Though nothing is impossible, but removing an already sworn in president through the court sounds very unpopular and may provoke ethnic protests, unless the replacement are from the same region e.g. Yoruba vs Yoruba or North vs North or Igbo vs Igbo.

Unfortunately the judgement has no effect anymore. The amount of old notes in circulation is most likely less than 5% and the ones submitted to the CBN have been destroyed already.
