Afam4eva:Seconded. Everything about the trophy smells the ol lady. And if Gonzalo doesn't do drugs, the mere sight of Real's backline will cause massive erection.... no pun intended. |
I think Juventus will win this year. Having come close lately, the stars are aligning for them. And will be a good retirement gift for ol gigi. |
mansakhalifa:Revoke the licenses and then do what. Isn't it clear that if there is no performance across the bnard that it is the structure of the power sector that is at fault. When it was privatised what they did was to break up the old PHCN into unworkable independent units. What is the meaning of GENCO and DISCO. In advanced countries there is just the power company that generates, transmits and distributes. It is like saying Nitel was broken up and MTN bought satellite access, GLO bought the masts and switch boards and Airtel bought the fibre optics and copper cables. That is absolute rubbish and unworkable. Which bank will fund this disjointed arrangement. If they cannot see value from gas supply to consumer units they will not invest. The issues of gas supply debts, power rejection are just some of the signs all parties involved are not working for the same business interests. Yes, the privatisation is a horse that has bolted but the horse can be pursued, caught and ridden. The process can be repaired with the consent of all parties involved. The government should encourage mergers and consolidation into no more than three of four companies with each posessing generating, transmitting and distribution capabilities. |
Hmmmm....no comment. |
Corruption can never end in Nigeria. |
ussy09:Perhaps. That is how great nations are forged. No great nation today did not have a time when every man, woman and child fought and died for their collective survival. This is a unique opportunity. |

olujastro:It is the tiger the APC rode on into power. Now it is turning to see who's on its back. |
Why is he asking what the big deal is when he knows that the same people have elevated the President over the Presidency, when the fortunes of the country is not tied to functional institutions for which he plays only the role of leadership but tied to him as a sort of superman that rescues cats out of trees and helps grannies cross busy streets. It is his followers that have made the Nigerian state appear as a monarchy instead of a democracy and by that relegated or neglected their responsibilities as citizens to develop their nation. If his health is not a big deal like that of George Bush Snr, then his Presidency and government should be something close to George Bush's in structure and functionality then people will not worry. Frankly I am not angry or fed up like most others about this drama that has dominated the airwaves and cyberspace to the detriment of the nation. I am just so sorry for Nigerians that cannot learn from events just a few years old. Nobody learns anything in this country we often call intelligent and go getting. Does it mean a change of government just past and in the future will continue to create the same unfortunate scenarios over and over again...... |
And women will continue to deny they are not s.ex objects. Creatures of contradiction. |
Even you yourself can see that the Presidency is bigger than all of these names combined. And the beauty of democracy is that as it deepens and broadens in Nigeria the process of natural deselection will thresh many more pretenders. We will get there. My man. None of them is even remotely qualified looking at whole scenario from the right perspective i.e. not looking for woman and then asking whether she can do wife work but asking for who can do wife work then screening the successful ones for who to marry whether they be woman or man. You think say white man dey marry fellow man for nothing. The person to fix Nigeria may be as unappealing to you as that. |
Oga, show us the work for which the post is titled. What is wrong with you people and idolatry. Always showing human beings and not the substance of discourse. How do you make reference if you cannot get accurate before and after pictures. That is why government cheats the people so badly. You watch a program of bridges in America and you get to see bridges built from pin to paint. You watch a similar program in Nigeria and the camera is following people around like bugs at a barbacue. So annoying. Where is the road the federal government refused to reconstruct and the one being done by Abia state government, period. |
alexistaiwo:If anyone in that congregation is still attending his church then the failure should be his, Oyedepo's. Because the gospel is living, so is the Spirit of God and with faith built in you, you should be out doing exploits and not remaining there hearing and hearing and hearing the same thing for years and decades. Jesus's disciples heard the gospel for only three years and they went out and about spreading the gospel. How do you expect anyone in that congregation to be there after 30 years. That is madness. Will you expect to be in a hospital for 30 years, how about school... so how do you expect to be in a faith based congregation for 30 years without having grown to be a generator of exploits.?. |
I told them Nigerians are not going to diversify jack. As soon as oil prices are up and dollars begin to flow again, the 'toothpick' importers will be back. The painful journey to true economic emancipation for this country is either through peaceful restructuring or turbulent Niger-Delta militancy. This government is all about maintaining the status-quo. Nothing has changed and nothing will after it is eventually voted out. |
