Reza Parastesh, who is known as the Iranian Messi, moved to deny the allegations made in Spanish publication Marca and on social media. In a video post on Instagram, Parastesh said: 'Hi friends, a piece of false news about me is trending on social media with regards to me sleeping with 23 women because they thought I was Lionel Messi. Please do not play with people's reputation and credibility. We are all aware of the fact that if it actually happened to anyone, there would be some complaints and it would lead to my prosecution. That would be a disaster and a calamity of international proportion. If this news was true, I would be in jail right now.' 'Do not believe it, it is not true. I am going to do everything to fight this legally and make sure my name is cleared.' Parastesh, 26, was informed of the allegations earlier this week and he has been trying to clear his name. He added that the experience has been made worse because of how quickly the spread. 'The news is spreading in the Muslim countries and it has been a disaster,' he said. 'I was severely harassed because it released the whole world on me. My family also harassed me, but the people's attack was more influential.' David Silva will leave Manchester City at the end of the season after deciding to call time on a glittering 10-year career at the Etihad. Silva has told City that he will not extend his contract when it expires next summer, signalling the departure of one of the greatest players of the Premier League era. The 33-year-old has been at the forefront of City’s rise to dominance since signing from Valencia for £26million in 2010, winning four league titles, two FA Cups and four League Cups. ‘This is the last one,’ he said. ‘Ten years for me is enough. It’s the perfect time. ‘Initially the club were talking about two years (contract) but I decided to sign another one so I finished at 10 years. ‘It completes the cycle. It’s a nice round figure. I can never see myself playing against City for another team. So 10 years — that’s it!’ Despite winning a domestic Treble last season, the Champions League has eluded Silva. He admits that lifting Europe’s greatest club prize would be the ‘perfect’ way to say farewell. Silva has been at the forefront of City’s rise to dominance since signing from Valencia in 2010 Silva has been at the forefront of City’s rise to dominance since signing from Valencia in 2010 ‘We haven’t been able to achieve that goal yet of winning the Champions League but if every year is like last season I would sign for it right now,’ he added. ‘When I was a kid, I never thought I would achieve everything I have done so I’m more than happy with what I have achieved in my 10 years at City. ‘The respect people have shown me and the way people in Manchester have treated me has been unbelievable. That’s what I really like, the recognition they have given me.’ Silva is keen to enjoy more time with his partner Jessica and their baby son Mateo who won his fight for life after being born prematurely in December 2017. ‘I’ve got a family now and it’s about priorities,’ he added. ‘I want to spend more time with the family. I’ve got another year at Manchester City so we will see what happens after that.’ A World Cup and two-time European Championship winner with Spain, Silva has spoken of a desire to end his career at home in Gran Canaria with Las Palmas but admits that may now be difficult because the club were relegated from La Liga last year. He has also been linked with moves to China and, more recently, Qatar. ‘Not China,’ said Silva yesterday in his role as a spokesman for Anfi Group close to his hometown of Arguineguin. ‘I don’t know. My girlfriend decides for me! ‘I would love to finish my career here in Las Palmas but football changes. Who knows? It depends on the team and the players. I cannot come here to play in the Second Division with this team.’ The Spaniard is keen to enjoy more time with his partner Jessica and their baby son Mateo The Spaniard is keen to enjoy more time with his partner Jessica and their baby son Mateo Silva has earned the nickname ‘Merlin’ for the magic he has produced on the pitch in a City career that so far totals 396 appearances, 71 goals and 129 assists. Following Vincent Kompany’s move into management at Anderlecht, Silva’s departure will leave just Sergio Aguero from the team that won the Premier League title in 2012. However, he believes City have planned ahead wisely enough to make sure the changes will not hit the back-to-back champions too hard. ‘Vinny was an excellent warrior for Manchester City and it’s going to be very difficult to replace a player like him on the pitch and off it,’ said Silva. ‘But with the new generation we will find another one, another Vinny. They deserve that. ‘What they are trying to do is to fight for the league and continue to be the top team in England. Year by year, buying players strategically in different positions and making an unbeatable team.’ Silva sees a ready-made successor for himself in England Under 21 star Phil Foden who will be given more playing time next season as he is prepares to step into his teammate’s shoes. ‘I’m sure that he’s going to be a fantastic player and a very good successor to me in the team,’ said Silva. ‘I’ve given him lots of advice. He’s taken the information in and he’s getting better day by day. ‘He reminds me of myself when I was young, especially how he is as a person. He’s very quiet but always there competing. He hates losing and that makes a good footballer.’ Source https://www.reportminds.com/2019/06/david-silva-to-leave-man-city-after-10.html?m=1 lalasticlala, seun, mynd44, dominique |
