Bigolly:No, the school will not send I-20 without proof of funds. The proof of funds is what the school will use in filling out the funding details on your I-20. |
theopecki:Shoot. ajao.adejoke@gmail.com. |
Solonzo17:Send the email to: support-nigeria@ustraveldocs.com LagosStudentVisas@state.gov Below is a sample email. Good day, Sir/Ma. Trust this email finds you well. My name is xxxxxxxxxx. Please, I would like to confirm the status of my US F1 visa interview application. The application was submitted on xxxxxx (DATE). And I immediately received a message that my application was being reviewed and an email would be sent to me, once it is approved. I have yet to receive the approval email. Please find my details as follows: VISA PAYMENT REFERENCE NUMBER: xxxxxxxxxxx DS-160 CONFIRMATION NUMBER: xxxxxxxxxx SEVIS ID: xxxxxxxxxxx PASSPORT NUMBER: xxxxxxx Email: xxxxxxx PHONE NUMBER (S): Thank you for your kind assistance. informat101:Send them an email. Some people get a response 1 or 2 days after their application is sent. |
Anneuk:DO NOT CLICK CANCEL!!!!!!! Or else, you will start the process of getting a spot afresh. Instead Click 'Reschedule Appointment'. Then it will show the new dates available. Then click the one you want. |
ide2012:Just use GTB online. It doesn't matter that there is a public holiday. The platforms are functional. Automated 24/7. |
christopheru:How long? If it is more than a week, send them an email. I had to do same when it was past one week of waiting for their email, and they sent the email two days later. |
Ecious16:Reach out to Ogundare or drop your number here. I don't know how to put the Whatsapp link here. I am using my laptop. I got an appointment for Aug 15 through the group. I had seen Sep 21st on my own. But my school resumes August 30, so I waited. Luckily, later in the day, someone posted on the group chat that Aug 15 was open. I rushed to the site and booked. Such a relief! |
Bigolly:Nigerian schools charge that much to send transcripts abroad. My school charged 30K. You have to factor in the cost of courier service provider (usually DHL) that the school will use in sending the transcript abroad. |
TEMIT0PE:Thanks a lot, TEMIT0PE. Should I email LagosStudentVisas@state.gov or support-nigeria@ustraveldocs.com? It seems the first is more appropriate from what I just read on the US embassy website. Please kindly confirm. Most grateful for the help. |
Hello TEMITOPE and other gurus. Please, it has been a over a week that I submitted the interview date application on the CGI portal, and got the response that I would receive an email once my application is approved. I am yet to receive the email. Should I reach out to them or still wait. BleBLe said she applied on Thursday and received the approval email on Friday. This gives me cause for concern. Please, I would appreciate your advice accordingly. Thanks. |
Bleble2022:Thanks, Blessing for your explanation. Please, when did you apply for the appointment interview? My application is about a week now and I am still expecting their email. |
QuickGuest:Wow! Great! Is it Lagos or Abuja? |
Bleble2022:I don't think it can be done through WU in Lagos or Nigeria for that matter. Most people get someone in the US to pay for them. I did mine that way too. However, it seems there is an online platform that some people us e for that purpose. I can't remember the one though, maybe someone else can help with it. |
yinkhar:Thank you so much. God bless you. |
realdemi:Please can someone respond to this? Biko. it's urgent. Thanks and God bless you. |
Good morning everyone. Please is it compulsory that I submit my filled DS-160 before getting a date? I already filled the form on CGI and I am awaiting an amendment to my I-20 which I will use in completing my DS-160. CGI said it's reviewing my application since Wednesday last week, still waiting for their email. Please, I need clarification. Thank you. |
Good day, everyone. Trust y'all keeping safe. Please I have one question and a request. 1. Since balances in someone's account can fluctuate over time, how long does an amount which covers sponsorship have to stay in the sponsor's account before being presented for I-20? Please note that the sponsor is printing out a bank statement covering approximately 6 months. Dec 2022-May 2023. 2. I'd like to be added to the Whatsapp visa appointment date group. 09099275791. Thank you |
Three weeks from the first day of your last menstrual period the fertilised egg moves slowly along the fallopian tube towards the womb. The egg begins as one single cell. This cell divides again and again. By the time the egg reaches the womb it has become a mass of over 100 cells, called an embryo, ant is still growing. Once in the womb, the embryo burrows into the womb lining. This is called implantation. The embryo now settles into the womb lining. The outer cells reach out like roots to link with the mothers blood supply. The inner cells form into two and then later into three layers. Each of these layers will grow to be different parts of the baby's body. One layer becomes the brain and nervous system, the skin, eyes and ears. Another layer becomes the lungs, stomach and gut. The third layer becomes the heart, blood, muscles and bones. The fifth week is the time of the first missed period when most women are only just beginning to think they may be pregnant. Yet already the baby's nervous system is starting to develop. A groove forms in the top layer of cells. The cells fold up and round to make a hollow tube called the neural tube. This will become the baby's brain and spinal cord, so the tube has a 'head end' and a 'tail end'. Defects in this tube are the cause of spina bifida. www.askbaby.com/foetal-development.htm ABORTION=MURDER. End of story! I only subscribe to it for the sake of self-defense I.E. When a mother's life is at risk e.g. ectopic pregnancies and it should be carried out by a gynecologist. QED! @Mufasa Condoms/pills used in the context of marriage is allowed; outside that, u are basically on your own. ZIP UP! @Mrkid. God bless u a million times and over. |
