You can make money but try Upworks first. I did it in the past, read the codex and you'll be fine.

So I made a call to VFS Lagos, they said D7 issues has to be Abuja embassy, I decided to call the Abuja embassy, they said they weren't doing Long stay at the moment only short stay, and that D7 visa can only be done in Abuja.

So meaning one has to apply outside the country, it's only short stay that's available at the moment.

Can Short Stay be extended to Long stay in Portugal ?

VFS says long stay is not available.