Money laundering things. Just watch out, in two months you will see 36 billion mysteriously credited to that account. The man behind the mask knew why he/she sent her to Zenith and not First Bank or Union which are more receptive to the 'llittle' man. |
The APC led government obviously shot themselves in the foot but that crass act. Now they either go for broke by slamming him harder or just let him be and hope 2019 is far enough time for them to overtake. |
Lily4star:Ajax in all likelihood will be in the finals and if they play all gung-ho as they did against Lyon then United will pick them apart. Ferocious open attack will give United more chances than say a Juventus that only goes forward when opportuned. Mourinho loves to play against such teams. |
Happy for them. They should now go all the way. Happy for Jose too. He's a winner anyday. Takes what was a ragtag, dysfunctional team to two cup victories in the first season. Not bad. Next season I hope he brings in quality throughout the team from front to back so that the young guns are not burnt out, the middle is enhanced with Pogba having more bench time and the back is further solidified. |
Swizdoe:Spiritists I call them. |
maclatunji:Pls return to the centre. You are quickly being sucked into the ever expanding ethno-centric sinkhole eroding the values and sensibilities of most Nigerians. Return to being a patriot. |
Abagworo:And Ameachi and co who threatened to form a parallel government were doing what..... anyway I'm not interested in these political acrobatics. We are clearly in a circus but you should know this. A trapeze swings to and fro and a trampoline will send you high but gravity will bring you back. The same surprise you guys expressed when the ruling party is disparaged daily is the same surprise you will express when this government and party is hounded in exactly the same way in time to come. The future is near and cyberspace never forgets. |
Just kindly inform the police and the DSS before, during and after the production if not na sorry be una name if those ignorami (collection of authentic ignoramuses) get a whiff or hear a false whistle. |
kimbra:No man is worth that sort of dramatic risk taking. Having said that. I can't help but notice the colourful names our womenfolk give men who cheat. He may be a 'beast' all right but on the other thread about the white guy who comes in and shames his girl dead drunk with a guy in his bed in his house, the general suggestion by the womenfolk was for the guy to 'forgive' and 'improve' or was it 'teach' or was it 'upgrade' the girl in question, leaving me thinking.....once again, men who cheat are animals, women who cheat are...... |
Didn't notice. Good thing though. Saved me one millimeter mercury on the bp scale with those pesky clients bugging the hell out of me. More downtime pls. |
Corruption can never end. Just wasting their time. |
Ore000:They are a tired team. The training, the tactics are not sustainable. High counter pressing tactics like that he Simeone and Jurgen Klopp play are mentally and physically tasking and when teams run out of gas the results quickly fall away. What is happening to his team is a mirror image of what happened to Dortmund in the twilight days of Klopp and what almost happened to Liverpool just after Christmas. Atletico is burnt out. |
If you had any doubt as to the greatest club football team of all time and one of the greatest players of all time, now you have it. What a match and what a player. |
Only the Creator who made man can restore as new. |
anyebedgreat:Which rubbush, nonsense culture is that. Countries thst have executed their kings and terminated their monarchies are no worse than Nigeria where these people are startling symbols of ethnocentrism. Use that money for adult and community education and enlightenment programs and free the people from their feudal overlords. The only monarchy I can tolerate is that of Great Britain because it us a net contributor to the treasury and economy via tourism. These ones on the other hand are net consumers of scarce resources and an indirect drain on the economy by the cost of cleaning up the trouble they forment all over the place. Rubbish. |
Austinoiz:Please get a hang of yourself and move on. Its like this democracy thing is hard for you to understand and accept but if you are patriotic enough you should be looking at the bigger picture, that is the betterment of Nigeria and if the people felt GEJ was an impediment to that, so be it. Move on pls. |
[quote author=fuke post=56124129]This confirms Buhari is gravely ill. This meeting is to decide who succeeds Buhari should the worst happen. Very unfortunate these three have to decide our future[/quote Yours not mine. Before you can be free in body, you must be free in mind and spirit. If we say this is 1985 happening all over again.... the only new person is Abdulsalami representing the late Sani Abacha. |
sarrki:Mr Man. I am a Nigerian and a solid patriot. You are incapable of putting me in any ethno-centric box. Nigerian politics is too small and too immature for me. I simply cannot jump into the political mud pit you guys find yourselves. You just have to upgrade your knowledge of Nigeria, her history and study why Nigeria is this way and how to straighten her up. Nationhood is not for kids. |
