They are more concerned about the welfare and free movement of their tribesmen from other nations than the internal security of the host communities of their fellowmen countrymen even berating the nation's borders as colonial contraptions. In this they agree with other secessionists like IPOB.
Right, so if they have no regards for Nigeria, why do we all fight for Nigeria no one believes in. The truth thus is that when people fight for 'Nigeria' what they really mean is the resources in the geographical entity they wish to preserve for their selfish ends alone.
It is clear this conflict has no logical solution other than a restructuring of this country or else the streams of blood letting will eventually empty into a sea of civil strife..... you can add war to that. |

How did you end up in relationship with his wife in the first place. There you missed it and acted unprofessionally. People of vision donot get entangled with diversionary issues, they don't mix work with play.
As a matter of policy I donot do 'family' with clients neither do I do birthdays, weddings, funerals. My socialization ends on location. Let people know you for the value you create for them and only that.
Anything outside that is an invitation to a world of unexpected consequences and believe me I have been tempted in everyway.
As a matter of fact it is for the same reasons you donot do business with close friends conversely. It doesn't work most times. |

Was security not one of the three legs the government promised to get fixed by which it was elected. Did they not discredit the former regime's security score card. Did they not boast about taming Boko Haram as an achievement. If the solutions to national security challenges lie with the people then the government should let the people rule instead... which in the first place is the definition of democracy. You can now all see the limitations of a superman in Aso Rock. I told you so. You cannot benefit from the institutions you destroy. If God is the one who chooses you will be empowered by Him to love the woman and vice-versa. If you don't know how to receive things from God then you are not ripe to be married and if the whole thing makes no sense to you then you can always gamble with any one that comes your way....and obviously face the consequences for better or worse. What you donot know and cannot understand cannot be of benefit to you. |

Modelpearl: This is it. I just wish every couple will read and understand this piece. or=Toks2008 post=68967984]In those days, our parents usually come together, they barely knew each other and they grew in love as a couple and in most cases, grew old together because they chose to love who they married.
They lay little emphasis on feelings, chemistry or even dating/courtship yet had a wonderful long lasting union but today, we want to be sure the feeling is real, we want to fall in love first, we want to be sure we are compatible and we meticulously pay attention to inconsequential matters and looking for faults and even many who tend to believe they got it right still end up breaking up after they eventually get married and i keep wandering what exactly are we getting wrong.
After a thorough research from GOD's words i found out that the ideal mode of marriage laid down by GOD have been abandoned and we have now come up with our own pattern...
Until we go back to the plan of GOD regarding marriage and understand that staying married is not about feelings or compatibility, neither is it about body chemistry or how romantic he or she is because all these aforementioned can never sustain a marriage but it is about growing in love and having a meticulous determination to love who you marry and stay married against all odds.
GOD's plan for marriage is for two people to come together and grow in love not for them to first fall in love before coming together.Genesis 2:22-24
I hope this makes sense. Thank you. I don't have time to explain at length as I'm on ops. |

Stycon: What love are we talking about here please?
"Eros" or "Agape"
We are talking about having romantic kinda love before taking things further, you are preaching about
See, every relationship is obligated to demonstrate "Agape" kinda love but when it comes to this kinda thing that happens between male and female, if you ain't feeling the "eros" please don't proceed! I repeat, abort the mission!
Yes, romantic love needs "Agape" kinda unconditional love to thrive but if you gat to get married, you gat to have the "eros" boiling. How you gonna make that happen is up to you tho
You can grow and over grow in Agape after you got married but don't sell the idea that people should get married if they ain't feeling no spark. And don't get it twisted, it ain't lust! My ideas are for Christians. I am not a marraige adviser to the world. I see relationships the way God sees them. Starting with the fact that we are created by God to love and when He calls us it is not because we had any affection for him. Passions are for mere mortals whom simply cannot sustain them over time or when circumstances change. That is certainly not what I want to invest my time in, a diminishing return. |

Stycon: What if after you got married, the love refuse to grow? What do you do? You have a responsibility to build, to nuture love. True love can only be understood and appreciated with the training only God gives. Quite often the reason why love doesn't grow is because of the weeds of lust. Just as weeds soak up the resources of love and choke it, lust disguises and confuses those who invest in it. To uproot lust to let love grow the man and the woman must of necessity shut down their emotions, sight, sounds, touch, smell... and rather focus on the objectives of the union. I tell people, if you want to build a relationship you have to think long term in acting short term. Ask yourself what you will feel towards that person in 50 years when typically the woman's bosom is flat and the man has retired, no longer a Genwral in the military or Director of the CBN because folks these days make life's choices on such maundane issues and simply cannot see beyond them. They 'love' conditionally.... also known as lust. |

The sure sign they were not privy or did not tend to cooperate is that they are arrested during the coup and subsequently retired. And this is coming from someone who knows. They don't just 'bring' people in to lead from the blues. Every future senior appointment is decided in the planning of a coup. Nigeria is not one of those countries where Captains and Majors plan successful coups. It just cannot work. I am not saying Buhari spearheaded the coup but to say he was not privy is impossible. If he was totally loyal to the then government he would certainly be dead because the oath he swore includes to protect the integrity of the government by the arms he bore. And to follow that would mean his head if the coup suceeded. What do you think will have happened to Babangida if Dimka was able counter strike. I donot know if Utomi's assertion of anti-south ethnic bias in the coup planning is true. It sounds more like the same garbage we hear from politicians when they want to muddy the waters of reason but to absolve Buhari of acting against the constitution is wrong. |

OmoAlata1: Most of the commenters are senseless. How can you idiots turn someone’s pain into a joke?
Op, brush you teeth twice a day, morning and night. Everytime you brush, you need to scrape your tongue. Get a spoon and use it to scrape the back of your tongue and move it forward, this might make you gag. But scrape until you are just getting clear saliva. After that, use your toothbrush or a special tongue brush to brush your tongue very well. Rinse your mouth. Get hydrogen peroxide and mix it with equal part water(50/50 ratio mixture). Put the mixture in your mouth and swish around your mouth for one minute(do not do less). Spit it out. Then put another mixture in your mouth and gargle for 30-60seconds. This will wash the back of tongue for you. You can do this mixture practice 4 times a day especially after you just finish eating. So you can pour the mixture in a 3 ounce bottle and take it around with you whenever you go out.
Hopefully this will help you greatly. Make sure you drink plenty water and leave sugary things along. Dry mouth and being dehydrated can cause bad breath. If you have excess dry mouth issue, chew minty gum Hmmm...abeg go easy on the hydrigen peroxide. It is an extremely dangerous, corrosive agent. |

NUPENG remains the most powerful union in Nigeria for good and sometimes bad. But the truth is that the oil industry remains a largely secretive cult like enterprise with an unaccountable, corrupt and unstable government on one side and neo-imperialist, western overlords on the other side, each fighting selfishly for their share and supremacy and not minding one bit how the working parts of the engine fare.
