It's not just the fact that she forgot, it's that she's not invested in what we have. I've taken her out on a couple of dates where the majority of the time she was on her phone and not being receptive to my feelings even though I asked her politely to put it away.

Whenever she wants something from me she uses words like "baby" but soons as I send her money it's crickets from then on. Anytime I text her during the day to see how her day is she doesnt reply back and even when she does its "good" or "okay", quick short answers and doesnt reciprocate by asking about mines.

The birthday was the last straw because I had texted her few days ago and she completely ignored me until the day after apologising but only because hers is coming up in a few weeks and probably doesnt want to burn that bridge. She'll forget my birthday but will post on her stories constantly about other people wishing them theirs. It's clear at this point that she's been using me for money and doesn't care about me. Its always the ones you least expect.

Anyways I appreciate anyone who took the time to read this, your input will be greatly appreciated.

I never understood Multi-tenant application because back then it was complex, but when Docker/Kubernetes came out, It gave me a better understanding, Where the application can have multiple instances. I have seen Multi-tenant handled with F5 and Docker and we had to move authentication from Session in Spring to redis. It feels harder but when implemented you see the advantage if any of the nodes are down, F5 is the one that knows which node are available and sends to the instance. That is my real life experience with it, We even used Queues to push a lot of jobs, so each instance is just pushing to the queue and jobs are been done.

I'm glad you brought this up, because during Interviews I am been asked alot about Distributed systems. It is something worth a read.

Learning to code is a double edged sword. There's a whole lot of difference between coding as a hobby and coding to make a living unfortunately a lot of people who are learning code in Nigeria are learning to code as a hobby.

Someone can code for 7, 8 years and never make a penny but another person can do it for 3 months and start working.

Do you mean a tablet which has windows as an OS? If yes, then that will suffice for the main time if it could install the necessary tools like node js and vs code, sublime or any other text editor.

PS: you could connect the tablet to your plasma TV, that's if the tablet has an HDMI port

Hmmmm never tried to code on a tablet so have no idea, Chromebook is the only thing that comes to mind

Many people fail to see that a lot of businesses has invested just too much of resources on wordpress and since wordpress keeps pushing update, there is no backing out. Wordpress is where it is today because of the issues it solves for businesses and users rather than how good the codes are written.
Even I that love Laravel framework with it clean and intuitive methodology. I was forced to learn wordpress core and API since many it solve many business problem in less time

I will always have a bias against WordPress having built plugins with it, it's frustrating I doubt you people are really extending WordPress or Plugins else you'd recognised the pain point. When you do OOP PHP and start entering PHP SPL , you will find WordPress stressful and hackish. WordPress is bad for developers but good for users, wetin concern users with code. Processwire is a more suitable CMS/CMF however it means you will have to write alot of code, and there is no bloat. At the end of the day it's about business not code.

Wordpress at it core is powered by JQuery UI and in not powered by React. React was used to build Gutenberg and that is a pointer only. Till 5.7 latest update of Wordpress. Wordpress at no point uses react.

I recently finished a tutorial on JavaScript. I can say I understand about 20% of it. It's a lot more difficult than what I expected and kind of a pain lol. I'm already trying a different approach by learning from a book. Hopefully I'll get a better understanding of it. So, how long did it take for you to get good at it.

Code while reading too, if possible setup Github account and tackle a topic each day

3 months of daily practicing, Find this book JavaScript for Advanced Engineer by Nicholas Zakas, he teaches you JavaScript before jumping to ES6 and others. That was what I read that made me grasp it.

There is difference between WordPress Developers and those whop develop website with WordPress, WordPress has terrible patterns and bloated codes. WP compared to a seasoned PHP PSR complaint CMS has a lot of difference. But it is the platform not the developer, if the structure is bad then the code will follow suite. I created Plugins, Widgets and themes, and I found myself frustrated working with WordPress. This is an old article i wrote

Why are you referring to yourself in 3rd person. I like cooking, I find it fun for me, learnt during NYSC from Food section, I posted some of them on my diary. It is fun it allows me focus on my thoughts when cooking

I am about to sell my laptop Helios 300 so I can get a desktop, I write code so Desktop favours me, how much last and also got any Ryzen desktop in the 250k range. Thanks appreciate, I don't mind a Rx480 since I do not do PC gaming anymore.
