He cannot worship Himself. Ppl form religion under His name. Maybe you wanted to ask: What is God's religion. If that was ur question, I will answer you that God's religion is Love Love for all mankind. Let's not go into philosophy to avoid some confusion and diversion of thread. No amount of religion can make you succesful without application of common sense.Op, you may have bn following a very wrong religion or you religion leaders are blind and lack wisdom. My own religion taught me there there can't be success without practical aspect of it. It tells me that faith without work is useless. It also tells me that God says, I will bless the work of thy hands. That means that God wants us to get busy with somethin and He will bless that hand work. If you are lazy, when He wants to bless you, He will not see any work in ur hand. So no blessing for u and that means no success. My religion also taught me that my marriage will be successful cos I am a member of a particular religion. It tells me, Man love you wife and take care of her just as Christ loved His Church to a point of laying down His life for his church. It also says, wife, respect your husband and be submissive to him in all good things. Doing the above will bring success to a marriage. For a successful nation, my religion encourages good leadership and how to make a nation successful. It tells me that when a righteous man is a leader of a nation, the people will rejoice and the nation will grow. A righteous leader here is that that is not corrupt. A leader that no innocent blood is found in his palms. The one that has the betterment of his ppl at heart. My religion never supports any leader that do not do the above things, even if the leader is the most influential in the religion. So Oga, go and find out where ur problem is from. Boko Haram is a money spinning business for the government. Today I was at the mechanic village where they are fixing my car. A young distressed man came in. He had to interrupt our discussion. He told us that he's from Agbor in Delta State. Eventually, this young guy happened to be a military man. He told us what the how the government that ordered them to go and fight Boko Haram is the same giving the terrorist info about the activities of the military. They were in Borno State fighting the war and were sabotaged and many of the troop were killed in hundreds. Him and few others were lucky to escape. He managed to come to East. Umuahia precisely and he was declared AWOL. The commander at Umuahia gave order that his fellow military men should shoot him dead at that place. Fortunately, there was a problem between the commander and few other officers on why he must be killed that way. He was able to escape on the heat of the argument. He showed his ID card, brought out his uniform and showed us. Even one police officer there who was on uniform confirmed the both the uniform and ID Card are all authentic. He was looking for a means to get back to his home town. He told us that, he's done with the military. I don't use to believe this kind of story, but sometimes when u see the truth, you'll know. You can see what is happening in this country. The guy says dat the more the military men die in the battle field, the more the Ogas get richer cos the compensation that is meant to go to the family of the dead officer of bn pocketed by the Ogas and they'll refuse to tell the family about the dead officers. |

Your problem is half solved. For you to recognize that your grammar is poor is the beginning of the solution to your problem. For you to seek help is a step to solving the problem. Many don't even know when their grammar is bad or good. I'll advise you to go back and start studying basics of good English. Understand: Verbs Proposition Adjectives Adverbs etc Learn what they are. Where to and how to use them in making simple sentences. If you're able to have a good grab of ur tenses, my dear, you're good to go. You can also use Google to search for these help.
