Nice. I think Ogun State is the biggest disappointment in Nigeria in terms of town planning. Imagine being the most industrialized and at the same time one of the most underdeveloped?? The govt doesn't care about city/town planning. Everywhere is village or highbrow areas mixed up with village houses.

Very true. They want to make it look like it's the richest of the rich that'd be affected whereas probably up to 70% would be affected. I recharged yesterday night and I got less than one-third of what I used to get. I stay in Abuja, but not in highbrow areas like Maitama, Asoroko, Wuse, but I'm classified under their useless Band A. Imagine being classified under the same rating with people living in mansions whereas where you live, a BR flat isn't up to ₦300K.

Now let me educate you small. France colonized Niger Republic and they have Colonial agreement in place which requires that all natural resources Niger Republic wants to export or sell, France must have the first option to buy it and must determine the price. They can't sell it anywhere else unless France approves it. Niger Republic must report year financial reports to them.... There are so many rules in that agreement that will continue to enrich France but keep Niger Republic poor.

This is the reason you see coups and the citizens having to chase France away.

So they buy it $200 from Canada but pay Niger $0.50 for the same product.

If there's any such rule, then it was greedy Niger leaders who signed that agreement and not that France imposed it on them.

You have to know that Senegal politics is very similar to Nigeria's. The newly elected president was in prison by the current president just to prevent him from winning, and was only released 10 days to the election. That cannot even happen here in Nigeria.
And to add to it: it's not only when the opposition or a young person won an election that the election is free and fair.

OK, I apologize. He didn't. And just so you know, there's no limit to technology malfunction. A bank system might malfunction and start crediting random bank accounts with specific sums of money every month. Even if the system has been designed to never reverse a transaction that has already been credited, it could still happen.

The transaction will not reverse if he confirmed it on his own phone. If the confirmation was on your own phone, the money could bounce back based on atomicity principles.

Not true. A man once narrated how he sent money to his younger brother and the brother called him saying the money was too small and doesn't warrant him thanking him. Few minutes later or so, the transaction reversed .

If conspiracy and price fixing can artificially shoot up the price of $, then a similar factor can also reverse that trend.