Super Eagles player Isaac Success proposes to his girlfriend and she said yes. The Watford FC player took to his Instagram page moments ago to make the announcement in a short video showing him put a ring on her finger. Isaac Success proposes to girlfriend In the year 2018, the Nigeria international was caught in a messy web with three call girls in London, a scandal that hurt his image back home, after a sexual escapade went terribly wrong and lead to an arrest, Brila FM reports. “I just think it was a difficult challenge for me, I was not around the right people to put me in a position to get a solution quickly and come back to my feet again. “Then I got injured because I wasn’t fit enough, and when I came back from my knee injury I added a bit of weight and that made me more unfit. That slowed me a bit.” Success acknowledges that a change in attitude has been behind his improvement. “I had a different mentality then than now. Then I thought talent can do it all because to me I know the talent is there. “I realised just before the start of this season that talent was not enough, and hard work will always beat talent. So I am more of a professional now. “It took a lot of time to adapt to the Premier League system, the lifestyle and the professionalism.” “I had a plan for myself, I set a target for myself this season and I stuck to it with the aid of my boss. I came in two weeks before the pre-season started, and went to Manchester to to do some personal training with my trainer. “I think that helped me because it made me stronger and by the time pre-season came, I was already fresh and fit so I was able to compete and now I am getting more chances in the Watford team. “l lost a couple of kilos which has made me fitter and quicker for my team. think I have now become a better person, I have become a better professional and that helped my career a lot. source https://www.reportminds.com/2019/06/nigerian-and-waford-striker-isaac.html lalasticlala, seun, mynd44, dominique |

Cameroon's players were left in tears during their clash with England at the Women's World Cup. The Lionesses were the favourites going into the last 16 clash in France. Phil Neville's side took the lead early on as Steph Houghton fired home from an indirect free-kick after a backpass. Ellen White then doubled the lead before the break although the goal was initially flagged for offside. The decision was sent to VAR and the goal was eventually given with replays showing White was onside. Cameroon's players were furious though, suggesting Nikita Parris - who was not interfering - was stood in an offside position. Breaking! FIFA to take total control of soccer in Africa on the eve of 2019 AFCON over alleged corruption in CAF The world football governing body, FIFA has made plans to take over the running of the Confederation of African Football in the wake of corruption scandals surrounding the controlling body for African association football. The announcement is expected to be made in a press conference in Egypt on Thursday, the eve of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON ) before the hosts, Egypt takes on Zimbabwe on Friday afternoon. The New York Times reported that the decision was made due to corruption scandal of CAF president Ahmad Ahmad who was briefly arrested for questioning a fortnight ago in France before being released without charge. There are also a torrent of allegations of wrongdoing, ranging from financial mismanagement to sexual harassment against Ahmad, who has continued to deny the allegations against him and has claimed to be the victim of a smear campaign “The rule of the temporary FIFA High Commissioner for Africa would be to conduct a root-and-branch review of governance of the confederation, oversee operational management of the organization, and recommend where needed a series of reform efforts, to be agreed with CAF member associations and with FIFA in order to put CAF itself on a modern and sound footing, improve its image and reputation and thus ensure that CAF is better equipped to face future challenges and to grasp future opportunities,” FIFA said in setting up the arrangement, according to an internal document seen by The New York Times. Aston Villa is delighted to announce that Assistant Head Coach John Terry has signed a new contract extension that will keep him at the club until 2021. The former England captain played an important role as part of Dean Smith’s coaching team in helping to mastermind Villa’s promotion back to the Premier League at the end of last season. After a glittering playing career that saw him win five Premier League titles, five FA Cups, three League Cups, the Champions League and Europa League with boyhood club Chelsea, Terry spent his final season as a player at Villa in 2017/18, skippering the side to the Play-Off Final. Shortly after retiring, the former PFA Player of the Year award winner, who was capped 78 times by his country, was appointed Assistant Head Coach to Dean Smith in October 2018. CEO Christian Purslow said: "The Board of Aston Villa is delighted with John Terry’s contribution to our club in his first year as an Assistant Head Coach. We admire his dedication and commitment to gaining more experience and learning under Dean Smith’s leadership in these formative years of his managerial career." Head Coach Dean Smith added: "I am really pleased that JT has extended his current