Good morning to all my Ogas in the house.
I'm new to the thread but I have read through the first 20pages. To learn about crypto for beginners, which YouTube channel or course should I subscribe to?
Your contributions are highly appreciated.
I'll suggest you read down to the last page. There are some important information here that you may not get on YouTube.

It's advisable you trade only if you have the experience and emotional control. Trading is not for the faint hearted.

It is not advisable to buy XRP now as their court case is still lingering.
I run swing trade. My strategy is just to make a little profit then ball out even when there's a pump.

I'm trying to play safe. I cannot come and kill myself. I started the crypto trading journey 25th of January with the knowledge I gathered here and my little experience from forex trading. I must confess, I'm enjoying it way more than forex. I find the risk management strategies very useful. I just regret not starting earlier but better now than never.

I think I'm done with DOGE for today. Made over 34% profit in the current pump. I don't want to carry heavy bags.
InvestmentRe: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by REUBEN010(m): 7:24pm On Jan 31, 2021
The risks in these pump actions is extremely high. Many will surely be dumped on and left with heavy bags. One needs to exercise caution and self-control when trading all these stimulated and pumped coyns.

I missed the party. Was busy with LTC not knowing a mega party is in progress with DOGE. This is the reason I like visiting this space on a daily basis.
Anyways, let me rent an apartment here so that I won't miss future signals.
AgricultureRe: Starting A Poultry by REUBEN010(m): 9:47pm On Jan 03, 2021
Raising 50 broilers is quite different from going commercial (1,000 broilers and above) for the following reasons:
*Managing 50 broilers is quite easy but with a larger number, you may be overwhelmed.
*Market realities between 50 broilers and a commercial quantity differ. You may find it easier marketing the 50 compared to a larger number.
*Experience is a very expensive teacher. It's actually better to learn practically from another farmer's mistake than learning from yours. Money is very precious to lose this days. Many persons have developed high BP as a result of poultry wahala.

I'll suggest you enrol for internship under a successful commercial poultry farmer within your locality for at least 2 production cycles. That way, you learn the market dynamics and production technicalities. The farmer will also serve as your mentor should you encounter difficulties in production.

AgriculturePrice Adjustments As A Result Of nCovid-19 by REUBEN010(op): 8:39am On Mar 29, 2020
nCOVID-19
Current movement restrictions in response to the spread of Covid-19 has resulted to an increase in the prices of various foodstuffs in several locations.
White garri (cassava flakes) that is the most staple foodstuff in Southern Nigeria has increased in price from #400 - #600 per custard/paint bucket at my locality. At some locations, the price was reported to have increased to as high as #1,500 per same custard/paint bucket.
Fresh plantain initially sold #600 for medium-sized bunch now sells for #1,000.
As the movement restriction continues, prices of the most basic necessity (food) may continue to increase.
Please what are the current prices of foodstuffs in your locality? Some of us may choose to buy foodstuffs from your locality if sold at cheaper rates. Let us be our brother's/sister's keeper at this trying time.

First, you need to conduct a market survey in your targeted market to know the tomato variety that is widely accepted before you start considering other factors.

Adamma91:
we budgeted 800k for the project, though we do some of the works by ourselves so it won't be up to that amount.
Hi Adamma91
I managed an Ugu farm 2018 - 2019 very close to Papalanto and from results obtained, I think your startup cost is too high. Although I don't want to sound like a pessimist, you may not break-even given your high cost of setup. Except you setup drip irrigation system, the overhead cost of irrigating with borehole will be unbearable.
Your projections on paper may look very promising, field realities may make it hard to achieve.

Dear Pistota,
I have known you right from my internship days on VCF telegram group as SA (Sola Action). You have always been a lover of knowledge and a research enthusiast. The first day I saw your post on Nairaland, I recognized you were behind the moniker because your writing style is easily recognizable to old acquaintances. Personally, I have learnt a lot from you in the field of agriculture and renewable energy (through your robust discussions with Lukman on VCF telegram group).
Your posts are like pointers that direct me to some areas of further research. This made me an outstanding student amongst my colleagues when I was an undergraduate of agriculture. I was always ahead in knowledge of agricultural practices and innovation.
In regards to the recent disputes, please I will suggest you sheath your sword and fortify your cyber security. The insults are so degrading to your personality Please let love lead.
Thanks.

Thank you. We planted on one acre and so far so good all is going smoothly. The recommended changes are
Irrigation
Mulch

Which we will insct come feb.
Nice work.
Looking at the type of irrigation you installed, remember to have good fungicides close by for fungi control.
God's willing, I'll also be starting mine at Iro just close by although, on just 2 plots. If you are staking with ropes, start gearing up because it won't be an easy ride.

Two plots, what quantity of the dwarf specie will be enough to cover that? this is my first time planting Okro
It depends on your spacing and viability of the seeds. 4 - 6 milk cup of good seeds should be adequate.

Thanks allot, I've been in touch with oluchidelly they're currently out of stock and my land will grow back if I have to wait for them to restock, plus other factors which may not go as planned if I have to wait for another one month.
What is the size of your land and what quantity of seeds do you need?
