motherfucker: Thanks. I have never done something like this before in the scale. So pardon my ignorance.
Yes, we are dealing with a manufacturer of a product.
So in essence you mean it is the manufacturer that handles the shipping? am I not the person that will pay the shipping fees? the manufacturer is to find the shipping companies available in their country and give you available options and prices. You choose and pay (if it's not free). |

Now i am almost 29 and my heart is stone cold, i thought men appreciates a lady that was with them during tough times but i was wrong, if i go after men that are already made who would blame me? that is why i dont blame ladies that do, i am very comfortable but i cant bring myself to feel anything for any man, i hope it changes soon. why would you want that to change? raumdeuter: So according to you and the coupist. Only the non Ibos were dishonest and all the Ibos were honest
4 premiers 2 non Ibos killed, 2 Ibos spared because they were honest Prime minister killed, His deputy thats Ibo spared because he was honest Top Military killed, Maimalari, Lagerma, Sodeinde, Ademulegun all killed but how many of the top Ibo military you told us dominated the army were killed?
If we agree Ibo were 70% of the army then, North 20%, Yoruba 5%, Minorities 5%
Of the 5% Yoruba they killed Ademulegun Daramola Oyegoke and Sodeinde, Of the 20% North they killed Maimaleri, Lagerma Pam, Kur Mohammed
So tell us how many of the 70% Ibo dominated army were killed
The problem with you Ibos is that you think you are smart and everyone else is foolish you are so smart : you automatically assumed that am igbo. Let me ask you : don't you think that you and your tribe are "smarter" than the igbos? You talked about ethnic cleansing and that was the basis of my question to you. 0monnak0da: Disagree with the oil bit, yes avoid most aniimal fals but some oils and fats are ESSENTIAL for life.
Also oils take much longer to digest like protein and so keep you full for much longer.
Certain fats especially those used in the baking indstry should be avoided but there are other so called "good" fats
so one needs to enhance what I call nutritional literacy and know exactly what everything they eat contains and does you disagree with my suggestion to reduce oil intake? Do you know what percentage of fried oil is saturated fat? Personally I don't eat fried oil.. Except on very rare occasions (like now that am on vacation ) Red palm oil is great.. Yet moderation is still advised. |

Shukusheka: Hey guys I need your help, the way I'm adding weight these days is alarming and worrisome. I was weighing 74kg last year, I checked my weight last week I was weighing a whooping 85kg.
I'm adding excessive fat on my cheeks, laps, and my stomach is beginning to protrude like I mistakenly swallowed a calabash.
I understand losing weight is 70% dieting and 30% exercise, so I need help to know the meals I need to avoid and what I need to take also to help shed some of the weight. I'm really keen on dropping down to at least 72 by the end of this year.
I do my sit-ups and I have cut down on my late night meals but I'm not seeing much improvement.
Cc: Jagugu88li Jummiefoodie Cococandy DopeJemi do you go to work? Keeping busy will reduce your appetite. Do you have a car or take cabs? Trekking more will help it's your afternoon meal you have to skip in fact, don't eat anything between morning and night meals.. Only water. Eat dinner around 6pm if possible. Next stop eating meat!! And fish!! Eat eggs and vegetables Reduce you oil and stop butter completely (and of course some say bread, Personally I don't eat BREAD or tea) (I trimmed from 89kg to a stable 77kg between March last year to this March so I know) NOTICE I DID NOT ADD ANY OTHER EXERCISE BUT TREKKING. Any distance you can walk in 5-20mins don't use a car WALK DOWN. EVEN IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY - WALK FASTER. Good luck {IF YOU WANT SHARP SHARP RESULTS : DO 40 DAYS 6 TO 6 FAST AND EAT ONCE A DAY.. make sure you do all the above as you are fasting oh...} |

For me certificate or not, it's the knowledge gained while attaining that certificate and the results gained from the practical application of that knowledge that's important. Some people just flaunt certificates for the mere purpose of flaunting but are completely broke, can't defend the certificate and have no future plans. The certificate in that context becomes a waste of paper space. lol.. So true...