deal as he is a pleasure to work with. We have had a successful start to our Villa coaching careers and JT has been instrumental in joining myself, Richard O'Kelly and Neil Cutler. "He has complimented the team that we have and I have no doubts he will go on to be a top manager in the years to come. Luis Enrique has stepped down from his role as Spain manager and will be replaced by assistant manager Robert Moreno. Enrique, the former Barcelona manager, has been in charge of Spain less than a year but has missed their last three internationals amid personal issues. Spain announced Enrique’s absence from the Euro 2020 European Champions qualifier with Malta back in March, citing “an urgent family matter”. A statement said: “The RFEF confirms that our national team coach, Luis Enrique Martinez, will be absent from this evening’s game due to a family matter of the utmost urgency. We ask that his privacy be respected at this time.” He also missed the recent qualifiers against Faroe Islands and Sweden, and Spanish Football Federation president Luis Rubiales confirmed the managerial changes on Wednesday afternoon. Enrique became Spain coach last July after the team’s exit from the 2018 World Cup to hosts Russia under interim coach Fernando Hierro after Julen Lopetegui was sacked on the eve of the tournament for negotiating a move to Real Madrid. The boss took charge of Spain’s UEFA Nations League campaign where they failed to reach the semi-finals and began their Euro 2020 qualifying campaign but flew home hours before their second game away to Malta in March for personal reasons. MGM Grand, Las Vegas - Heavyweight Tyson Fury (2780-1, 20 KOs) demolished undefeated and overmatched Tom Schwarz (24-1, 16 KOs) in two rounds. After fighting in New York City and Los Angeles, Fury was making his debut in Las Vegas. This was also his first bout in a multi-fight agreement with Top Rank and ESPN. Fury's last fight took place in December 2018, when he fought to a controversial draw with WBC world champion Deontay Wilder. The fight began with Fury using his legs by moving around the ring and shooting the jab as Schwarz pressed forward and followed him around the ring. Fury began to let his hands go more in the second, as Schwarz was already a bloody mess. A moment later Fury dropped Schwarz down to the mat. Schwarz got up, but he was battered against the ropes to force the referee to jump - and the towel was thrown in from Schwarz's corner at the same time. Sadio Mane will miss Senegal’s opening Africa Cup of Nations fixture against Tanzania due to a suspension, according to Teranga Lions coach Aliou Cisse. The Liverpool superstar will sit out the West Africans’ first Group C fixture—which will take place at the 30 June Stadium in Cairo on June 23—after picking up two yellow cards during the qualifying campaign. Mane picked up a yellow card in Senegal’s 1-0 victory against Equatorial Guinea in Malabo on November 17, with the Confederation of African Football also recording another booking in a 2-0 victory over Madagascar on March 23. “His absence should not in any way bother us,” coach Cisse told local journalists, as per BBC Sport. “Certainly the presence of Sadio is beneficial but without him we remain strong. “Caf have decided, so we will not linger [on the subject].” Senegal departed for Egypt on Saturday, having previously been at a training camp in Alicante. After missing the opener, Mane will return for the showdown with Algeria on June 27 and their final group-stage clash, against Kenya on July 1. “Certainly, with Sadio we would be very good, but even without him we will be very good,” explained the coach of the Lions of Teranga. The tournament will be Mane’s third Africa Cup of Nations, he missed the decisive penalty in Senegal’s quarter-final shootout defeat by eventual champions Cameroon in 2017, and was a muted presence as the Lions were eliminated in the group stage of the World Cup. “We all know that Sadio will have a good Nations Cup,” Cisse continued, as per Ahram Online. “The players around him have to raise their level. That’s how we’ll get there. “If we received a card in the qualifying round, I do not see the value of counting it during the final phase of the Afcon,” he continued. “Caf has decided that, but we will prove that Senegal exist without Mane.” Mane only joined his teammates on Thursday after being given an extended leave of absence following his exploits for Liverpool in their Champions League final victory over Tottenham Hotspur. On Sunday, the Lions meet Nigeria in Ismailia in a warm-up ahead of the Nations Cup kick-off. Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira and his girlfriend are reportedly unhappy with life in England and Milan could possibly take advantage of the situation. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Uruguayan’s partner is from Genoa and would prefer to come back to Italy than to remain in London. The situation has alerted the attention of Milan, but it would be difficult to convince the Gunners to sell. The 23-year-old only joined the Premier League side last summer for €30m and they wouldn’t want to lose him so soon. Torreira recently told the newspaper El Pais that he believed that he was “better off in Italy” while claiming the language barrier is a problem and the weather is always cloudy. The youngster has spent most of his career in the Peninsula, coming through the Pescara youth team ranks and could be reunited with his Sampdoria Coach Marco Giampaolo if he was to join the Rossoneri.
