Dear Nairalanders, i am not really good posting my issues online. But this time i need your advise.

I have been married for 9 years now and my sister inlaw has been living with us( I, my wife and the kids) for the past 6 years now, although I am not always around.
I have never imagine any negative thoughts toward her. I always see her like my younger sister, i have been taken care of her. She is 28 years old and I can't really says if she have a boyfriend cos I haven't see one around her. She is a boss in her working place but yet i foots all her bills in the house without bothering anyone, including my wife that is also a boss .Until of recent she started wearing seductive clothes around the house, Some how i started developing feelings for her As if she knows, she continues wearing those clothes and started showing more caring towards me.
I can't believed that i am having feelings for my sister inlaw cos i am a disciplined man to the core. Even during university days girls do come to my apartment passed a night without molesting them. I am well brought up. But is like that disciplined man in me started degenerating as i began to see this girl in my dreams.
There was a night i returned from travelled, i started feeling the urge to go to her room. My wife almost cought me that night cos we lives in 3 bedroom, I have my own room, my wife have her own and my sister inlaw have her own room. So we sleep in separate rooms except some occasions my wife decided to stay in my room. That night i was pimping through her door. I have been trying to control my feelings and I believed the reason why I have not sleep with her is because i am not always around and I also the fear of traditions implications of sleeping with sister inlaw . And my wife is not helping matters, she can leave both of us alone in d house and go to all night church program and the children will be sleeping.

I don't really know what to do. Should I tell my wife so that we can get her accommodation or just let the sleeping dog be. Though I don't really want her to leave cos is my wife and the children are alone in the compound. I just want to kill that urge before I return from travel.

While in court room, my lawyer wasn’t helpful at all, he wasn’t dishing out facts that will prove my innocence. The lawyer was acting like a 100 level law student. I knew if i kept quiet and let him continue, I will be declared guilty of the crime which I did not commit.

I had no other choice than to cause a scene in court, the judge allowed me to speak when some officers tried stopping me. I told the court how I was arrested( which my lawyer did not made mention of). The judge asked me why I ran away when I noticed police men walking towards me, I explained why, stating that I thought it was armed robbers and not police men. I also explain to the judge that shots were fired at me. Etc.

The judge was interested in my claims and he gave me more time to speak, i narrated my whole day to the judge and everything I know. They called for a break, my lawyer and other lawyers were summoned in private to have a conversation, after a while, the court session continued. The judge adjourned the case for a later date.

I was bundled back into my van with other criminals, when we got to the office, I requested to call my previous lawyer. Before my lawyer arrived, some officers took me to an empty room, threatening to send me to jail if I don’t cooperate with them, when I resisted I was beaten up, I had to fake fainting before they stopped.

When my lawyer finally arrived, he was so angry seeing me in my condition, and that is when we had to fight back, he made a suggestion that made the case to be over stretched.

He told me that he was going to sue EFCC for various offenses against me. It was game on. He also filled for bail which was approved on a later date.

The day I was bailed out, I collected all my property. I did not go to my place because I don’t know what was coming for me, my parents took me to uncles place and told me not to leave the house for any reason.

I was in my uncles house hiding like a prisoner, my final year exams had passed, I did not border because all I wanted at that time was my freedom.

While in hideout, strange numbers do call threatening to kill me if I don’t drop the case I filled against EFCC immediately. I informed my lawyer too. I also get sms telling me to plead guilty to the crime which I did not commit or I will be killed.

All of the sms and phone numbers who called to threatening me was sent to my lawyer, as proves. I never knew all of those threats were real. My phone was tracked, and this guys knew my location. As a tech enthusiast, I knew my phone location was been spied on, because my phones location icon always turn on even if it’s turned off, I also noticed my phone was slower compared to before, so clearly, a novice is tracking and watching me for sure.

I be student myself, and I'd hate for my whole existence to be reduced to that. Literally a phase of my life. That everyone has gone through. And it pisses me off when I see stooped men (and women) doing so. That's exactly just how people in their service year too are.




Times have change. Sticking to the rigid gender dictates of man must bring money, woman must bring body (or other stuff) is just a recipe for disaster, as far as I'm concerned.

