There are frameworks and other cool libraries by Nigerians, plenty ooo... but na popularity matter.

I used chakra ui in one of my project 2years ago... well, it's cool ooo but, I'll remain with tailwind for really fast bootstrapping since it's utility first.
Second choice will be emotion/styled-components.
And 3rd would be be going all the way with my SASS jeje... or the regular css. Unless you're building out a product and the styling is iterated... I'd suggest you go with something you can always go back to.

Job? Malta na deadzones if na for living. It's a dead ass place. Apart from hotjar, the other main tech employers are online betting euphemistically called "online gaming". And their pay na nonsense. Plus the whole island including Gozo is one big construction site. Rents are atrocious for the spaces on offer. Consider Malta only if your take home (after tax and all deductions) is like €4k to €5k.
