Why are these half baked northerners that managed to go through the four walls of any learning institution( kindergarten to tertiary)with the help of institutional and disruptive quota system in charge of all the strategic positions in Nigeria?

What makes them more qualified to hold high profile positions than most southerners that have to work twice as hard as them to get their academic qualifications?

Mediocrity is the bane of Nigeria. A country can not develop with irrational and primitive minded people at the helm of affairs. There must be s some kind of sense of reasoning and intellectual progressions for innovative changes to take place.

Why a northerner again? Are there not competent southerners to head the police?
