Almost all nations have been colonized in their history, its nothing strange. The point is that we were underdeveloped before colonialism not that we were underdeveloped due to colonialism.

You can't say that in absolute terms. If I pick a spot and nano moments before I play the ball, the keeper is flying to where I picked, you think I won't react by smashing it harder or higher or altogether choosing the other side though that is more difficult. If I see a keeper leaving his line and covering more angle, I can definitely adjust my angle, speed or direction

The penalty taker reacts to moves by the keeper when taking a penalty. When you leave the line, you are able to cover more angle, the penalty taker reacts by kicking the further wider to compensate and then it goes out. That definitely is interference.

If you know, you can distinguish between rape and blackmail.

Absolutely but common sense says anything you can do to reduce your chances of being a victim, do it. Our parents warn us of not passing some areas after dark, at a time in osodi or even now don't make calls close to the windows in a bus, it would be snatched, don't enter buses or cabs along the express but in the park(one chance).