@Olafolarin. What Ibime is simply saying is that the youths should take initiative and as Soyinka has been doing since he was a youth. That is truly a word for all of us, youths, who should be championing the cause of 9ja's good. Well done, Prof! You wash the shame away from our bodi. God bless u. |
@ Cabali Say that again, brova! kristkrest:I'm beginning to think so too!!He seems to have resurrected from the dead since this Saudi trip. Blowing all manner of dust into our eyes in this whirlwind manner. This unwarranted bravado will take him nowhere, let him face the things that matter (such as the ![]() And, i suggest he fires his media cabinet /image launderers asap. They are not worth their onions at all. They remind me of Femi Falana (of OBJ era), only different styles of doing the same thing. I LOVE NIGERIA I NO GO LIE, BUT I'M GETTING SO WEARY! GOD BLESS NIGERIA!!!! |
@poster Nigeria - Oil = Crisis free Niger Delta Nigeria - Oil = A thriving agrarian nation. Buoyant groundnut pyramids, Cocoa plantations, Palm oil plantations and others. Nigeria - Oil = Food crisis insured! Oil, in fact seems to be the bane of the Nigerian nation. Every one, starting from our dear corrupt leaders to greedy multinationals that explore and exploit the oil wells are all drooling over Nigeria because of, oil. Like someone said, necessity is the mother of invention. Our lives would have been much better without oil and we would have found other stuff to rely on. It is parochial and narrow-minded to say that Nigeria would be doomed without oil. How many pple in Nigeria are are truly truly benefiting from oil and the present windfall? |
@chukk76 I totally agree with u on the manner of criticism being appropriate. Correction in love is the best we can do 4 one another especially when one don't particularly agree with the matter on ground but i guess not everyone knows that the manner (attitude) matters. @poster Your 'piece' needs a little bit of processing. It's still in a raw state. U've got the flow, though and i would term it lyrics for Rap (song) not a poem. SO if you could get it improved and get someone that raps well, u could have something there. P.S: I'm not with the sex thingy. |
@Title I prefer 'STILL HERE' because it is obvious the person speaking in the poem though gone is still very much around/alive (spirit) and promises to be till the appropriate time. He still lives on. @nonso3k The poem carries warmth and feeling though it could still be better.Permit me to make some alterations on the poem. STILL HERE Cry not brother At my moment of departure For I am not done But only gone If only you'd listen You'd hear me calling And when I'm singing I pray you would stop mourning Cause am still very much around For the love by which we are bound I'll wait upon thee till the right time. This is not the best I could make of it but i didn't want to do much alteration. |
Tithing is NoT optional. And it is the first tenth of your increase. meaning remove God's portion before others. You actually acknowledge that God 'i had no strength or wisdom of my own except that which u have given me in order to make this money. This is your part of the deal'. The tenth is the Lord's and u bring a curse on yourself when u withhold it . I agree that it's hard when u are in debt to pay your tithe but i assure u it's for the best. DOn't think tithe can be swapped for offering!! NO, sir. KunleOshob:How does Heb. 7:10-15 negate tithing in N.T? Men just choose to believe as long as it suits their self-style. Pity! their belly being their gods. @abasifo (OP) Since you knew the answer to the question, why bother asking us? You just want to generate controversies.ow11:My dear, God will not come down to audit your books for you or watch your budget. If u tithe and God keeps blessing you but you are a spend-thrift and a compulsive impulse buyer, is God to blame when your debts have accumulated at the end of the day? The nonsense that we drag God in to at times is so nauseating! |
@nikinash This is beautiful! I'm impressed. Are you published yet? |
prizeless:Yeah right! Let the customers speak for themselves. GT is the bank, i'm just about to open an account with them. |
It's so easy to follow the crowd nowadays. I was in your shoes sometime ago. I strongly believe in telling the truth especially at odd times. I stuck with my conviction and it paid off. Now, i have a job that is truly a stepping stone for greater heights. Hold on! And whilst waiting, try and improve yourself (learn a skill, enroll for HND etc). And try your hands on any business u can find.! |
OMO IBO:You took the words right out of my mouth. Pro'lly a week! |
@Sly Sly dear, i'm enthralled by these lovely pics you've been posting. Doing a great job, there bro. Don't mind haters. Some people can Never be grateful. Post u no post! Na only complain say pix too fine. Na wa o. ***shakes head***They should post the slums close to their vicinity at least let us see. |
From Egbeda, you should be able to get Ketu-Ojota bus. Drop at Ojota then ask for where u will board a bus or take a cab to Ogudu. It's just a stone throw from where the bus will drop you. Do you know which bus/stop you should get down at? |
You just want to generate controversies.
