Paulianfa: If all these stories are true, it shall never be well with Buhari... I have never seen a weak and a coward leader in Buhari, I always wonder how he even became a military man. Imagine common bandits invade the capital as if the whole place is a bush. Aso rock territory
he isn't weak or a coward. Amnesty must be granted according to their grand plan and it has to be in advance stage before handover son the next person is forced to approve money or else the terror resumes
HardMirror: Since 2014, I finally made it to 40 days without gambling. I want to advice every young man out there, PLEASE DO NOT START GAMBLING, dont let stories of people winning big tempt you. I know on this thread many people will come and tell you how they use one strategy or another to constantly win. I hope you do not learn the hard way.
I have lost over 10 million since 2014. I know a lawyer in Owerri, he is even very popular, has police escorts and all, he is a family friend. he has lost hundreds of millions to betting. This man is now a shadow of himself. i remember the month this man won about 54 million (with about 6 different tickets) he bought drinks for all of us and we celebrated at R&A hotel at Allen, but today this man don wreck o. i dont want to give details so it wont be like i am mocking him. Bet9ja has collected more than 10 times that N54million from this man. This is a man that sponsors politicians in Imo state, he is now almost a disgrace.
I have learned my own lesson too. Never again.
40 days is very special to me because, I used to bet EVERYDAY. it was like cocaine to me. The more i did not bet a day the more i was determined not to break my abstinence.
P.S. it is not God or prayers that helped me stop. I am an Atheist and my sister that i confided in that is helping me focus is also an atheist. Prayers may work for you if you fear and respect god enough, but for me I have reached a point anything betting irritates me.
The current admin is just grinding slowly towards amnesty for a section of the country. I suspect the plan is to have the so called repentant killers in a camp waiting and lot of paperworks in place before handover to the next govt so that if the next man in Aso Rock doesn't stamp it, they can cause more chaos and blame him for scuttling the solution to Insecurity. Southerners should be wiser and know how born to rule people think by now.
Just part of a push for their northern amnesty project. If they couldn't dare kidnap Yusuf the luxury Okada rider, how will they kidnap the one who will sign their amnesty documents? He should hurry up and grant his amnesty to his northern people to balance out his perceived cheating by the south but shouldn't forget the constitution doesn't recognize a north and a south as equals or opposites. That leaves room for eastern amnesty if Obi emerges, western amnesty if Tinubu emerges etc.
But a lot of Nigerians were supporting Russia. Hunger will help reset brains by God grace. Diesel is up, Petrol too, bread not left out all because of Russia but some persons are so illiterate they admire their oppressors from Abuja to Kremlin.
Penguin2: Few days ago, snippets of BBC Africa Eye’s encounter with some notorious bandits in Zamfara was reported. Well, the full video has now been released and after watching, I felt I should let you guys see it.
FEW TAKEAWAYS:
First, there’s now conflict between Hausas and Fulanis in the north. Or let me restrict it to Zamfara because the reporter only covered Zamfara.
Second, both the Hausa and Fulani communities have valid grievances which successive governments have failed to address which gave rise to what we have now.
Again, you will see the brazen failure of government at constituent level. Deplorable educational and health infrastructure everywhere. You will shed tears for this nation.
Then you would see govt's insincerity, brazen lies and deceitful attitude towards the whole conflict. Like denying they paid ransom when they actually did.
WARNING: Graphic and gory contents and some tear-inducing scenes.
There is now a special BMC for amnesty for terrorists. Work hard at it but don't think ASUU will fold hands and watch some confused people take payments for killing their fellow countrymen. Ride on.
VeryWickedMan: There are many non-tech remote jobs like customer care reps, sales executives, product managers/owners, software testers etc.
Pay is by experience level. $1k-$1.5k for beginners, $2k-$3.5k for mid and $5k+ for experienced roles depending on your field. Bear in mind that you have an 80% chance of being shortchanged if you have a Nigerian supervisor who will slash your pay and give you like 50% or less of these figures.
I supervise some African devs and I slash their salaries by more than 60% sometimes and divert it for myself. $500 is already big salary in Nigeria so any of them that complains gets kicked out at the next appraisal and replaced ASAP with someone who's willing to accept even less.
Verdict: Peter Obi lied[/quote]This your stupid fact checking gimmick ehn. So of all the lies around it is only fact vindicating one group and implicating another you see to check. Please check if one refinery was fixed every year since 2015. Check if security is okay. Check if power is rocket science.
ArchiLimited: If a British or Jamaican had smashed the record they would praise her for being a legend. But a Nigerian has done it and because they can't wrap their heads around the fact that something legendary can come out of Nigeria, they've brought out their empty pundit English to analyze emptiness. Don't just let Nigerians swear for you guys. This is one thing that has given the nation joy recently in the midst of all we're passing through so let us enjoy our girl in peace plix
Stop playing the race card. Look at the argument of the doubters. How likely that so many runner were setting PBs(Personal Bests) and the winner broke the previous world best? Think and stop the blind race argument.
LienwaltAbel: İt's not that long. I'm already a C programmer and I've worked a bit on OS development which made me proficient in x86 assembly (I've also done ARM assembly and trust me, if you can learn these two, you can learn anyone).
I've tried frontend before but I hated it. CSS sucks terribly, it's not straightforward like C or assembly where you have a rough idea of what you're code is meant to do. İt's not wysiwyg like it claims to be because the browser vendors have remained obstinate on not following the w3c standards.
I can't really start explaining why I settled for embedded systems because it's long. I'm not feeling well at the moment. However, trust me when I say that embedded systems is suited for me.
I believe you are on the right path though I am not one(embedded) myself or have any real knowledge. All the hardware around you have embedded codes that run apps and other high level language instruction. Car now have brainbox and many MCPs, consumer electronics too and of course industrial systems.
Embedded system sounds to me like something that is a lot practical and deals with tangible hardwares locally You could comb freelance websites like freelancer, upwork, and fiverr for more clue because remote jobs share a lot with freelance kind of services. Also look at google more closely?/
Melonny: It's everytime, this good for nothing promises to crush.
Thank you. Always crushing them on paper but not minding collateral damages when crushing Yoruba and Igbo agitators. Strange crushing that's actually amnesty push in disguise.
Stop pretending uncle Buhari, grant them that amnesty you have always wanted to. No terrorist born of a woman can do 10% of what these Fulani boys are doing under even below normal circumstances.
The phony govt is trying to give the impression that terrorist of northern descent can't be matched and thus need amnesty or what is the point closing the schools when security can be beefed up?
