My brother everybody has a unique gift well harnessed... Yet not everybody gets promoted...2. Protocols were broken for Joseph oo... First a stranger...secondly...nothing like Prime Minister until Joseph came to play.... Protocols were not just broken but dashed for him
How do you know strangers are not given appointment in Egypt. How many years did Joseph live in Egypt to still be considered a stranger? Is there a law in Egypt that says, pharoah can't appoint a 2nd in command, a new administrator or prime minister? So I don't have a driver before and I now need one and I get one, what protocol was broken

You seem confused because you're contradicting yourself and also showing the error of that prayer.

Because neither Abraham nor Joseph prayed such a prayer to get the blessings or promotion they got, but they simply went through the required process and obedience to get there, so that should show you how misleading such a prayer is, except you just want to accept it as right just because it was prayed by "a man of God".

The true church is under attack from such false and Antichrist teachings and prayers from such blind leaders.
Don't mind them, when they dont read the bible but follow whatever these people say. What rule and protocol was broken for Joseph. He rendered a service to the king and was rewarded. He was the best man for the job that was needed to see the kingdom through the times of need.

The trade you listed are not well regulated in Nigeria. In the U.S you need at least 2 years of in class and hands on training to become a mechanic, carpenter etc and after that you earn a decent pay more than some engineers.

Nigerian carpenters are crap...I know because I saw a chair I paid over 500,000 naira to build and it looked like trash. Go to Ghana and see their skilled trades men...blow your ffucking mind.
I agree that our craftsmen are crap, but we dont even have the purchasing power to pay decent craftsmen. The Ghanaian craftsmen are wonderful but they are still scraping a living. You need a buoyant middle class that can pay the craftsmen for the job. Even in the US, most people are very handy, they do a lot of craft work around the house themselves because getting someone to do it is very expensive.
We need big businesses that would employ people.

Self employed is clearly better, it would take you at least 15 years on average in office SERVICE to earn 900k, by then a self employed nigga must have built an empire

There are more risks in being an entrepreneur but there are definitely more rewards
All the hairdressers, shoe makers, carpenters, welders, mechanics, barbers, food sellers, tailors, vuicanizers that are in every nook and crannies are self employed.
Many of the okada guys in Lagos learnt a trade at a time.
We need people who can establish big businesses and employ the populace. These gainfully employed masses are what makes up the middle class of an economy.
All the top economies of the world are not dominated by one-man businesses all over the place.
Its like subsistence farming to mechanized farming in agriculture.

Ekong tried to be inventive and gave the opposition the ball.
Moses simon not giving us anything in the attack added pressure on the left flank. Collins was always called to action won some, lost some. I think he is slow to react but manages to recover somehow.
Semi Ajayi put in a decent shift, nice job.
Awaziem good job.
Uzoho is still work in progress, he plays very safe, pushes balls he could have held. His reading of crosses still suspect.

The lecturers are in a position of strenght, they can deal with such issues themselves. They punish students for not being respectful to them, so they have several options to handle that. Its like you offering police wey no want bribe a bribe, you go hear am proper.

Do you know how many times the housemates in the house had to perform to win prizes? You think they just have sex all day?

They had to come up with stage plays, Seyi does great voice over, Sir Dee and Frodd are good actors, Tacha did a make-up to age Venita, Joe drew the coat of arms in FIVE MINUTES using ketchup and other household items.Ike, Venita and Khaffi are experts in puzzles, they can solve any puzzle in minutes.

Last season, Alex won a Dano Milk challenge after she wrote and presented a poem for her mother, Tobi won a Heritage Bank Challenge after coming up with a Business Plan.

You don't watch the show, or you would not think something as mediocre as Maltina Dance All is better than BBN. I understand we all have our standards, but your level of information determines this standard.

The only thing MDA does, is promote family unity, and this is in the RARE instance that the entire family actually comes on the show, because half the time, it is neighbors and uncles filling up the numbers. You cannot finish watching something like So You Think You Can Dance and rate Maltina Dance All undecided
For you to know what sells the show, let them ban sex or whatever in the show and let's see if the ketchup will fetch them the billions. All those are just icings, the cake is the possibility, the curiosity, the voyeurism of sexual acts.

Somewhere right now in UNILAG, a female student is upset with this BBC documentary. Scared that it has jeopardized her chances of graduating because lecturers will be scared of eating kpekus to pass her.

Coldroom or no coldroom,
Nigerian girls will willingly open kpekus to gain favours.
To think Mercy sucked Ike's preek in exchange for his coins in the BBNaija house shows how embedded this is in the mind of women.

The problem starts first with the female students.
If there are no bribe givers, there will be no bribes to take. Same thing with sex-for-grades.
There is bribery and there is extortion. Some wants favours and offer bribes while some are just exploited for no reason.
If you offer a policeman bribe, he has an option to lock you up or as naija concern break your jaw with gun butt, same with lecturers, a student offering sex can be rejected or disciplined, people in such position police, judges lecturers, know they would be offered bribes it is their duty to reject. Now they not only accept bribes but they go extorting and ruining the lives of anybody they fancy. There is absolutely no excuse for taking up such offers from these girls and for those who victimize girls for sex.....these demons should be locked up.

