I've always opined that atheists are those who are afraid in one way or the other to dedicate their lives and be totally committed in a supreme being........ So they choose to live free.

The way of God isn't the way of man. You exoected to see miraculous changes in your life immediately but everything works according to God's timing.

Usually when people fall that way it is as a result of the light of God dispelling evil forces from their lives. For every sin you commit, you attract demons into your life and give them a legal ground in your life. Meaning that demons feed on sin. What happened that day was the start of your deliverance. You see during biblical times the power of God was heavy on his prophets and miracles occurred instantaneously but such power is rare today among pastors/prophets though it still exists. But believe me, something happened in your life that day which you have no knowledge of since you obviously lack insight of the spiritual. When the holy spirit impacts, he doesn't do so for nothing.

If you read the account of urhem.e here on NL, you'd recall that the holy spirit kept sweeping him off his feet and he felt those mild electric shocks multiple times and in the end he saw positive results in real life as he bacame healed of an ailment. These are real life experiences that happens to Christians which you atheists debunk repeatedly here not knowing that it has happened to you before.

Ranchhoddas you were not exposed to any form of electricity yet you felt a mild form of electric shock which swept off your feet and landed you on the ground while prayer was going on.

You should have asked yourself pertinent questions like, "why did I fall"? "What power was behind that mild electric shock"? What you felt that day defies science because according to my knowledge, people don't just get random electric shocks out of the blue.

You who don't believe God exists have about 11 of your threads on the first page of the religious section and they are all about the christian "GOD" who "apparently" doesn't exist. Why do you lose sleep over an inexistent being sire?

Are you that jobless? Can't you get busy and productive with your energy? If you could channel all the energy you're wasting here to PHCN Nigeria would have constant light.

Take him as your lord and saviour and then ask for the Holy spirit just like a dry land thirsts for rain.

Firstly your expectation was wrong. You were trying to condition the Holy Spirit which can never happen. He is boss and not you.

You got to campus and then drew a conclusion because of the people you saw who were speaking in tongues as if they are the standard set by the Holy Spirit.

On both counts you got it wrong

The reason why a lot of people say God is not real is likened to your narration here. You came to Church, were prayed for and after it you went expecting a Miracle...Under what Conditions?

Jesus Gave a parable of the Sower and how some seeds fell among thorns and by the way side and then on good soil. In order to receive and have an expectation come to pass you need to be A GOOD SOIL.

Some come as they are just to see if God would do it without any effort from them to purify their heart and when God does not do what they desire they turn around to blame God and conveniently forgetting that Sin and God do not mix.

God can only break this protocol if it is absolutely your time for liberation and often times if he has bigger plans for you just like in the case of Urheme.

No its just the way they are. Same way some eat more food than others consistently. All in all there is a reaction inwardly which shows outwardly.

What fell you down? You were hypotised too? If yes, prove it scientifically.

The Point is not the falling. The point is the cause of it. Did anyone push you down? it wasnt your physical body actually falling. It was your physical body responding to the reaction from your spirit in the presence of the holy spirit.

The point is for you to know that there is one that is greater than you and whom you need and it is meant to make you desire to know him. Its not a show its an invitation
