I am building a 4 bedroom flat in Kaduna, they are on the parapet level now and I sent some money for the that and roofing, earlier I was told that the parapet will cost only about 500k but now I am being told that it is costing over 1 million, parapet alone. Even though I am not happy I have asked them to go ahead.

The next stage is the actual roofing, I intend to use stone coated roofing materials, I will like to know from the builders in the house and experienced people how much they think this will cost me to instal the roof and have POP on every room, I am thinking of changing my builder.

Please help guys.

I suspect you are not a mother or you are just really young, else I believe you would understand what she has said. Just because the father hasn't acted his role doesn't mean you should deprive the child the joy of having a father, she is a good mother as far as I am concerned.