Nice motivation from oshimen
What's the percentage of the population living under the poverty line. If 80 percent of Nigerians are poor, then majority of our players will be from the street. Most people who survive our football culture survive by sheer street strength, an ajebo parent would just move a promising kid abroad. Hardly can an affluent parent allow his kid to face the whole rigours of football.
More so there is really nothing interesting in an ajebo story, not newsworthy.

I'm sure Pius Adesanmi had a Nigerian passport, but he traveled with his Canadian passport and he was counted among Canadians, not Nigerians.
Then this would be strictly for documentation purposes...spies do this a lot, having multiple passports even spying for several countries but you would still be pegged to one country. Basing citizenship on just the papers someone is carrying at a particular time will suffice for documentation purposes with respect to the 'here and now' but won't suffice for other purposes. I have seen this phenomenon so often it's almost guaranteed for players to have dips in form.

We have seen players that clubs have paid £20 million plus ➕ within a few years completely dead. This is even more pronounced with youth players.

It takes a few seasons for a player to get consistency. And then to maintain top consistent performances another challenge.

A few years ago Benteke was ahead of Lukaku and Origi. He was bought by the so called improver of players Rogers and inherited by Klopp.

Today Benteke is a mere shadow of his former self. Meanwhile Origi who was considered surplus to requirements and ridiculed has become a mainstay in the team for Liverpool and celebrated.

The list is endless.
Everyone knows that 'no one knows tomorrow'. We just try to speculate based on present and past circumstances or experience to extrapolate future events....but no one knows tomorrow...

in komekn's defence, he was talking of the "here and now"; in that moment, he wasn't talking long term

And to some extent, he wasn't wrong. After all, this is two years after; it took Victor at least a year after that post, to get his footing back.

It doesn't look hilarious, it looks concise.
Lololol...komekn is always brilliant with his words...uses them to wriggle out of corners...he has said he catches his fun with the thread and I can imagine how much fun he is having with his twists and turns...like a mercurial midfielder.

What's the meaning of 'here and now', is it that particular match, is it a month, that season or years. When he said he has nothing to offer the SE, is it just that match or the during a difficult season, when the boys he likes are having a difficult 'right here and now', does he also say they have nothing to offer the SE.
A boy that went to the under 17 won the cup and came off as the highest goal scorer and then he says he can't get into Chelsea arsenal under 18, how many of those boys prayed and wish they went to the championship, how many of them if substituting with osihmen will come off as the highest goal scorer.
The same attributes he is excoriating the boy for, ' headless running' is the same thing lampard and Ferdinand is praising him for.
He said he is not fast but determined, its either you are fast or not determination does not suddenly turn you to usain bolt, that boy has been determined and aggressive since we knew him. He goes after every ball, the EPL defenders he said are fast and aggressive could not match his speed, he went after tomori got the ball and almost rounded the keeper. It was not him against a defender, it was osihmen against the entire top English defence and dem hear am.
Komekn is wordsmith and I like his temperament, but he is getting riled up recently too, losing some cool.

Nigeria's laws do not supercede international laws, as regards nationality.

Anybody without a Nigerian passport, will not be regarded as a Nigerian in the international community. You may even be born and bred in Nigeria, but you will be identified with the passport you possess on the international front. When Pius Adesanmi died in the fatal Ethiopian plane crash last year or so, he was listed as Canadian, because he had a Canadian passport. A certain actress, Hannah John-Kamen, has a Nigerian dad and Norwegian mum, but she is British.

The British attacked with just a few hundred men and they ransacked the "town" of Benin and you are trying to excuse yourself by saying Benin was still it's weakest point. Lol!

Go read your history
Go and read about the maxim gun, the British successfully destroyed those kingdoms due to superior firepower. The gatlin machine gun was used to defeat the Zulus, then they came again with a better mass destroyer the maxim gun. The samurais of Japan with all their swordsmanship and professionalism were cut into pieces by the machine guns.
The Benin's and all other native tribes like the Matabele of south Africa can't ever win such a war. They were all used to the breech-loading single shot rifle, and they know if they attack enmass they can overwhelm the british soldiers. But the machine gun was a weapon they had no answer to...no place to hide, the whole forest quakes and quivers, no shrub can hide you. Then Benin city was also bombarded with cannons from the port, the warriors had no answers to these. Japan fought ww2 gallantly but when the A bomb as thrown on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, there was no dilly-dallying...they surrendered.
Then Benin had just had a civil war between two brothers a few years before then, human and material resources had been lost in the war.
Though after the destruction of the capital, the villages of Benin and Ishan kept on fighting for another 7 years. The British had to resort to scorched earth warfare to win the war, the same method they used against the Boers to win the British Boer war

But you will begin to wonder why France held Algeria for that long. Morocco and Tunisia who are neighboring ex-French colonies both gained their independence in 1956. Francophone West and Central Africa gained theirs in 1960. So why the extended colonization of Algeria till 1962?
Of all French colonies Algeria was unique. France has been in Algeria since the early 1800s while others came in late 1800s and 1900s.
France also consider Algeria not as a colony but as part of France, it was like Puerto Rico or Hawaii to America, so a lot of French settled there over the years.
That made the war very brutal and in fact the French generals never wanted to stop and attempted several assassinations on Charles de Gaulle who negotiated the talks.
It was a bloody war with atrocities committed by both sides.