And I say this because some might disagree and say that I'm trying to say money (stability) isn't important for a man to have, when I will be expected to offer domestic services, or that a woman should become masculine and be bringing money, when things easily could have been solved if the two partners are committed to helping each other financially, domestically and in other ways.


If you want to demand that the opposite gender has something they were expected to have, then you must be the complete opposite requirements that your gender is supposed to have as well. No ifs, no but.

Mr. OP, first of all, I sympathize with you on what you're going through in your marriage. May the Almighty God take absolute control.

Secondly, what you mentioned that your wife is doing to you is typical of most Nigerian women. Withholding sex, not cooking or showing you attention. It's their oldest control mechanism to keep their man in check. It's just that your wife took hers too far. Funny enough, there's not a single man in Nigeria whose wife didn't use these tactics on him, the smart ones always turn the tables and the weak ones always succumb. Kindly spend more time with your dad (if he's still around) or some of your guys who are married let them give you the OT.

My advice for you is simple; find your wife's thumbscrew and use it to counter attack (turn the table). I'll tell you a short story, hopefully, you can learn a thing or two from it. My wife for example, when she started her own 'kolomental' back then. She won't cook, she won't clean the house, she won't give her best during sex. It's always one complain or another. The most painful part of it was the food, every other thing I can bear. I sat her down and spoke to her, nothing changed. I sometimes don't eat at home just to express my displeasure. She didn't bulge, rather, she mocked me and told me that I'll die of hunger.
I reported to her parents, nothing changed.

Then, I spoke to my dad about it and he gave me the OT. I started chatting and receiving calls from one particular number. I began to spend quality time outside my house, she still didn't bulge. I took it to another level by subtly making her friends and family members become aware of my new lifestyle. Fear catch Hanty and she quickly surrendered. It was that moment I found her thumbscrew; my wife is very particular about other people's perception of her marriage. She hates to give others the impression that her marriage is going through something. She's that type of lady who doesn't want her friends, family or even the neighbours to ever think that her husband doesn't love her dearly. That was it, I found her thumbscrew and the dick measuring contest was won by me!

Since then, I now know what drives her, what motivates her and what unsettles her. For example, if I want her to knack very well. I'll stop over at her shop on my way back from work, buy her chop chop and we'll both be eating it outside. Gist with her outside, help her sell her stuff and be doing touch & do. You can be sure that night ehn, she will finish me on the bed. And in the same way, if she offends me and I want to treat her Bleep up, I'll just stop over at her shop with a frown on my face or attitude. Instantly, Hanty will start to dey beg.

In summary, every woman has a thumbscrew. Your job as a man is to figure out your wife's thumbscrew and use it to the fullest. If you do that, you'll change the dynamics. And in seduction, he who has the initiative has the power. You need to take that initiative!

Good morning, Nlder's. Pls, I need your advice. I created this account just now to hide my identity.

Without wasting time on this, I need your advice as I want to take a blind step because i don't know what else to do.

I graduated since 2018 and since then, I don't have a good job till now. Just surviving that's what I am doing.

Currently, I asked my mom to help me secure loan of 100k while I source for another 100k from friends and relatives and repay in 6 months time. I have planned with my wife to secure a room apartment with at least 60k for 1 year and use the balance to hold ourselves till we get something better doing. This is because I want to relocate to Uyo to hustle with my woman and our only daughter. I can't leave my woman aside and travel to Uyo alone. I want her to join me either in 2 weeks time or 3. She is a stylist and can work as Chef. She is also educated with O'level and I have been taken her through computer lesson's.

Now, I don't have any job assurance in Uyo but I have made some contacts. The 2 person's I contacted said once I relocate, I should let them know to help me get job. Also, I don't mind dropping my certificate just to do any job till I get my dream job. I am also working to get myself a driving license certificate and ID in case, I get a driving job in Uyo.

Pls, I want to know if it's wise to relocate to Uyo without any job at sight?

Also, my current state is one of the worst ever as firms here don't pay there staff good money. Like some pay Accountants here 25k/month to work from Monday to Saturday.

Your ideas will be great. My other areas of relocating is Enugu, Port Harcourt, or Anambra. Pls, help a brother.

I remember I used to do it to my guy then. I'll just run and go to my elder sisters place and spend a month. if you see the way he'll be calling me to come back to area ( we lived in the same area while my sister was in faraway Okoko) like I've been gone for a year.
