The pawpaw leaves created wet liter looks like the concentration was too much. I also saw signs of worms in stool. It means worms are likely part of chickens even at birth.

Disagree with the oil bit, yes avoid most aniimal fals but some oils and fats are ESSENTIAL for life.

Also oils take much longer to digest like protein and so keep you full for much longer.

Certain fats especially those used in the baking indstry should be avoided but there are other so called "good" fats


so one needs to enhance what I call nutritional literacy and know exactly what everything they eat contains and does

Personally I don't eat fried oil.. Except on very rare occasions (like now that am on vacation )

In short any dietary advice for NIGERIAN people in Nigeria?

eat only beans (no ripe plantain or fish oh) and eBa with vegetable soup only and eggs NO MEAT AND FISH for one month.

Eat only morning and evening (6pm).. You can drink as much water as you like between meals or take tiger nuts.. Nothing else.

Make sure you trek more and keep very busy all day to avoid hunger.

Hey guys I need your help, the way I'm adding weight these days is alarming and worrisome. I was weighing 74kg last year, I checked my weight last week I was weighing a whooping 85kg.

I'm adding excessive fat on my cheeks, laps, and my stomach is beginning to protrude like I mistakenly swallowed a calabash.


I understand losing weight is 70% dieting and 30% exercise, so I need help to know the meals I need to avoid and what I need to take also to help shed some of the weight. I'm really keen on dropping down to at least 72 by the end of this year.

I do my sit-ups and I have cut down on my late night meals but I'm not seeing much improvement.

Reduce you oil and stop butter completely (and of course some say bread, Personally I don't eat BREAD or tea)

For me certificate or not, it's the knowledge gained while attaining that certificate and the results gained from the practical application of that knowledge that's important. Some people just flaunt certificates for the mere purpose of flaunting but are completely broke, can't defend the certificate and have no future plans. The certificate in that context becomes a waste of paper space.
