fergie001:The third leg by Chukwuma around the bend was fantastic..arguably gave us the edge. Those 5/6 centimeters gave Nwokocha (the anchor leg) the space to outrun Daryll Neita that was coming in strongly. The quartet did so well, from the run to the changeovers, everything perfect. We love them Udo-Gabriel needs to improve in order to work her way back into this team |
Might still come and do nonsense after all these eye catching academic titles. Abia, the fountain of bad leadership. It is our prayer they get it right this time |
Uncontrolled madness can only be cured by a superior madness, but unfortunately the South is always overlooking these cretins |
Righteousness2:Where was it stated in the report he was last seen at Fela Shrine?? The family was only advised to check there after roaming around Oba Akran for days, being a popular spot for young people, anybody can advise anybody to look for a missing person there. Again, it was stated clearly from the report that they checked and no one testified of seeing him around there. You are already alluding to hard drugs being responsible for his disappearance. This is grossly impulsive and distasteful from someone that is suppose to be "righteous" with his words |
The frenzy about a grown up man taking a second wife is what I am yet to understand. The first wife that is the supposed victim of this supposed misdemeanor is not running from pillar to post like those critics that sleep and wake with this issue, neither has she filed for a divorce if it is as bad as some people make it appear. Freedom Fighters that don't actually know what they are fighting for. Yul and his first wife are adults, taking a second wife is a family problem. Few weeks ago, same critics were advising all women to leave their husbands if they are maltreated in any way, I am surprised none has told the first wife to leave because of what Yul did. Rather they are fighting the man and admonishing the wife to fight to protect her possession because she suffered with him through thick and thin. It is Buhari and our useless National Assembly that deserve this level of bile. |
Kingsnairaland:Yes, America was duly informed and Pentagon already declared the missile launch a non threat. Launching ICBMs especially now that relations between Russia and the West is tense, without pre information would elicit counter response from the US. The US would do the same though if it were reversed |
This one wan recreate hard-hitting Hollywood movies. He should be sent to jail for a long time same way people like him in those movies are sent to a federal penitentiary for a long long time. Imagine throwing a smoke grenade and opening fire at innocent people going about their business |
Savagery is gradually creeping right into the very heart of Nigerian culture |
FullBlastLight:The law of repeatable action. The Law states that if you've had mind blowing sex with a woman once, you get a free pass to always have sex with her. |
Okafor's law Coochie once eaten, can always be eaten |
It should be BRT stealing experience by Primero... Especially Oshodi corridor |
Israel has a proven recipe for dealing with terrorists. Visit madness with superior madness. How people find enabling ground in Islam to terrorize other people is really mind boggling |
Stupid Senate vs Stupid Presidency |
Freestainworld:Thumbs up |
Ola4lead:Thank you. I was waiting for this. It was staged, and it is obvious to a discerning mind. The blade angle is different on both pictures, and they even had to shift one of the pillows. For the kids and their sleeping position, let me excuse them because things can happen very fast with kids while sleeping. But the fan, was it still spinning after falling on the bed that one blade even ended under one of the pillows they moved from its original position. My suspicion is, the kids were not there when it happened, and the fan fell on the baby bed especially the blade that is bent. Where the baby bed is and the position where the fan detached from the ceiling makes more sense than where it is placed on the family bed. While it is true that the fan detached from the ceiling, the kids and the position of the fallen fan is staged. Most Nigerians are very impulsive and can be too quick with God God. |
goodheart01:I have refrained from making any comments concerning this developing conflict, but this your submission, I have to applaud you. What most people don't know or willfully refuse to acknowledge is that having XYZ number of nuclear weapons doesn't translate to being superior. Like you rightly submitted, over a thousand of both American and Russian nukes are retired, close to three thousand available (this might take days/weeks/months) to prep them to combat readiness, while over a thousand on both sides are already deployed. Technological advancement in Delivery systems/payloads, air defense systems, communication systems, economy, domestic support etc are critical elements in modern warfare. Having a thousand nuclear weapons or not is not the determinant of which power bloc is more superior. Certainly, the US and Russia does not need a thousand nukes to destroy their homelands because nukes can even be taken out in their silos using conventional weapons. Whether the US is afraid of Russia or vice versa is BS. No country especially in this dispensation is stupid enough to put their citizens in unnecessary danger just to prove a point that is not there. It is even more laughable to read where people say China and India will come to the aid of Russia if there is a direct confrontation between them and the US. To begin with, there is a subsisting conflict between India and China over territory. The buffer that has stopped that from escalating is because of US diplomatic efforts. No country is stupid enough not even the US despite her might would risk her homeland in defense of another country when it is not directly threatened. The US officially entered WW2 after the bombing of Pearl Harbour in Hawaii. China will never risk her homeland in loyalty to Russia except directly threatened because China is almost at par with Russia, and even better in several other fronts. |
That one concern APC Happy birthday to me |

byrron:Very wasteful and annoying |
Nobelwinner:Our damaged society of course |
Nigeria is blessed with virtually everything, including criminality. Our government is just a reflection of our society. The health of a nation can only be good as the health of the family. |
What I really don't understand is why this government is playing with fire? Why is this government always swift in denying the death or hardships of her citizens in the hands of terrorists they have the means to stamp out? They tell obvious lies to beautify ridiculously obvious incompetence. There are videos of this said attack made by the terrorists |
Amanyanabo is Ijaw word Loosely translated, it means "Owner of Town/Village/Community/Kingdom. Other variations are" Pere" "Amannana-owei" "Ibedau-owei" "Ibenana-owei" etc. The excerpts you attached, linking Ibani, Opobo and others to Ibo origin is just a bucket of idle talks and lies though. Modified: this OP looks like a trouble peddler |
Moi moi and garri, you go remember the other side. But, Chicken and fried rice, you go still go wake your brother wey don eat till belleful vomit to come chop. Buhari, a double bind... |
Chienex24:Thank you sir |
Is it that this country has no government again Again, is it that there are no reasonable people in this affected areas that would organize themselves to fight this people since government has shown obvious lack of willingness to protect them The survivors only waiting helplessly for their own day to be cut down |
No be lie Even the President is not suffering any sleepless nights. When the noise from complaints get too loud, he calls Femi Adesina to check anywhere in the world they are holding parties, then zoooom...he is off. Nigerians should be wise enough in the coming years never to inflict themselves with this type of bad luck spinning government Modified: Most of this government's apologists are unwell, and one can easily tell from the way they talk. They talk of Covid, government already borrowing as far back as 2014, Oyedepo being a fake man, PDP stealing for 16 years etc as part of the reasons for the hardship in the country. Firstly, this government has been useless right from the day it was inaugurated. There is no development indicator one can easily point to that was initiated by this government before the advent of Covid. Secondly, whether government was already borrowing as far as 2014 is immaterial because this present government has not stopped borrowing. With over ten trillion borrowed, stifling custom duties, VAT increment, oil proceeds etc, this government has not been able to translate the above to any thing meaningful. Borrowing is never a problem when it is for economic gains. It becomes a problem when it is for burying the dead, and the latter is what Buhari is doing. Thirdly, its quite disheartening most people don't recognize the powers of the office of Mr President in a State system. He is the embodiment of our sovereignty, and in most cases holds power over life and death. Comparing what he can do, or ought to do with such power with that of a man of god is not only nonsensical but also stupid. Buhari is elected and paid to secure Nigerians, make our lives better and secure better hope for the future, a future we should be proud enough to bequeath to our children. Oyedepo whether a fake man or not is none of our business. He is a business man that has not violated any known Nigerian law. Nigerians never elected him as a pastor so he is not responsible for securing the country, Buhari is paid to do that. Deflecting attention from the ineptitude of this government to perform with the narrative that Oyedepo is fleecing his congregation is not only whataboutism but also stupid. Its just like the proverbial chicken that left the knife that killed it to fight against the pot. Religious places are swelling with people today largely because of the hopelessness inflicted on them by this government. It is a truism that when government makes lives better, people will have very little reasons to run to religious institutions for succor. Fourthly, the narrative that Jonathan would have been worse is very depressing to hear. Does that narrative mean Nigerians deserve what they get now, or should be grateful for what they are currently going through? This line of thought can only be found among people with severed attachment from common sense. Part of the reasons elections are conducted every four years is for new governments to correct previous mistakes and make lives better generally. Buhari is not elected to inflict more deaths, poverty, hate for one another, hopelessness etc on Nigerians. Lastly, because I have to stop. Oyedepo having sleepless nights will not save Nigerians from been mowed down by terrorists as they are currently doing all over the country. Sounding the warning alarm, telling truth to power etc are part of the few things he can do as a private citizen. Nigerians should be more worried that their President is not having sleepless nights despite the number of daily deaths in the country. A president that goes to parties all over the world when his citizens are mowed down daily. Nigerians should be more worried that their president is not suffering any sleepless nights despite the wanton poverty and crime rate that has bedeviled our national life. A president that is not showing any signs that he is willing and ready to do the job he is elected for. I'm sure Nigerians that has lost loved ones to the wickedness of this government are not bothered if Oyedepo is sleeping well or not because they know they are not his responsibility. Nigerians should learn to hold their elected public officials responsible for our national misery. People are dying in large numbers due to human actions yet we are more interested in how Oyedepo is the gatekeeper of hell, or how he is robbing from his church members. Face your comatose president that has destroyed every shred of our national life and civilization |
joedave:Physical gatherings were already halted around March 2020 as a result of Covid-19. It coincided with the founders death, so between then and now is 21 months. The date is not about when the founder died, its about having physical gatherings in the church. T. B Joshua was conducting online services before his demise |
Finewarriboy:Some of you don't have any sense of decorum. Why are you insulting me for airing my opinion in a public forum? Does Okowa know you? If writing constructively is a big task for you, don't ever engage me again. I never even asked for your opinion. If Okowa's government is a good one, don't you think the onus is on you to state it for others to learn? This very post, is it not about massive corruption in the government you're holding brief for? |
Finewarriboy:Well, I'm from Delta State too so I equally know what I am saying. Buhari's government is good to Femi adesina, but that doesn't make Buhari a good president |
Okowa's government is among the worst in our history. Eight years of nothingness |
